Miho Nishizumi and her friends gather in the Leclerc Tank Café to discuss the upcoming first match of the tournament against Saunders University High School, predicted to be difficult due to Saunders' significant materiel advantage that allows them to field ten tanks to Ooarai's five. Whilst there, the girls are chanced upon by the Kuromorimine Vice-Commander, the rude and condescending Erika Itsumi, and the Commander, the aloof Maho Nishizumi, who turns out to be the big sister of Miho. The meeting badly undermines Miho's confidence, and her morale is further damaged when the Student Council exerts additional pressure in expectation of an entire tournament win. That the Student Council seems to be hiding something only adds to her worries. Yukari does her best to encourage Miho, standing up to Maho and Erika at the Tank Café and reassuring Miho after their encounter with the Student Council, listening as Miho tries to think through the challenge of planning for the impending match.
While the Gustav Zion Wilhelm heard this, how Erika itsumi is quoted the rule book, how their tank is HERETICAL, This cause the Enginseer, to grabbed by the neck, the drills is getting closer to her face, she screams for help, her commander, tried to stop her, as the tank commander told his techprist to stand down. In which he replied with binary words, as he sits down, her throat and her vocal cord is was damaged. Her sister, calmly tell younger sister to help up, as the tank commander help her, up as she was taken to the hospital to be treated from her injuries cause by the techprist, choking her with his metal claw.
Leclerc Tank Café
Erika: Subcommander. Or would that be former subcommander?
Miho: Big sister.
Maho: I didn't think you'd still be doing Tankery.
Yukari: If I may say something, I don't think Miho's decision was incorrect in that match you had.
Erika: I think someone needs to mind her own business.
Gustav Zion Wilhelm: ........
Erika: You're facing Saunders High in the first match. Be sure that you don't fight so poorly that you end up damaging the name of Nishizumi style.
Saori: Hey, what's your problem?
Hana: I do believe that was quite rude, ma'am.
Erika: I find you participating in Tankery rude. You're just some no name school. There's an unspoken rule that everyone knows: schools that would just embarrass Tankery should stay out of the tournament.
Mako: It should be pretty embarrassing if one of those teams beat the veterans who all sat around in their ivory towers coming up with that rule.Saori: If we ever end in a match against you, you can bet we won't loose.
Erika: Yeah, good luck with that.
She meets Gustav Zion Wilhelm and the techprist.
Erika: You're the one who destroyed the tanks of other team and convinced the Sensha-do Federation on your idea use your HERETICAL tank.
Gustav Zion Wilhelm: Our tank is not HERETICAL but it was made during the age of technology/dark age of technology.
Erika: I don't care it's illegal and go against the Sensha-do rules, to quote " Vehicles whose design was completed before August 15, 1945, the day of the Japanese surrender." And it's not from 1945, that's means it's HERETICAL Tank!
Techprist Enginseer uses the claw to grabbed her by the neck.
Maho: Erika!
Miho: Gustav! Stop him.
Gustav Zion Wilhelm: Techprist Enginseer let her go!

Gustav Zion Wilhelm: Take her to the place where you take the injured.

With that they take her to the hospital lucky for her the paramedics is in the scene, they take her in, somewhere in the hospital the doctor repair her vocal cords, she will be in the hospital for a month for test.
days later.
The next day, Yukari Akiyama is absent from class and training and out of mobile range. The rest of Team A visit her house, which turns out to be a barbershop run by her parents. Her parents are overjoyed to discover that Yukari has made friends: Yukari was a loner through primary school since she knew nobody else who shared her passion for sensha-dō. The girls wait in Yukari's bedroom upstairs -when, to their astonishment, she enters through the window wearing a convenience store uniform. As she had the Servo-skull with her, as the Servo-skull carry the camera.
The video played.
