Hailee's pov
It was a couple days later and mom, momma and I were at the beach chilling. Well I had practice and they just wanted to come and watch.
I practice for a bit until I got tired to I ran back but on the way back, I felt something hard pinch me. I didn't realize how much it hurt until about 5 seconds later.
Lizzie's pov
Scar and I were watching Hailee surf but then we see she got bored or tired to she got out of the water and run back to us.
On the way she stops and looks down then back up and see tears in her eyes. "Scar!" I say and I get up and run to Hailee. When I get there, she was crying.
I don't know why. "Baby why are crying?" I ask panicking. "M-my foot" she says and I look down and see a grab attached to it. "Shit" I heard Scar say then running off to somewhere.
I gently pick Hailee up making sure that the grab isn't near anything that it can attach too. I carry her back fo out towels and place her down gently. "Momma it hurts" she says.
"I know it down" I tell her. I don't know how to help her but then I hear Scarlett talking and coming towards us. "Yeah she has a crab stuck and we don't know how to get it off" she says then we see Noah walking up to us.
"Ah I see. Okay Hailee, bit down on this" he hands her a towel and she bits down. Oh god. I'm scared.
Hailee's pov
Noah just told me to bit down on a towel so that's what I'm doing right now. "Okay ready?" I nod my head and I feel something sharp on my foot and I can't help my yell in pain but it's muffled due to the towel.
I then feel my foot sting. I look down and see Noah putting some gel on it. Mom is rubbing my back and momma is holding my hand. I probably dug my nails deep in her skin.
"Okay done" Noah told me and he gave me some water and I chugged that bitch. I was thirsty. "Thank you" Momma said and he nodded and walked away.
Not gonna lie, my foot hurts like a bitch. And now it's red and swollen. "Maybe we should go back home" mom suggests but I shake my head. "No i want to continue" I tell her and she sighs.
"Haiz you can't with your foot hurting like that" momma said packing some stuff. I cross my arms not wanting to go. Yes I'm being stubborn but guess who I got that from.
"No I'm fine see" I stand up to show them I can continue but it kinda hurts and I think they can see right through me. "Yeah no we're leaving" mom says grabbing my surfboard. "No" I said and mom turns around to face me.
"Haiz stop being so stubborn and let's go" mom says and I roll my eyes. "It's not my fault I'm so stubborn" I tell her grabbing my towel. "I did get it from you" I tell her walking pass her. It kinda hurts but I can suck it up.
We walked to the car and on the way there Noah waves goodbye at me so does his dad. I wave back of course. "What should we get the cast?" Momma asks putting her seatbelt on. I copy her.
"I'm not sure" mom says starting the car. "Haiz what would you like?" I had no idea what they were talking about. "Well I would like to have a younger sister or brother..." I look down then it goes silent so I look up. "But that's not what you meant right?" I laugh nervously.
Lizzie's pov
When Scar asked what Hailee wanted I don't think she knew what we were talking about because she said that she wanted a younger sister or brother. But when she said that, I couldn't help but smile. So did Scar.
Scarlett's pov
Haiz just said that she wanted a younger sibling and my heart stopped. Like in a good way. I don't know why I'm smiling like an idiot but liz is doing it too.
Hailee's pov
"We mean what would you like for food to give out to the cast" mom says and realization hits me. "Ohhhhhh" I laugh again. I do that when i nervous. I think for a bit then my eyes light up.
"Can we get cupcakes with their logo on them!?" I kinda jump but that hurts my foot. "Careful and I guess we can do that" momma says and we drive off to a bakery.
At the bakery...
Momma told me to stay in the car with mom but I insisted on coming in to make sure that the logos look good. Mom stayed in the car since she had a phone call to take so it was just me a momma.
We walk in and the little bell rings that's on the door telling that someone walked in. "Just give me a second" I heard someone say behind the counter and I knew exactly who it was.
Zoe's pov
I was looking for something in the lower cabinets when I hear the bell ring telling me that someone walked in. I told them to give me a second then I hear "hurry up my foot is killing me".
I sigh knowing exactly who it was. I get up and see Hailee and Lizzie standing there. Lizzie looks chill will Haiz looks impatient. Like always. "Well nice to see you too Haiz" I roll my eyes.
"I didn't know you work here" lizzie tells me and I smile at her. "Just started like a week ago actually" she nods and I see Haiz glaring at me. "Yes?" I look over at her. "Thanks for telling me that you got a job" she crosses her arms.
"Your welcome" I smile at her and she just rolls her eyes. "Now what can I get you two" I ask them and they tell me that they want cupcakes with each of the casts logo on it. "Would that be all?" I punch in some things on the tablet we have.
"Haiz you want anything else?" Lizzie asks her but she just shakes her head. "That's it thank you" Lizzie says handing me her card and I take her and swipe it and all that stuff.
After that i start working with the help of Kayden. "Wait! Kayden works here too!?" I hear Haiz shout as Kayden walks in with an apron on. "Yes I do" he tells her and starts helping me.
We both take art classes and we're really good at it so it's easy for us to make the cupcakes. Soon enough they were all done so we put them in boxes.
(They look like this I guess but with more and everyone's logos)
I show them the results and they love it. A little too much that Haiz had to give us both 100$ tip. Like where did that even come from? "Haiz you don't have too" I said giving them money back but she wouldn't take it.
"Take it stupid" she says and I thank them both. "See you at school!" Kayden shouts as they walk out the store.
Hailee's pov
We got in the car with me holding some boxes and momma holding the others on her lap. "So who was on the phone?" I ask mom as I'm trying to put my seatbelt on. It was kinda hard since I had to hold the cupcakes but I got it.
"Just your dad" she says and I knew that was a lie. She looks over to momma and gives her this look and momma nods. Okay what the heck!? "Got everything?" Mom says looking back at me and I nod my head looking out the window.
I see Zoe and Kayden helping some costumers inside the bakery and I smile at them. Mom starts driving and I didn't feel to good. I don't know where it came from but I feel like throwing up or something.
My head hurst and my throat hurts. It randomly happened which I weird. Oh well I'll suck it up. I look down at the box so that I won't throw up. Trust me I would have already if I kept looking outside at the passing stores and stuff.
It was kinda hard but I did it. "Haiz you okay? You look a bit pale" momma opens my door. Apparently we arrived. "I'm fine" I lie to her. I didn't want her to get mad at me because I don't feel good.
"Here let me help you" mom comes around the car and take the cupcakes from her and I get out of the car feeling a bit dizzy but I recover that easy. "You sure you're okay?" Momma asks walking beside me as mom is walking a bit ahead of us.
"Totally" I put on a fake smile and we arrive where the cast are sitting. They put the cupcakes on the table and opens it to reveal them. "Omg these are amazing" Chris H says. "I know right. Haiz friends did them" momma says as I sit down beside dad and Flo.
I lay my head on dads shoulder/arm. I really felt dizzy and I didn't know what to do. So I just closed my eyes and I felt someone rub my back. I think it was Flo and dad was putting my hair behind my ear.
