Authors Note: I had fun writing this chapter, I really love Jasper and Piper's friendship in this one
Right now Henry and I sitting on the couch doing things on our phones when we hear the door close and we turn around to see Jasper a cheerful mood
" one thousand!" Jasper shouts happily
" uhh... The number of times you forgot to wear underwear!" Henry guessed and I look disgusted
" no, that only happened like nine times" Jasper answers like it's obvious, he then feels if he haves a underwear on but realized he doesn't, " ten"
" okay, so one thousand what?" I asked him
" sit ups" Jasper answers, " I'm takin' ' bout sit ups, boy and girl"
I scoff
" pfft! No way you can do one thousand sit ups" I said disblief
" not in a row" Jasper scoffs, " but I've done four sit ups every day for the past two hundred fity days, which is one thousand!"
Yeah.. His math is wrong.
" wow, hardcore" Henry compliments
" punch me, punch me right in the gut" Jasper tells my brother as he touches his stomach
Henry stands up and punch Jasper in the stomach, he slowly falls down on our floor and groans in pain, I hear Piper giggling in the kitchen
" you okay?" I asked concern and go over where my brother is
" yeah, I'm just going to rest down here for a minute" Jasper answers
" okay" I shrugged
" and this is for you"
We turn around to see Piper giving my brother one of his fave snacks
" what is this?" Henry asked her, not buying whatever she's salling
" it's your favorite, a grilled cheese... With skeezits" Piper answers with a sweet smile
" why are you giving me this?" Henry asked and I folded my arms
" because I'm your sister and I love you" Piper answers
" don't trust her" we hear Jasper groans
Henry touch his food if there's any prank of her's but nothing happened
" it won't explode, just enjoy it" Piper said and walks off
Henry sat back on the couch
" oh hey... Can I borrow your Yo Pro camera?" Piper asked suddenly
I knew there's something off!.
" I knew it!" Henry says as he stood up and turn to our sister
" what?" Piper asked
" you brought me this because you want something" Henry tells and pointing to the plate of food he haves
" come on, man" Piper sighs
" no way" Henry denies, " I spent over one hundred bucks on that thing and I'm not lending it to anybody, sorry"
Henry sit back down and I join him this time, Piper walks back to us and crushes the skeezits in her hands and take the plate of food with her in the kitchen
" I told you" Jasper said to us, I rolled my eyes at him
The door then knocks and knowing it's time for us to go to work
" hey, Henry, Paris, you two ready?" we hear Charlotte asked us as she enters
" yeah" Henry answers for the both of us, " I just got to grab my jacket"
I stand up go over Charlotte to wait for my brother to return
" uhhh... I don't know if you noticed but there's a Jasper on your floor, eating dirty skeezits" Charlotte pointed out and Henry returns with his jacket
" yeah" I nodded
" hey Jasp, me, Paris and Char are going to head over to Junk-N-Stuff" Henry tells him
" have fun" Jasper groans more
" you okay? You want some water or something?" Charlotte asked him
" yeah" Jasper answers
" sink's in the kitchen" I informs him as I pointed to the sink
We then headed out

It's later of the following day, the three of us in the Man Cave, Charlotte searching for the motorcycle theif on her computer and I'm on my phone
" hey, hey, Char? Pair?" we hear Henry asked us as he approached us two
" yeah, what's up?" I asked, I look up from my phone
" have you two, uh... Have you guys been noticing anything, like, weird about Ray?" Henry asked
I look at him confused
" uhhh... Everyday, all the time" Charlotte answers like it's obvious,"why?"
" no, I mean... He's been talking... Like, when nobody else is around" Henry explains
" you mean... Talking to himself?" I asked as I turn my whole body attention on my brother
" yeah" Henry answers, " like, full on conversations with people who aren't there"
" well, my uncle Rosco talks to his food before he eats it" Charlotte mentions
" what's he say?" I asked curious when I turn to Charlotte
" stuff like... Well, hello hamburger, you're about to take a trip down to belly down" Charlotte replied as she rubs her belly
Her uncle is weird.
We hear the sprocket open up and us three turn to it to see Ray coming out of it and talking to someone else just like how Henry dirscribes it
" is that a serious question? No, I can't go ride roller coasters with you because I have a job and stop poking me" Ray spotted us and walk over to us three,"hey guys, you find out any more info on that motorcycle theif?"
He then slaps air behind him
" will you not stand so close to me? I can feel you breathing on my neck, thank you" Ray turns back to us, noticing our confused expressions,"why are you guys staring at me?"
" uh..." Charlotte and I trailed off
" because you're talking to nobody!" Henry blurted out
Charlotte and I shush him
" it's got to be said!" Henry shushes us
" right, I haven't instroduced you to Brad, Brad, this is Henry, Charlotte and his sister Paris, guys... This is invisible Brad" Ray instroduced us
The three of us still confused but went along with it because what the heck
" hiii, Braaad" Charlotte greeted and I waved with a smile
" looking good, Brad" Henry compliments
" Brad, say hi" Ray said as he gestures his head to the three of us, " Brad?"
Ray tries to feel around him like there really is a invisible person here
" ugh, come on Brad" Ray sighs and turn to us, " hate it when he does this"
We three nodded slowly
Ray tries to feel around the room
" Brad? Brad? Where are you? Come on, this isn't funny anymore, man, Brad!"
" this is so sad" Charlotte said to Henry and I
" I couldn't agree more" I agreed
" he's not okay" Henry added
Some time of watching this, Ray finally catches this so call ' Brad'
" ah! Gotcha"
I flinch when the cart topple over and Ray caught Brad before he could escape
" now, say hello to those kids" Ray demands
" hey guys, I'm Brad"
My eyes widen open when I heard that
" there's no such thing as an invisible person!" Charlotte objected
" okay, what would make you belive that Brad's real?" Ray asked
I smirk of my idea
" let's see him slap Henry" I suggested
" yeah" Henry scoffs and pointed to his cheek, " come on, slap me Brad, right here on my.."
Henry didn't finish when he got slaps, he got up by suprise
" heeey, Braaad" we three waved uneasiness