Yukari displays a video recording made during a daring infiltration of the Saunders Girls High School. Inspired by Miho's questions about what Saunders might be planning, she stowed away on a cargo vessel to gain access to Saunders' campus ship, then posed as a Saunders student to obtain footage of the M4, M4A1, and M4A6 Sherman tanks, along with a recording of the match briefing, including the entire Saunders battle-lineup, strategy, and flag tank. Though she is caught out after asking too many suspicious questions, she manages to escape before being apprehended.
[Yukari has infiltrated Saunders High]
Naoimi: Have I seen her here before?
Kei: Huh?
Arisa: State your class and grade.
Yukari: Uh, the 6th armored division, Oddball, Sergeant third class.
Arisa: Huh?
[Kei starts laughing]
Naoimi: She's an impostor.
Just then a floating human skulls opened fire at it, as the Saunders girls saw the floating skull, shooting at them, most of them were traumatized by the floating skulls, she grabbed the skull with the camera and take the skulls.
Gustav Zion Wilhelm is looking at the tv monitor in amazement, man from 40th millennium he never seen ancient technology before.
Later.
Back in Ooarai, training continues, with Team A putting in extra hours to hone their skills. The tanks are repainted in monotone camouflage schemes and assigned new designations: Team A becomes Anglerfish Team, with a pink anglerfish as their logo, Team B becomes Duck Team with a logo of a white duck spreading its wings, Team C becomes Hippo Team, with a logo showing a blue hippo's backside, Team D becomes Rabbit Team, featuring a knife-wielding pink rabbit logo, and the student council becomes Turtle Team, with a logo of a two-legged turtle. The entire team gets new uniforms with imperial aquila and SKULL with wings, and the tanks are made ready. As the mark of Astra Militarum.
Mako: That was totally ridiculous.
Yukari: I worked hard.
Saori: Can you do something like that?
Yukari: Pre-match reconnaissance is approved for all tournaments. Miss Nishizumi, I did this offline and the editing isn't done, but please, use it to form your plan.
Gustav Zion Wilhelm wasn't sure if their are ready for Saunders University highschool, he wasn't qualified to train them, just then man appeared out of nowhere the commissar from unknown world, woken up and saw young girls, wearing Astra Militarum, he saw the Baneblade tank commander, got up, and decided to help them, how to fight like an guardsman.
The Astra Militarum, also known as the Imperial Guard in colloquial Low Gothic, is the largest coherent fighting force in the galaxy. They serve as the Imperium of Man's primary combat force and first line of defence from the myriad threats which endanger the existence of the Human race in the 41st Millennium.
It is comprised of countless billions of men and women -- hundreds of thousands of different regiments, supported by a vast array of light and heavy armoured vehicles that provide the Guard's primary offensive punch. The Astra Militarum are usually the first Imperial force to respond to a threat if a world's Planetary Defence Force (PDF) fails to suppress it.
They also garrison major locations of strategic or cultural interest to the Imperium and are often found in defensive roles. Supported by legions of heavy armour and thundering artillery, the Imperial Guard fight a never-ending war for the survival of Mankind in an unrelentingly hostile universe.
The Astra Militarum is often referred to as the "Hammer of the Emperor" -- the sheer amount of force that the Imperial Guard can bring to bear on the enemy is devastating, but is not as direct or as precise as their Space Marine allies, who are described as the "Scalpel of the Emperor."
There is no universal uniform or regimental command hierarchy in the Astra Militarum, although it is compulsory for every regiment to have at least one commissar to maintain the discipline and morale of the troops while watching for any signs of corruption or heretical taint in the ranks.
However, it is worth noting that a number of worlds copy the uniform and equipment used by the regiments of the Cadian Shock Troops, who are viewed as being the most effective of the Astra Militarum's infantry units.
The primary combat tactic of the Astra Militarum is to overwhelm the enemy with their endless numbers, while at the same time hammer them into submission with devastating artillery and crush them with powerful main battle tanks.
The day of the match
The match is well attended, including by representatives from both St. Gloriana and Kuromorimine High Schools. The enormous wealth of Saunders is shown by their support team, which they invite the Ooarai team to enjoy the use of. To the bemusement of the others, student President Anzu Kadotani and the Saunders commander, Kay, recognize each other, and are well enough acquainted to share an in-joke, though how they know each other is left a mystery. Kay also recognizes Yukari, but rather than being angry, cheerfully takes her reconnaissance mission in stride.
