THIRD PERSON POV
"Come on,let's not ruin this lunch now."Xiao offered him a hand.
Venti looked up and unwrapped his own arms and held his hand.
"Alright."He said in a cold voice.
'Great,I ruined another lunch time..shit.How embarrassing to get beat up by a girl.'Venti said in his thoughts while walking to the lunch cafeteria with Xiao.
They walked over to the cafeteria and sat at the table with Lumine and Aether (as always)
"Hm? Late again? Something up?"Aether suspect. "Uh-no,just got distracted by something."Venti scratched the back of his head and faked a chuckled. Aether knew he was lying but just shrugged his shoulders "okay! Suit yourself, how bout you Xiao?"Aether turned his head at Him. "I had to help Mr.albedo with something"
"Ohh okay!"
Venti looked down at his feet,he had a cold face and had some dried tears on his eyes. He didn't look happy but looked drained inside. Lumine knew somethings off about him so she started to think what could cheer him up.
Ding ding, light bulb in her head pop up. She turned her head at Xiao and gave him a smile.
Xiao knew what's she thinking from that smile she has. "Oh god."He whispered.
"Hey Xiao. Your 'boyfriend' doesn't look all 'happy' why don't you hug him?"Lumine said staring at his eyes
Venti started to get light reddish blush around his two cheeks when he heard Lumine said 'boyfriend'. He immediately looked up and started to sweat uncontrollably"No! No! I'm alright!! I'm-not sad!"Venti covered his face to hide the blushing cheeks he has.
"Hmmmm? Whatever you say! Never mind Xiao! He's all good!"Lumine chuckled.
'The hell was that for!??'Xiao gave a disgusted face at Lumine, and Lumine did a smirky face at him.
'Phew, even if he hugged me again I'll be a screaming inside'Venti did a relief sigh..
AFTER SCHOOL BLAH BLAH BLAAH(lazy ha)
Finally school was over and they all headed outside of school,heading to the dorm section.
Xiao and Venti did the same thing as well and went inside there dorms. "Uaaghh! Finally in the dorm!"Venti made a big groaning sound as he stretched out his hands. Xiao placed his bag down at the small sofa they had,while Venti still has his strapped behind his back.
"Ight! Ima do some homework in my room again,see ya!"Venti said while walking to his room and closed his door shut. Leaving Xiao alone in the sofa.
Xiao didn't had a courage to move his stuff to his room and do homework so he just lay down and did it in the sofa.
Few hours passed(5:48),Xiao became bored after finishing his homework. The room was all quiet and he can hear himself think better. He looked around the room to see what to do but there wasn't so he decided to take a stroll down the streets and probably buy food down there.
Xiao gathered his books and stuffed it inside his bag before leaving the dorm. He headed over to the door and was about to unlock it but then got a small tap behind his back. "Hmm? Where are you going Xiao??"Venti asked.
"Just gonna go walk down the streets and all, why?"
"Can I come with you??"Venti said since he wanted to clear all his minds out and feel what it's like to finally feel calm.
"No"
"Please"
"No"
"Pretty please!!"Venti held his both hands and begged him until he finally said yes. "Fine.."Xiao groaned at him. He wanted to go alone but now that Venti is coming along,he didn't wanna go walking now.
"Yay!!"Venti cheered. "Come on! Let's go~!"Venti said,grabbing Xiao by the hand and dragged him out of the dorm and closed the door behind him.
They both walked down the street together,still holding hands since they were both distracted to see how beautiful the sunset was and the trees.
"Haha! Didn't expect this street to be all pretty! Don't ya think?"Venti said with his eyes closed and a smile on his face. "I don't know." Xiao mumbled his voice.
"Huh?! What kind of answer is that??"Venti released his hand from Xiao and crossed his both arms. "What?? Do you expect me to say 'oh this place is so pretty,we should go ahead and kiss under the tre-"he stopped for a moment and covered his mouth when he realized what he said.
He turned to see Venti eyes wide open and his jaw dropped into shock. Venti wanted to do that, but thought it will be awkward for him.
"Haha! I guess you could say that"Venti chuckled a bit.
"Shut up."Xiao said, feeling a bit embarrassed for what he said.
"Hey,we could sit down at that bench."Venti said,pointing at the empty bench that was almost full of fallen leaves from the tree.
"Sure"he agreed
Both Xiao and Venti walked over to the empty bench and sat down. It was a bit awkward since none of them said anything but could hear the wind breeze through there faces and there hair ruffling in there faces.
Venti closed his eyes and felt the wind going to his face. He never felt more relaxing than this.
Xiao on the other hand was looking down at his phone, scrolling through whatever he's looking at.
Venti opened his eyes and turned his head at Xiao.
He admired his beauty,his golden eyes, his hair and lips. Everything was perfect about him.
Venti snapped out of it and cleared his throat. "Ahem- so-uh... should we go ahead and buy some food?"Venti suggested
Xiao didn't say a word but nodded his head up and down.
"There's some fast food down the streets,would you like that?"Xiao asked. "Yeah sure!"Venti happily smiled at him.
They both started walking to the fast food and decided to have it as a take-out. "Oh? Hello! Welcome to McDonald,how may I help you?"The cashier said as they both entered in.
"Yeah. Just one large fries."
"I'll get a mocha,10 pieces of chicken nuggets,1 McFlurry,2 large fries and take out order please."Venti smiled at the cashier.
"What the hell? That much?"Xiao looked at him.
"Yeah,pfft I'm hungry."He shrugged his shoulders.
"Alright that'll be (idk) please."The cashier said,tapping on the buttons.
"Alright I'll pa-"Before Venti could even took out his wallet from his pocket from his pants Xiao grabbed his hand and stopped him
"No I'll do it"He offered and instead of Venti paying Xiao payed for it.
"Alright,please go ahead and wait."The cashier said.
"Huh?! But I ordered so much so I wanted to pay for it."
"It's fine."Xiao shush him. "Whatever you say then"
Minutes later
"Heres your guys food"The cashier handed them two McDonald bags. "Thank you!"Venti grabbed it from there hand and they both headed off.
"Yay! We could finally eat!"Venti cheered.
"You sure your gonna eat all of those?"
"Of course! Why? Wanna eat some of mine?"
"No. I'm good."Xiao said looking at his phone.
"Alright then suit yourself!"Venti skipped,making the bags go flying up.
"Hey be careful with them!"Xiao touched the upper mid of his nose. 'Acting like a child again. Foolish'
"I know I know!"
