Jin Kisaragi was following his brother, trying to keep up with him, but he was too far, so he gave up on his search for Ragna,
Soon he found a katana with a sheath on the sidewalk so he picked it up and thought to himself
Jin's mind: I can't draw Yukianesa. perhaps I can use this as a substitute.
Baxter was in an alleyway with Nu-13 when the Murakumo Unit spotted Jin
Nu: Target confirmed to possess a Nox Nyctores.
Baxter looked to see who it is, it was his worst enemy,
"Oh great it's him." Baxter said,
Baxter: I'll let my Mousers deal with him.
Jin then heard a reaction coming from his Nox Nyctores, when a Mouser was heading toward his way when it was grabbed by the face,
He then froze the head and threw it on the ground causing it to shatter like ice,
Suddenly he heard something from the alley way so he fired an ice blade at the wall and Baxter came out.
Baxter: Watch where you're aiming that, you could've killed me!
Jin: Your that poor excuse for a scientist.
Baxter: Poor excuse!? Do you even know who you're talking to!?
Jin: Tch. I don't have time to be dealing with you, move.
Baxter: And why would I?
"I said. Move." Jin said after he gave him a murderous glare
Baxter: Not a chance, Get him!
Jin couldn't draw Yukianesa, so he'll have to rely on not using it's power by using the substitute katana he found
Jin sliced up half of the Mousers with the katana he found when one of them attacked him from behind
But soon Hakumen joined the fray when he sliced up one of the mousers.
Jin: I don't remember asking for any help.
Hakumen: I know, There is something I need to speak to you about. But first we must deal with them first.
Jin: Just stay out of my way.
Jin charges in while Hakumen unsheathes Okami as he raises his sword in the air charging up a blade beam.
Jin kicked a mouser away as he destroys one with the katana he found.
Hakumen: Empty Sky Form... SUMMER'S ADVANCE!
Hakumen releases a blade wave which takes out almost half of all the mousers.
Jin: your creations are pathetic, scientist. Give up.
Baxter: Good thing I made extra,
Soon more Mousers appeared and attacked the duo.
Jin: Tch, I Grow tired of this,
Jin readies his substitute katana as white light glows around him
With Hakumen doing the same thing, Both Jin and Hakumen conjure up a barrier, readying their distortion drive,
Jin: Without a trace...
Hakumen: Empty Sky Form...
When the mousers touch the barrier they unleashed their attack
Hakumen and Jin: WINTER'S RIPOSTE!!
Both Jin and Hakumen dealt a counter slash to all of the mousers that came toward them,
Once they were all taken care they set their eyes on the mad scientist,
Jin: You're next you poor excuse for a scientist.
Just then several swords rained down upon the Hero of Ikaruga and the Leader of the Six Heroes as they dodged the barrage of swords
Nu-13 grabbed Baxter in time before she flew off with him
Jin: So Hakumen, what is it that you want?
Hakumen: Jin Kisaragi I have a favor to ask of you.
"And what would this "favor" be?" Jin asked
Hakumen: Make for the warehouse located east from here, there you will find the enemy, You may find Tsubaki there as well
Jin: You... How do I know That your telling the truth?
Hakumen: I have no time to explain. You must go,
Jin: Understood, although I'm only doing this because of Tsubaki, we will meet again, Phantom of my Past.
Jin Sets out once more but this time to find and save Tsubaki.