Against Ooarai's five tanks, Saunders fields eight M4 Sherman tanks, one Sherman 'Firefly' and an M4A1 as their flag tank. Almost as soon as the match begins Rabbit Team, scouting alone, is ambushed by six of Saunders' ten tanks. Miho leads Anglerfish and Duck Teams to the rescue, but three more Shermans appear and all three Ooarai tanks are surrounded. With uncanny skill, Saunders continually predicts their movements, outmaneuvers them, and tightens the noose. At last Ooarai goes head-to-head with a pair of Shermans and breaks through the encirclement, narrowly avoiding both heavy fire and a head-on collision.
Suspicious of how well the Saunders attack predicted the Ooarai movements, Miho soon spots a radio balloon over the battlefield, revealing that Saunders is intercepting and listening in on Ooarai's radio transmissions. To counter the wire tapping, Miho has Saori communicate with the Ooarai Team through their mobile phones instead, whilst using their radios solely to plant false intelligence.
Saunders' Vice-Commander Alisa swallows the bait, and sends the entire Saunders force to an exposed crossroads. There, Duck Team drags a log behind their tank to creates a dust cloud, giving the illusion that it is the entire Ooarai Team in retreat. That leads the majority of the Saunders tanks away, whilst a fake radio signal supposedly disclosing the location of the exposed Ooarai flag tank (Turtle Team's Panzer 38(t)) lures two M4 Shermans into a trap. Ooarai's ambush knocks out one Sherman, and while the second Saunders tank manages to escape unharmed, just knocking out one Sherman is a success that shocks everyone -including the Ooarai Team.
Kei: Hey there, Sergeant third class, Oddball.
Yukari: She found me.
Kei: So what is that?
Yukari: Oh that's a Servo-skull.
Kei: Yeah I'm going to talk to anzu Kadotani about this?
Anzu: Yo! Kei!?
Kei: Who are they?
Anzu: Well....
Kei: I see.... they came from the another world were, there's only war?
Anzu: Yes!
Kei: So are they legal?
Anzu: Why? Yes they are.... they Servo-skull will take the occupation from the tanks before it's destruction. So yeah.....
Kei shivered the sights of the floating human skulls saving them.
With that the match begins
Miho: As I explained, we'll win if we can take their flag tank out before they get ours. Saunders High is better at attacking and defending than we are, but let's try to fight them without getting too panicked. Make the most of your maneuverability, always keep moving and try to break up the enemy and draw them to the Assault III.
30 minutes later.
Hana: That was close.
Miho: Yeah, it was almost like they knew what we were going to do.
[takes a closer look a a balloon flying over the Saunders camp]
Hana: Miho, what's wrong?
Miho: They have a device that's intercepting our transmissions up there.
Hana: But isn't that against the rules...
Miho: Shhh!
[later]
Gustav Zion Wilhelm: I see, those cheaters!
Yukari: Well, there's nothing in the rule book that says you can't put up wiretapping devices.
Saori: How terrible who cares how much money you have.
Hana: Let's say something.
Miho: In that case...
After few minutes of listening.
Riko: Feuer!
Helmet: Jesus!
Boom!
Gustav Zion Wilhelm: Now! Fire!
The Servo-skulls took the Saunders tank team out as their tank exploded. While their are screaming as the Servo-skull take them in safe place. As fleeing tank was destroyed but occupants was saw the Servo-skulls and they got out from their tank running away from the floating human skulls. As empty tank, was shot down.
Sanders Radio Operator: Dog team is out. (Screaming can be heard, as they saw the floating human skulls.) Let's get out of here!!!! As the radio was silent.
Arisa: What!?
Naomi: What!?
Kei: Why!?
Saori: We weren't talking on our radios, we were using our cells.
Gustav Zion Wilhelm: Good! Now!!!!
