"Manik Malhotra you are gone now" She mumbled fuming in anger, she walked to her room dialling his number
"Yes" She heard his husky voice from other she felt something churned in her tummy just listening his voice, he had that much effect on he, She just took a long breath
"What yes, you forget me already to be husband" Nandini taunted him as she gritted her teeth angrily
"Nandini what happened now?" Manik replied frowning a little hearing her angry voice
"Manik did you forget we have to do practice for our sangeet" Nandini Asked him growling in anger Manik sighed and leaned back on his chair
"Nandini I'm attending an important meeting, and you are asking me about dance practice" He replied her sarcastically Nandini huffed at his answer
"Manik you said you will take a break from work till our wedding, And you know i wanted to enjoy every function of our wedding together" Nandini reminded him sitting on bed as sadness took over her face
"Nandini it was an important meeting, after this I'm free, you want to dance so you can practice with someone else for a sometime, I'll be back in sometime " Manik told her and Aman came inside his cabin before knocking with some papers he signed the papers holding the phone with his shoulder pressed it on his ear still talking to her
While Nandini fumed at his casual behaviour then she smirked thinking about something
"Okay Fine, I'll dance with that choreographer, Even he is kind of hot, i especially wore a crop top so you can feel my skin under you hand while dancing but, that okay! I'll dance with that hot guy" She told him playing her care trying to be innocent smirk plastered on her face
While manik halted his work listening her words as his eyes darkened, he held the phone properly and signal Aman to leave with the gesture of his two fingers
"Nandini don't Eve-" He Sternly Was saying before he could finish Nandini cutted him in between
"It's okay! You can do your work I won't disturb you again bye baby" She told him in her honey coated voice and disconnect the call and giggled at her acting
"Now Manik Malhotra will be here like a speed of light" She mumbled to herself flapping her hair at her back proudly
It's not that she doesn't care for him or his business but she want him to enjoy his wedding they will be left with memories only she want him to be with her in all their happy moments so he don't regret it later
While at office manik scowled in anger, at her behaviour, he knew she is doing it purposely so he can spend time with her Even he wanted to run towards her, but this sudden meeting came in between, he can't Even cancel this deal it's important deal for him, He sighed and pushed the vase in anger
"Sir are you okay" Aman asked barging inside in his cabin worriedly listening the sounds Manik shot him a glare he looked at him nervously
"When are the kapoor's coming for meeting" he asked coming in his bossy mode again,
"Sir the they are reaching in 10 minutes and the conference room is ready too" Aman told him
"Make them comfortable I'm going to attend this meeting from my car on a video call , you are going to show them the design and everything, and I'll do the presentation understood" Manik announced sternly, getting up from his chair, Aman nodded in yes nervously
"It's an emergency, I have to leave, Aman don't be nervous you have done this before too" Manik clarified looking at his face, While wearing his coat and tapped his shoulder, and left from there!
Manik reached at Oberoi mansion, He walked inside, he smiled seeing the scenario in-front of him, There was a lot of noise, laughing, bickering was echoing in the whole mansion.
Cabir and Navye were bricking over food, And Anika was teaching some steps to shivaaye, And While other couples were doing practice too, laughing on something or other
While he roamed his eyes for Nandini, Then he saw her coming out from her room, She walked towards him, before Manik could open his mouth
She held his wrist and drag him and made him sit on the sofa, then without uttering a word she went inside the kitchen, He frowned at her behaviour, Then he saw her coming out with a glass of water in her hand, he Smiled at her gesture She forward him the glass, he took it from her and drank in one go as he was really thirsty
"Now can we talk" He asked her placing the glass on the table, And held her wrist pulled her down she landed beside him on the sofa
"I know you are angry at me but I-" She stopped in between as manik placed his finger on her lips
"Thanks for calling me here, I would have missed These moments, So Thank you" He confessed with a smile and held her hand and kissed the back of her palm a smile broke on her face with his calm behaviour
She wrapped her arms around his stomach and placed her head on the crook of his neck snuggling into him, He run his hand through her hair with a content Smile on his face
"Lovebirds times up, you guys have to practice too" Mukti commented looking at them, While other noticed them too Manik rolled his eyes and didn't moved back stayed in the same position Mukti shook her head in disbelief and left them alone
"Manik you are behaving like a road side Romeo, come on get up dude" Cabir remarked teasing him, He shot a glare at him And Nandini chuckled looking at them
"Why don't you spend some time with your wife stop distributing me" He replied sarcastically Pulling Nandini closer as she was moving back
"Yeah right atleast he's romantic unlike you" Navya barked glaring at him walking away , While Cabir pressed his tip of nose then glared at Manik as he was pressing his lips to control himself from laughing
"I won't leave you idiot" Cabir growled looking at him and walked behind navya, And manik laughed at them
Nandini stared at him lovingly as she caressed his beard slowly, Manik looked at her and raised his brows in question
"I'm so happy to see you laughing like this" She whispered Rubbing her thumb on his cheek loving his beard it was attracting her
"It's all beacuse of you, you are key to my happiness" he expressed staring in her eyes, Nandini leaned forward and placed a warm kiss on his jaws and then rested her head over their
"I'm loving your beard" She confessed caressing his cheek with other hand
"I was going to shave it but now that you are loving it I have to keep it " He told her Nandini giggled listening him!
"Do you wanna get fresh, then we can practice" She asked him moving back from his hold, Manik nodded then walked towards her room, While Nandini was walking behind him When Naira held her arm stopping her
"Nandini that choreographer is calling you, as you are the bride so go" She told her Nandini Sighed rolling her eyes and went their

