"I'm so booooorrreeeeeddddd" Deimos whinged. You two were sitting in the living room, and Deimos had complained about being bored for 3 minutes straight. And idea popped into your mind "let's have a drawing contest!" You cried. Deimos sat up, clearly interested. "Alright, how about two hours each, we draw each other, ready....set...go!". You ran to your room and Deimos ran towards his. You were determined to impress him with your art skills. You pulled out your pencils and your piece of paper and got to work

Two hours had passed, and you were ready to show each other your drawings. Yours hadn't turned out the way it wanted, and you were ashamed of it. You hid it behind your back as you walked into the living room. Deimos looked very pleased with himself. "I wanna go first!" Deimos cried. You nodded without a word and Deimos pulled out his drawing with a dramatic flourish. Your jaw dropped, it looked great! Shading, colouring, it was perfect. Deimos was smiling broadly "what about yours honey bun?" He asked. You looked away, you couldn't show him that piece of garbage drawing. It was so bad he'd probably break up with you. "I...." you struggled to find an excuse, what could you say? Before you could make up some excuse, Deimos pulled the drawing out from behind your back and looked at it. You looked down at the floor in shame, he probably thought it was ugly and hated it. The silence in the room was suffocating you. Finally he responded "this looks great!". You looked at him in shock "r-really...?" "Really" his smile lifted your mood instantly. You hugged him without warning, your heart beating with joy. He smiled and kissed your neck "don't think badly of yourself, just keep trying and never give up!" You grinned "thanks sweets". He smiled back "no problems"

Deimos hung the drawing up on the wall. His Y/N. They were so dam special to him, they made his heart flutter and brightened his day. If anything happened to them, he would kill anyone. No hesitation. He really did love Y/N
