1. i do not own twd, nor do I claim to. i only own my original character + plot lines aside from the show
2. this fic does not follow the original plot entirely, as I've added more to it for the sake of it not being so predictable + trying to give Carl the main character story he deserves :) that being said, everything is still the same as the show unless stated otherwise
3. although minor, i've pulled inspiration for nearly every scene straight from TWD or TWDG, just to keep the authenticity

6. i'm adding this on august 11th, 2022. um, the prologue + first chapters ARE WRITTEN SO BADLY! so I'm just here to say that this is my trial fic, it's also my first fic, and I started it in 2017, having no idea what I was doing! I'm too exhausted to go back and edit the first few chapters AGAIN but I swear that they get better when my original plot comes into play!! pretty please give this fic a chance!! <33
