Today was a new start for me, I'm starting fresh, I'm not gonna spend all day crying anymore, that's over. I realized that wasn't me, I don't go around crying when I have a problem, i stand up and face it, and that's what I'm doing today. So I got up this morning and went to park to train and clear my head.
I've been training non stop this days, my dad is having me erased any Cobra Kai mentality that I have, and honestly is the best for now.
I was starting my morning run around the park when I feel someone besides me, I look and is some guy, he looks familiar, he is probably from school, I look that he's talking so I take my air pods off.
"I'm sorry you said something?" I said while still jogging
"Yeah I said hi" he said still running beside me
"Hi?" I said so confused
"You run really fast is impressive" he said so I stopped jogging
"Do you need something?" I said kinda frustrated
"Oh... I go to school with you, you probably know me I'm the captain of the soccer team" he said in a cocky way
"I don't but good to know" I said wanting to go back to my jogging
"I'm Chad by the way" he said trying to shake hands
"Obviously" I whispered to my self
"Said something?" He asked me
"No, nothing at all, I'm Davina" I said
"Yeah I know, everyone at school knows you" he said smiling
I got to say he was not bad looking, he was your typical all American boy, blonde hair, blue eyes, tall, future frat boy kinda guy, definitely not my type.
"So... there's gonna be this party tonight, I was wondering if you wanted to go with me?" He said to me
"Look.. Chad... you look like a nice guy, but I just broke up with my boyfriend, and I'm not really looking for anything right now so..." he didn't left me finish
"Yeah that's alright I get it, but I mean we could go as friends, you know not anything oficial, just two friends hanging out" he said again
So here's the plan I say yes to him, just so would leave me alone, tell him I see him there and then just ignore him. Good plan.
"Sure, why not" I said
"Awesome, I'll pick you up" he said and started jogging
"No no I'll see you there" I said quickly
"Nonsense I'll pick you up" And he got away.
Fuck my life.
Wait a minute, he doesn't know where I live. Perfect.

I was getting ready, I put on a graphic shirt, black leather short and a matching jacket, I did my makeup as always, natural with wing liner. I went down stairs to drive to Moon's house for the party when I saw my dad talking with someone in the door.
"Who are you talking to dad?" I asked him making my way to the door "What are you doing here?"
It was fucking Chad in the door
"I didn't now you were friends with Chad, his dad works with me in the dealership" dad said with a big smile
"Yeah my dad give me your address I hope that's ok" Chad said to my dad
"Of course he's one of my closest friends, and hey, I'm glad you guys are hanging out" dad said while giving me a wink
"We should head out" I said with literally no expression on my face
"Sure, hey your mom and I are gonna have a date night, ok, and you young man take care of my princess ok?" He said to Chad patting his shoulder while laughing
"Of course Mr. LaRusso" Chad said and took my hand to go to his car, but I slap his hand off.
When we got in his car he tried to put my
seatbelt on for me, but I did it before he could.
"So you like music?" He said turning on the radio
"No" I said with a dead face
"Ok..."

We got to the party and I was Aisha there.
"I'll be right back" I said to Chad and walked to Aisha
"Hey!, so I see you came with Mr. Perfect Chad over there" she said to me
"Yeah don't remind me of that, I don't know how I ended up like this" I said to her "I'm trying to get out of his sight"
"I don't know why you're complaining every girl here wish he invited her" she said to me and then realized what going on "But your not over HIM, I get it it's only been I week, you'll get over him"
"Here you are" someone said and put his arm around my shoulders
"Hey...Chad" i don't like saying his name, makes me cringe
"Let's go for something to drink" he tried to take me with him
"Actually we're talking about something serious right here" Aisha said saving me
"Yeah, could you bring me something please?" I said to him
"Anything for you" he said walking off
"Let's go somewhere else" I said to Aisha walking inside the house.
"So.. how is it in Miyagi-Do?" Aisha asked me
"Is different, really different from Cobra Kai, but I kinda like it, let's not talk about karate" I said wanting to chance the topic
"Yeah, you should talk about something else, I'll leave you two alone" Aisha said walking away from me.
I turn around and saw Hawk standing in front of me.
"Hey" he said looking unsure of what to say
"Hey" I said back to him
"You look beautiful tonight" he said to me finally looking at me in the eyes
"Stop please" I said frustrated
"Stop what?" He look confused
"Stop treating me nice, I broke up with you, you should hate me right now" I said to him
"I could never hate you" he said getting closer to me, he leaned his head down until we were inches apart.
"Ok you didn't told me what you wanted so I got you a beer" Chad said grabbing my shoulders again and dragged me apart from Hawk "Sorry did I interrupted something?"
"You came with this asshole to the party?" Hawk asked me
"Yeah man, got a problem with that?" Chad said to him
"Yeah I got a problem, if your gonna take my girl to a party don't give her shitty beer you asshole" Hawk said furious
"Your girl?... Oh I get it your the ex boyfriend that her dad hated" Chad said
"You're dead meat" Hawk was about to punch him.
"Stop the two of you" I said to them "Look the fact is that you are a douchebag, that I can't stand every time you open your mouth" I said making Hawk laugh "You're not any better, I love you, but you screw up, and I need time, so just respect that, both of you"

