Mahalina Harley was done with it.
She was finally starting to navigate the ways of teenage years in the great, grand city of New York, and all of a sudden, her rug of support is snatched from under her feet, pulling her into a suburb in the (in her opinion) lesser city of Los Angeles. Like, are you kidding me?
As mad as she was, she always thought about the reason why her parents decided to make the big leap to the steaming West Coast. Then again, her parents are basically hookers, so there's why. Finding out that she was to have to leave all of her friends behind in New York, and go to some random ass school in LA really pissed her off.
As she said before, she was done with it.
On the other hand, Azalea Harley was ecstatic.
Finally! She could leave this hellhole! All of these years of waking up at 5 in the morning to frantically run to the terminal , arrive late to class, get relentlessly picked on for how she spoke, how she looked, all of those random stereotypical things, they pissed her off. And she was frankly done with the shitty state of New York .
A fresh new start in LA was exactly what the doctor (her) ordered. A chance to make friends, be included with other people instead of being insulted just for her appearance, to impress everyone with her outstanding skills for coding and poetry, she was just, excited!
However, both sisters' hopes and dreams of having a good time in LA were, mixed, I'll say. Especially because of their psycho neighbor.