It's later of the following day and now we four eating lunch with Brad
" hey, pass the ketchup?" Henry asked Brad who's sitting next to Ray
" sure, here you go" Brad said and handed my brother the ketchup
" so Brad, I have a question, did something make you become invisible or were you just born this way?" Charlotte asked him
" nah, nobody's born invisible" Brad answers, we look around when we didn't hear the voice coming from next to Ray and behind us
" I thought you were sitting right there?" I asked confused and pointing to the spot next to Ray
" I was but... My leg was cramping up so I'm walking around" Brad explains
" how do we talk to a guy we can't see?" Henry asked Ray a bit frustrated
" here Brad, put these on and sit down" Ray says as he got sunglasses and Brad puts them on when he sits back down
" yeah, okay"
" so, you turned invisible like when?" Henry asked Brad
" five years ago" Brad answers not to pleased about it, " it was all Captain Man's fault!"
" here we go again" Ray sighs
" well, what happened?" Charlotte asked the two
" okay, see, I was being chased by this insane criminal who wanted to turn me invisible" Ray began to explain
That's dumb.
" why?" I asked
" I don't know, because he hated me and I guess he knew how much I enjoy being visible?" Ray answers
" yeah, like I used to be!" Brad said bitterly
" it wasn't my fault" Ray protests
" yes it was!" Brad agrues back
" just tell us what happened" Henry said impatiently
" okay, so this evil dude was firing at me with his invisibleblaster, right?" Ray continues to explain
" I just riding my bike, minding my own business" Brad cuts in
" when I drove out of the way, the invisibleblaster's beam missed me and.."
" hit me!" Brad exclaims, " and that's how Captain Man ruined my life"
" how was I supposed to know you'd be riding your bike right behind me?" Ray reasons
" you owe me!"
" look, didn't I lend you four thousand bucks so you could buy that hot tub? Didn't I let you stay in the Man Cave for two months after your girlfriend dumped you? And who paid for that nose job, huh? This guy" Ray says
Wow.
" great, now I have a beutiful nose that no one will ever see" Brad said sarcasticly
" their relationship is really complicated" Charlotte mentions to Henry and I
I nodded to agree
" what do you want from me Brad?" Ray asked him
Brad took off his sunglasses
" I want to be your sidekick" Brad answers and this shock my brother
" what?"
" hey hey, whoa whoa, hey! Ray's already got a sidekick, me" Henry informs Brad
" you're just a kid, who's visible" Brad shot back
" oh! So you're better than me just cause I'm visible and you're not?" Henry questions
" all right, guys, come on, let's not play the visibiliy card" I cut in
" Brad... I think it's time for you to go" Ray says and pushes Brad out of the couch
" wait, think about what a great sidekick I'd be, I could sneak up on bad guys and then..." Brad then punches Ray
" ow!" Ray turns to us three, " I'm okay"
" see? You never saw that punch coming" Brad remarks
" look, I already have an excellent sidekick and that's Henry" Ray says as gesturing to my brother
" thank you!"
" all right, what if Henry quits?" Brad asked Ray
" I'm never going to quit" Henry scoffs
" he's not quitting" Ray repeats
" but what if he does? Then what?" Brad kept asking
" all right Brad, if Henry ever quits, you can be my sidekick, okay?" Ray gives in, " anything else?"
" yeah, I want your shirt" Brad answers, that made me confused
" you can't have my shirt" Ray denies like it's obvious
Suddenly Brad ripped off his shirt and my eyes got widen of the scene
" hey! Brad!" Ray sighs as he tries to reach for his shirt when Brad taunts him, " give me my shirt back Brad!"
I quickly shrink down on my seat of wondering if I should escape this or not. Ray turns back to us
" kids, don't look at this" Ray said to us as he try to cover up his area, I slowly turn my head away of not looking
" okay, seriously though, it's not funny anymore, so, okay, ah! I'm not playing with you, man, Brad, Brad! You don't wear clothes anyway!"
Ray runs after him