After what happens with Davina and "Chad", i decided to just sit down in the couch and drink, but it was kinda hard to do that while I had the love of my life surrounded by dudes flirting with her. While I was just watching her Demetri came and sit next to me.
"You check out the new Doctor Who trailer?" Demetri said
"I don't watch nerd shit" I said while drinking more
"You know um... Moffat isn't the show runner anymore" Demetri said
"Wait really? Since when?" I said interested "is there a new doctor? What's he like?"
"She's a badass" he said
"She?, no way" I got interrupted by a giggle. I turned around to see and it was Davina laughing at one the guys jokes
"I'd give up man, she's moved on" Demetri said to me
"Defeat does not exist" I said drinking more
"There's that winning attitude that pushed her away in the first place, I think you need a healthy dose of inner peace"Demetri said patting my arm
I got angry cause he's right, I pushed her away, is my fault she broke up with me.
"Oh, yeah?" I said and then dumped my beer on his head "Just what I thought, still a pussy"

I was talking with some guys in the leaving room, I was having a good time, just talking, knowing new people, like old times, maybe being single wasn't that bad.
I decided to go for something to drink at the kitchen when I see Sam serving vodka at a cup.
"Hey is that for Robby?" I said knowing that they came together. Then I see Robby coming towards us.
"No is for me" Sam said talking weird
"Wait have you been drinking?" I asked her but really it was a question for Robby
"Don't worry I'm like totally fine" she said to us
"No your not, you're not acting like yourself" Robby said to her graving her cup and throwing it away
"Sam you don't know how to drink, that's it no more drinking" I said to her worried
"What I'm not allowed to party?, I'm just you sweet little sister?, just roller skating for me?" She said with an attitude
"Just stay here, Robby can you grab her some food, I'll go make her a coffee" I said to him and he just nodded
When I started to make my way back I heard the make on, so I went to see what was going on.
"Excuse me!" It was Demetri "I'd like to make a toast to Eli Moskowitz" he said and everyone looked confused as to who he was talking about "oh!, I'm sorry, some of you might know him as Hawk, but underneath that crazy clown cosplay and whatever type of manic panic he dumps in his hair he's still good old Eli, my binary brother, well he was my binary brother, you know what he is now?, a real zero" I made my way over to him before he made himself killed
"Demetri thats enough get down there" I said to him but he ignored me
"Don't let that angry red hairdo fool you, he's a big softie, we watched every Harry Potter movie together, and he bawled like a baby when Dobby died" Demetri said making everyone laugh at Hawk "In the words of Eli's hero, Steve Jobs, I've got one more thing, have any of you heard of sleep enuresis?"
"Don't" Eli said
"Demetri this is going to far, shit the fuck up" I said to him
"That is the medical term, of course, in the kings English, it's good old fashioned bed wetting, and Eli here is a pro" Everyone laugh at Demetri words
Eli went over and looked at me embarrassed.
"My mom even had a special air mattress for sleepovers, and she called it Eli's water bed" Demetri said making Hawk explode
"You're a corpse" Hawk screamed at Demetri
"You're gonna have to go through me" Chris said
"Stay out of it traitor" Mitch said
"Hey, don't touch him" Robby said
"Or what?" Aisha said
"Guys stop, let's be friends" I said "Oh my god I sounded like Moon"
"Your chakras are finally calm" Moon said hugging me
"Oh I smell a rumble" Raymond said
"Shut the fuck up Chubs" I said to him
"And she's back" Moon said letting me go
Then we heard siren and blue lights showed up.
"Cops!" Someone screamed and everyone started running
"Come I'll take you home" Chad took my hand and lead me his car.
When we got inside his car he couldn't make the key go in.
"Hey are you drunk?" I asked him
"No in not drunk, look ok prove it" he said and then leans over to try and kissed me
"What are you doing?" I said pushing him off
"Come on don't act like that, come here" he took me by the neck and kissed me, but I keep pushing him off, until he finally got off.
I look up and I see Hawk dragging him out of the car, and bitting the crap out of him, he the grabbed him by the shirt and said something to him.
"Let's go I'm taking you home" Hawk said after he walked over to my door and opened it.
He started walking but I stopped him and hugged him.
"Thank you" I said against his chest, when we pulled out he looked shocked, he didn't know what to say
"Let's go the cops will be here any moment" he said leading me to his car.

"Thanks for the ride" I said taking my seatbelt off ready to open the door
"Davina wait" he said making me stop "Tomorrow when school starts, what's gonna happened?, are we gonna act like we don't know each other?, I can't do that?"
"If I'm being honest me neither, why don't we try being friends?" I said to him
"We've never done that?" He said giggling
"Consider it an experiment, good night" I said giving him kiss on the cheek
