4 years old Ari'es grew up alone all she had was her color books and crayons.. she didn't have that father figure in her life at all. Her dad and her mom didn't work out, well that's what she was told
She didn't have friends she found them some what unbearable. She was a very smart kid she mostly had her noes propped in her iPad watching learning shows and Dora.
She wasn't mean tho she was a sweet little thing born on February 14 Valentine's Day.. she was Just off to her self she also loved watching basketball but she wouldn't dare touch one she was what you would call princy.
She liked more things like getting her nails painted and scented chap sticks.
Well until.... Until she met mikey and he sorta changed her perspective on things a little.
'ARI'ES" the young mother called out to her daughter
'Yes mommy" Ari'es Tiny feet taped against the marble floors of there home
'Go put shoes on and go play outside" she said looking down at her daughter
'But why I wanna color" the little girl stomped her foot with her lip staring to quiver
'Because the new neighbors are out there and it looks like there are kids your age" the mother announced
'But that means I'll have to make friends and you know how I feel" she started crying
'Girl wipe them crocodile tears and berry em go put ya shoes on now" she stated
'Okay" the little girl sniffed walking to the front door
She grabbed her chalk and jump rope and she was out the door. Her mother knew she had left out the house because you heard the front door open thing.
Ari'es walked outside and looked at her surroundings and she saw a boy with a basketball and her face turned up in excitement watching him shoot the ball in the hoop and making it successfully.
She giggled and opened her big box of chalk and started drawing rainbows butterflies and candy. In her mind all of them things were quite satisfying.
As she was drawing she reached for her green chalk and it was gone she didn't even notice the little boy had came over and started drawing
She went into panic mode looking for her green piece of chalk looking everywhere except for behind her she started crying.
On the other hand the little boy was actually enjoying drawing his snake but he had stopped when he heard slight whimpers
Are you crying ari'es heard from behind her making her turn around to be met with the little boy that was playing basketball with her green chalk in his hand
Noo, she said wiping her eyes quickly
'Yes you are what's wrong" the little boy spoke
'Well I can't find my green chalk" she spoke lowly fidgeting with her fingers something she did when she was nervous.
'Oops im sorry here it is I was making a snake" he giggled
'It's okay can you tell me next time" the little girl smiled looking at his attire his clothes were dirty
He nodded his head
'What's your name" the girl asked him
'Michael but you can call me Mikey" he held his hand out
'I'm not shaking that" the little girl giggled
'Why not " he fround
'Cause it's dirty silly" she stated
Causing A wide silly grin spread across his face
He reached out and gave her a big hug causing her to let out loud uncontrolling giggles and causing him to start laughing along with her
The high pitch giggles alerted both of their parents to run over to them and see what was going on
'Princess, Michael" the both heard causing them to look up at there parents
Princess was the nickname ari'es had for being so princy
'Yes mommy" they said at the same time then started laughing again
'Are you guys okay" Mikey's mom asked
'Yes ma'am" ari'es responded while Mikey just nodded
'What's your name" his mother asked
'Yeah you never told me" Mikey added on
' it's ari'es" she smiled allowing 1 of her missing teeth to show
'Ouuu your snagtooth" Mikey snickered
'Poopy head its snagatooth" ari'es stuck her tung out smiling
'Who you calling poopy head" Mikey tilted his head
'You" ari'es pointed at him smiling
'Bald head" he stated pulling her hair balls
'Michael that's not nice" his mom said about to smack his hand but asyja stoped her.
'No no it's okay she needs to be a little rougher she's too princy" asyja stated
"Oh okay well umm I'm Charisse" his mom stated with her hand out.
"And I'm asyja" her mom said shaking her hand
"Single mom" Charisse asked
"Yeah I had her when I was 17 my mother didn't except the fact so I moved out here and now have my own beauty salon" asyja stated
'Well where's her father" Charisse looked at asyja with the tea face
'He said that she wasn't his but it doesn't matter because we're doing better with out him" asyja nodded
'We'll she'll have a good roll model in the long run" Charisse smiled causing a smiled to spread across asyja face
'Thank you" asyja smiled And Charisse just waved walking away.
'I'm going back to the house mooch mooch"
Asyja said
'Okay" the little one responded and looked back at mikey
'So you say you wanna be in the nba" ari'es Smiled
'Yeah and you want to do hair' mikey smiled
'Yeah I can do yours because you look a mess" ari'es giggled
'Mhm well can I use you jump rope" Mikey asked pointing to it
'Yes I wanna see you try" ari'es giggled
He tried and failed and failed but ari'es taught him and then they rode their bikes raced each other and played tag until it was time to go in the house
They'd walk to their doorstep and yell goodbye to each other then go inside and when they got inside they'd tell their parents how much funny they had with one another get their baths eat and go to sleep thinking about when would be their adventure tomorrow.
It was only the first day and they had so much fun and taught each other so many things. They'd knew they were gonna wake up and do it all again tomorrow.