It's now night time and I'm fast to sleep on my comfy bed until I think I hear my door being unlocked and to just think it's nothing, but I'd been lifted in the air but to tired to care, I suddenly yelped when I drop and I slowly open my eyes to see I'm in my brother's room and on top of Henry, his bed was tossed over and so was his bed spreads
" oh, what the... What's going on?" I hear Henry asked, I got off him and still in my tired state
" quit your job!"
That voice definitely sounds like Brad but how he got into our house?.
The lights in the room turned on and I open my eyes to see Piper walked in to be surprise of this
" uh... Did you feel that earthquake, too?" I asked her of trying not to get away there was someone here but guess Brad escape

It been few days and this routine keeps happening, Henry told Charlotte and I what happened with Ms. Shapen at school and Brad whacked her with mop, and then when he told Ray about everything he got hurt by Brad hit him with a pipe
Right now Henry and I are in the kitchen and we invited Charlotte to come
" this better work"
We turn to my brother when he walks over to us at the kitchen table, he haves a turky leg covering his hurt eye
" what is that?" Charlotte asked him
" turkey leg" Henry answers, " how's my eye look"
My eyes got widen of the sight of it
" put the leg back on it" I suggested and he did
The door bell then rings and we know it's Ray
" finally" Henry sighs and answer it
I turn my head to the door and it reveals to be Ray when Henry let him in
" your parents here?" Ray asked Henry and I as he looks around if they are
" no" Henry answers, " just come in"
" so, what happened now?" Ray asked and Char and I came over
" this!"
He shows Ray his black eye
" ahhh! Who gave you the black eye?" Ray asked
" invisible Brad" Henry answers
" he punched you?" Ray asked disblief
I shook my head of knowing what happened because I was there and brought my brother to the nurse right after
" worse! I was in gym class today and I was standing behind Mitch Bilsky" Henry began to explain
" so what'd invisible Brad do?" Ray asked
" he pinch Mitch Bilksy on the butt to make Mitch think I did it!" Henry continues to explain
" ooh, yeah, guys don't like that" Ray mantions
" no, they don't" Henry snaps
" uh, girls don't like that either" I chimed in and the two turn to me, I put my hands up in defence, " just so you know"
" we got to do something about Brad" Henry sighs
" don't worry, we're going to get him" Ray assure my brother
" I doubt it!"
We all scream when Ray and Henry about to sit on the couch but didn't notice invisible Brad is with us, we all got up from our seats
" quit your job!"
We felt around the room if we can catch him but my brother been thrown to our purple chair and I rush over to his aid to see if he's okay
" you have a beautiful home!" Brad compliments and left
Henry tries to catch up with him but the door already closed and he hit his turky leg in frustration
" how do we beat a guy we can't see?" Henry sighs as he turns back to the three of us
" uh, we fix it so we can see him" Charlotte chimed in and we turn to her
" how?" I asked confused
" yeah, how?" Henry copies
" with paint" Charlotte smirk
" oh, come on, how is paint gonna..." Henry trailed off
" I don't really think that paint is the answer that we're..." Ray began to say but they both realized it is
" paint!" both of them gasps

Right now we are back in the Man Cave and had everything planned out, we made Ray tell Brad that Henry quit and come from the elevator. Right now we setting up a trap so we could see Brad
" okay, is the trip wire set" Charlotte answers as she finish one last thing and I hold still the latter Henry is on so he won't fall
" oh, this is going to be so great, invisible Brad's going to covered with red paint so we'll be able to see him and then we're going to kick him about fity times right in his invisible.." Henry trailed off getting all excited
I rolled my eyes at him
" okay!" I exclaim which made Henry paused and I smile softly, " we get it"
We hear a tube shooting down and we turn around to see Ray shot down his tube but that wasn't our plan, he was suppose to come from the elevator
" Ray?" Henry asked confused as Ray got out of the tube
" why did you come down the tube?" Charlotte asked surprise of this
" you were suppose to walk out of the elevator with Brad" Henry reminds him
" I... I need to sit down" Ray says and go to the couch and we follow him
" are you okay?" I asked worry
" what's wrong?" Charlotte asked concern
" is Brad in here with us now?" Henry asked and we felt around us to see if he is
" I wish he was" Ray replied and that made us stop and turn to him
" well, what happened?" Charlotte asked
" everything was going according to plan, I told invisible Brad that Henry quit and that he could he my new sidekick" Ray began to explain
" and did he buy it?" Henry asked
" ohhh... He bought it" Ray nods his head and that made me more confused
" what does that mean?" I asked
" well... We were finishing our root beers, we took a selfie, I paid the check and then we were talking across the street together on our way here" Ray continues explaining
" and?" Henry asked for more details
" Brad got hit by a bus" Ray explained and that made the three of us gawked of the sudden news, " I guess the driver just didn't see him"
I patted Ray's shoulder of comfort
At least he's dead and won't bother us anytime soon, right?.
