Dagny Osborn was fishnet tights, skater skirts, Doc Martens, and leather jackets. Dagny Osborn was euphonic laughter and quick wit. Dagny Osborn was library study dates and the top grades in every class. Dagny Osborn was fingers bleeding raw from her guitar, soft singing drifting down from her bedroom. Most all, however, Dagny Osborn was the brightest star amongst the shifting constellations.
︎︎ ︎ ︎ ︎ ︎ ︎ ︎ ︎ ︎ ︎ ︎ ︎ What people didn't know: Dagny was suffocating, drowning under the pressure to be what everyone expected of her, desperately scrambling for some relief. What people didn't know: illicit affairs were her specialty, and Lydia Martin was her latest exploit. Perfect Dagny Osborn was tired of being perfect, and Lydia Martin was her relief. Only trouble was, Lydia had a boyfriend, one she claimed to care about, and this meant their rendezvous were often whenever Lydia and Jackson fought or broke up for a few days.
︎ ︎ ︎ ︎ ︎ ︎ ︎ ︎ ︎ ︎ ︎ ︎ There were no feelings involved, Dagny swore, it was just casual! (Of course, that's what people always said, until it wasn't.) When her ex-best friend, Stiles Stilinski, begins poking his nose into their relationship, Dagny is scared stiff he'll blab about their secret, knowing his big, dumb mouth and stupid crush on Lydia, but to her surprise, he was chill about it. And thus, their friendship slowly began to creep back into the sunlight. It was a almost a relief to Stiles, if he was honest ━ there was finally something in ways of a fault he could find in Dagny Osborn, angel of Beacon Hills.
︎ ︎ ︎ ︎ ︎ ︎ ︎ ︎ ︎ ︎ ︎ ︎ Dagny was just happy to have Stiles back in her life... but not so much when genuine feelings began creeping to the surface. Dagny didn't do too well with feelings, especially twice the amount of feelings, because, get this, it wasn't just confusing feelings for Lydia she now harboured, it was confusing feelings for Stiles as-well! Both of them! At the same time. Wonderful. A therapy session with Dagny's mind, body, heart and soul was sorely overdue.
︎ ︎ ︎ ︎ ︎ ︎ ︎ ︎ ︎ ︎ ︎ ︎ It certainly didn't help that both Stiles and Lydia were keeping secrets from her, hushed conversations that halted whne she walked into view, and they seemed to be at the centre of every mystery. Dagny was determinined to figure out just what the hell the two people she valued the most were hiding from her, if it was the last thing she did.