"Listen dear you are main so just focus here, I'm teaching you some steps, then you can show this to your partner okay" He Said standing behind her While Nandini was getting irritated with his lectures
He placed his arms around her bare stomach, He asked her to placed her hands on top of it, Which Nandini did then he told her how to swing her body left and right , He bend down his face touched her neck, Nandin felt uncomfortable with this
"I can do it myself, I'm uncomfortable with your hold so leave" She told him, clearly in strict tone
"You will get comfortable in some minutes dear " he replied tightened his hold around her she fumed in anger she raised her leg to hit him between his legs
Then suddenly she gasped as she felt someone moving her with the jerks her back banged with his front and looked up to see Manik shooting daggers at the choreographer
Nandin sighed in relief and wrapped her arms around his stomach getting comfortable and he encircled her arms around her back protectively
"How dare you touch her" Manik growled loudly stepping closer to him and hold his shirt in his fist, His jaws clenched in anger
While the rest of them walked closed to them listening the loud voice
"Manik what happened?" shivaye asked placing his hand on his shoulder
"Ask this douche bag how dare he even touched Nandini" Manik Screamed angrily punching his jaw, while shivaaye widened his eyes listening him, he raged with anger and moved near to hit him he held is shirt in fist from other side
"I was just showing her dance steps" He clarified Nandini glared at him While manik chukled furiously
"I told you to leave me you basterd" Nandini Shouted fuming in anger and walked near him to kick him when manik stopped her standing in-front of her
"You stay behind you'll get hurt just let me handle him" Manik Told her And then he signalled Cabir something he nodded then he turned towards that guy with fire in his eyes,
That guy got scared he pushed shivaaye to run, but Neil Held him and pushed him making him fall on the floor,
Manik walked towards him rolling his sleeves, And shivaaye kicked him on his stomach , Manik hold his hand and twisted his hands, he screamed in pain,
"Manik bhai stop it please" Nandini Shouted as they might killed him, then a unknown guy entered, they handed the choreographer to him as he was from police, Cabir already informed police

Everyone's mood was off with the incident, the happy atmosphere turned gloomy, Nandini Sighed annoyingly
"Guys what the hell wrong with you , just change this mood please " Nandini stated getting up and looking at them
"Nandini don't" Manik warned her his jaw clenched in anger And left from there and banged the door of her room shutting it loudly Nandini palmed her ears with the loud noise
"Guys just get back to the mood, I'll handle him okay" Nandini advice them, then walked inside her room to calm down his hulk
Manik was standing in the balcony holding the railing with both his hands taking deep breaths to calm down his anger Nandini went near him and wrapped her around his stomach, taking him in a back hug rested her head on his broad shoulder manik took a long breath as he felt her
"Manik just forget whatever happened, that guy got his punishment, So don't spoiled your mood because of someone who is not even important" Nandini explained him, rubbing her hand on his chest
Manik sighed listening her and held her hand pulled her in-front her back touched with the railing he caged her placing his arms on either side
"You know how to calm me down" He murmured resting his forehead on hers, She snacked her arms around his nape
"Even you agreed that only I can handle Manik Malhotra" She commented proudly praising herself Manik chuckled And stare at her with all the love he had, Even she locked her eyes with him and the spark hit between them
He leaned down slowly, titled his head to lock their lips, Nandini closed her eyes slowly, Manik presses his lip with hers shutting her eyes, He encircled his arm around her waist as he pulled he closer, he cradled her head with other hand, Her hand got lost in his thick black hair, She placed her other hand on his cheek caressing his jaw
Her heart pounded in her chest as her knees got weaker. She could only focus on how soft he felt against her mouth, how addictively he invaded all her senses. He wasn't sure if nature rooted for this moment or if his mind tricked him into a perfect present, but every breath he took smelled like jasmine the warm feeling of her breath, although destabilizing, was inviting.

They both walked out holding their hands together, The rest of them noticed them and they sighed in relief seeing their mood
"Woah finally your mood is fine now bhai " Palak commented looking at the smile on Manik's face
"What did you do darling" Mishti teased her touching her shoulder with her playfully, Nandini felt herself getting scarlet her eyes went to manik, he winked at her making her smile
"Okay, let's get back to practice, My friend is a choreographer too so i called her she's on the way" Navya told him, then everyone took there places When a girl come and greeted them nicely
They did some practice for a while, everyone took their songs, Nandini and Manik just practice on one song, As manik didn't want to dance more!
They guys left the girls alone, and girls were enjoying dancing laughing, they day got over soon, while the second day elders did some practice, and the day ended nicely!
