Camilas pov
I wake up and go get ready for the day, showering, washing my face brushing my teeth, doing my hair and make up, putting on my clothes and then going downstairs for breakfast.
"What the fuck!" I yell at my parents, then go wide eyed and frowning
"Mija language!" Mom said
"Why did my timer go up 5 more years?! I was meant to meet my soulmate in 8 months!" I say, my dad sighed.
"Maybe he moved or something, these things happen" dad said, I groan and grab my jacket and keys.
"I'm going out" I say, they nod and I leave going to my best friend dinahs house.
We were in her room talking she only had a few months left to meet her soulmate and now mines 5 years and 8 months.
"Dinah I'll be 23! That's old" I say, she chuckles
"No it's not, it's actually the age most people have gotten for their soulmates" Dinah said, I sigh and play with my hands.
"I was excited" I mumble, she laughs
"Well not shit! I am too you best not jinx me and make mine go up" Dinah said, I roll my eyes
"Now I have to wait forever to meet them" I groan, Dinah shrugs
"Maybe he's moved or something" Dinah said, I sigh
"That's what my dad said" I say, she nods
"Move back idiot!" Yell at my timer, Dinah giggles
"Mila 5 years isn't that long, plus you won't be living in your parents house anymore so you get more alone time-" I cut Dinah off.
"Dinah gross!" I say, she shook her head
"I'm just saying maybe it's better to wait longer" Dinah said, I sigh
"You're just saying that" I say, she nods
"I know" she said, I giggle
I stay over dinahs house for dinner before going home, I was still upset about the years added to my timer so I got myself ready for bed.
I was texting Dinah as my eyes were getting heavy, soon I fell asleep.
