~🛏Sleepover🛏~
Walnut quickly opened the door for Creampuff.
They were going to have a sleepover today.
Walnut smiled when she saw her.
"I'm happy you could come today!" Walnut smiled.
"Yeah! Me too! That school gives a lot of homework..." Creampuff smiled back.
"Yeah! Do you have your things?" Walnut asked.
"Yep!" Creampuff held up a bag.
"Okay! Let's go inside!!" Walnut smiled.
Walnut quickly let Creampuff inside.
Both of them sprinted to Walnut's room in an instant.
Almond looked up from his book at them.
He smiled and then got back to reading.
Creampuff jumped on Walnut's bed.
"Wow! I never knew your bed was THIS soft!" Creampuff exclaimed.
"I know! It's perfect!!" Walnut smiled.
They smiled and laughed.
Walnut being happy made Creampuff feel butterflies in her stomach...
She was snapped back to reality when Walnut asked her a question.
"Do you want to put on a movie?" Walnut asked her.
"Sure! What do you have?" Creampuff returned the question.
Walnut ran to her closet.
She rummaged through it for a minute before finding a DVD.
"I have this really cool detective movie!! Wanna watch it??" Walnut asked, excited.
"Yeah!! It sounds cool!" Creampuff smiled.
Walnut quickly put the DVD in.
She turned on the TV and selected the channel that connected to the DVD.
She sat down on her bed.
So did Creampuff.
The movie began to play.
It was just a simple detective show.
Walnut moved closer to Creampuff.
Creampuff didn't seem to notice.
The movie began to become more scary.
Walnut didn't show too much fear.
On the other hand, Creampuff was looking scared.
She suddenly clung onto Walnut.
Walnut noticed quickly.
"Is the movie too scary?" Walnut asked.
"Yeah... I'm sorry..." Creampuff sighed.
"We can turn it off if you like!" Walnut smiled.
"Oh... well, you seem to enjoy it!" Creampuff said timidly.
"That's okay! I've already watched this movie anyway!" Walnut smiled again.
She quickly turned it off.
It was already getting dark.
Almond knocked on the door.
He opened it shortly after.
"Girls! Dinner is ready!" Almond said.
"Okay!!" Creampuff and Walnut responded at the same time.
Almond shut the door.
They both got up quickly and reopened the door to go downstairs.
~Timeskip, after dinner~
Walnut and Creampuff walked upstairs to Walnut's room again.
"That food was great!!" Creampuff smiled.
"I know right!" Walnut replied.
"Your dad is so cool!" Creampuff said.
"Thanks!" Walnut smiled.
They both had gotten back up to the room.
Walnut quickly checked the time.
"It's 10:00... we should go to sleep!" Walnut said.
"Okay then!" Creampuff smiled.
They both stepped near Walnut's bed.
"Uhh... are we going to be sleeping in the same bed?" Creampuff asked.
"I really don't mind." Walnut shrugged.
"Can I?" Creampuff asked.
"Sure! But we aren't using the same pillow!" Walnut set a boundary.
"Okay!" Creampuff smiled, accepting it.
She went to her bag and grabbed the pillow that she packed in it.
She put the pillow on the bed, trying to not disturb Walnut's pillow.
Creampuff grabbed the pjs from her bag and went to the bathroom to change.
Walnut changed in her room.
Something about Creampuff... how accepting and kind she was, made her heart flutter a little...
She passed it off as nothing.
Creampuff knocked on her door.
"Are you done?" Creampuff asked.
"Yep! You can come in!" Walnut smiled.
Creampuff opened the door.
She sat on the bed comfortably.
Walnut did too.
It took her some more time to sleep that night, though.
Creampuff's presence made her feel comfortable, yet it made her mind tick.
She laid there still, turning to one side.
Her hand rested itself onto Creampuff's.
Creampuff's hand held onto hers.
Walnut quietly gasped and smiled.
Creampuff was awake too.
She turned herself to face her.
"You're up too?" Creampuff asked.
"I couldn't sleep... something is on my mind." Walnut sighed.
"Me too... want to just say it at the same time? I bet it will probably be different!" Creampuff asked, sounding reassuring.
"Sure! Ready... 3, 2, 1...!" Walnut counted down.
"You." They both said on sync.
They both gasped.
"You're thinking about me of all cookies?" Creampuff gasped.
"You too!" Walnut also gasped.
They stared at each other.
"Well... since it's just us on our minds... maybe we could keep it that way?" Walnut bravely asked.
"Do you want to date me?" Creampuff blushed.
"Sure!!" Walnut smiled.
Creampuff smiled back.
She felt happy and at ease now.
So did Walnut.
They got a good rest that night.
