A few days have passed since jacob decided to become a pokemon coordinator. Jacob has been training bluey and himself a lot. Today was the day he and his friends go on their journey, right now jacob was inside with his mother
Jewel: I must say son, your training has improved drastically, you've made me so proud
Jacob: thanks mom
Jewel: now before you go, I want to give you some things
Jewel first handed him a golden card with a light blue ribbon on it
Jacob: What is this?
Jewel: It's a contest pass, it will allow you to compete in the contests, also take this
Jewel then handed him this
Jacob: What's this?
Jewel: it's a pokeblock case, every Pokémon coordinator should have one. It's use to contain pokeblocks
Jacob: oh I've had pokeblocks once, they taste good, thank you mom
Jewel: now you go out there and make me proud
Jacob: I will mom, I will make you proud
Jewel: oh sweetie, I'm always proud of you
They both smiled as the hugged each other
Small timeskip
Jacob went outside and noticed that only bluey, jaraja, and his pokemon were there
Jacob: Jaraja where are the others?
Jaraja: oh they went ahead, they didn't go far I think
Jacob: okay let's go then
Jacob began to walk, but accidentally bumped into a girl which caused both of them to fall to the ground
Jacob: oh I'm Sorry, I wasn't paying attention
???: no it's okay
Jacob: here let me help you
Jacob then helped the girl up

May: oh thank y...
May instantly blushed when she saw him
May:(mind) wow, he's so cute
Jacob: uhh miss, are you okay
May then broke out of her daze
May: huh, oh yeah I'm okay, thanks for helping me
Jacob: no problem ummm, I'm sorry but I don't quite know you name
May: oh my name's may
Jacob: may...that's a pretty name
May:(blushing) y-you think so
Jacob: yeah, well since you told me your name, then I should say my name. The names jacob, nice to meet you
May: well it's nice to meet you jacob, but unfortunately I can't stay long
Jacob: you sound like your in a hurry, where are you off to
May: I'm on my way to professors birch's lab so i can start my journey
Jacob: I see, your starting your journey here too, so am I
May: You're also a new trainer?
Jacob: yep, this is actually my third one
May Third one? Wow, then you must have traveled to many places
Jacob: yes I did, I've had my share of traveling here and there, say why don't we both start our journey together
May: Sure
Jacob: wonderful, let's begin
They began to press on

The two of them were now on route 101
Jacob: okay, now where is this professor
They then heard a scream for help
???:(screaming) help!
The two of them ran to the screaming and saw professor birch hanging on a tree branch while a pack of Poochyenas surrounds him
Professor birch
Poochyena: male
Professor birch: Someone help me!
May: Professor birch
Professor birch: ahh terrific you must be may, great timing
Jacob: you're Professor birch?
Professor birch: indeed I am, and who are you?
Jacob: names jacob
Professor birch:(mind) jacob... why does that name sound familiar (outloud) quick may, open that bag over there
May picked up a bag that was next to them
May: this one?
Professor birch: yes, pick any of the pokeballs in there and hurry
May opened that bag and saw three pokeballs
May:(confused) uhhh okay, that's easier said than done, uhh which one do you want?
Professor birch: anyone will do just pick one
May was struggling on picking a pokeball
Jacob: May what are you doing, pick one?
May: I-I don't know which one to pick?
Jacob: what do you mean, he said to pick any
May: I-I can't choose
Jacob:(sigh) let me do it
Jacob grabbed one of the balls
Jacob: here, use this one
May: uhh okay, here it goes
May threw the pokeball as it summoned a Mudkip
Professor birch: alright a Mudkip
May: that's good right?
Jacob: yes it is may
Professor birch: call out one of it's attacks
May: okay, which is what?
Jacob: wait may, do you not know what Mudkip moves are?
May: no, not really
Jacob:(mind) oh god, this is definitely a problem, this girl was going to go out in the wild without knowledge of any moves, my god she's gonna die out there (out loud) look, tell it to use water gun
May: got it, use water gun
Mudkip used water gun but launched it at may's face
Jacob: oh god, may are you okay?
May:(wet) uhh I'm okay, is that supposed to happen
Jacob: not really
Jaraja:(in Jacob's head) I can't watch this anymore, this is just embarrassing
Professor birch:(sigh)
Just the the branch Professor birch was on snapped as he fell down
Professor birch:(screaming) ahhhhh
Jacob: oh crap, jaraja save him
May: who?
Jaraja: roger
Jaraja immediately flew out of jacob's body and shocked may
May:(shocked) what the...
Jaraja then caught Professor birch while he was falling
Jaraja: gotcha
Professor birch: huh who are you
Jaraja: don't worry sir, I'm here to help
Jaraja gently lowered him to the ground
Professor birch: umm thank you
Jaraja: you're welcome
Just then, the pack of Poochyenas surrounded them and growled
Jacob:hey!
The Poochyenas stopped growling and looked at jacob
Jacob: that's enough
Jacob then jumped off the edge and landed safely as he began to walk towards the Poochyenas, the Poochyenas instantly knew who he was and got scared
Jacob: What's the big idea, you are attacking an innocent man, which one you is the leader?
The leader stepped forward
Poochyena:(scared) I am
Jacob: you, why are you attacking this man?
Poochyena: well, he stepped on my tail
Jacob: really, well did you ever think that he maybe accidentally stepped on it
Poochyena: uhhh no, I didn't think of that
Jacob: you didn't think did you huh, (sarcastic) well that's just great...
While jacob was talking, may and Professor birch we're watching
May:(mind) is he...talking to them
Professor birch:(mind) he's actually talking to them, can it be...it must be...it's him!
Poochyena: we're sorry, pls forgive us
Jacob: alright, I'll forgive you, not go on, get out of here
Poochyena: okay, let's go boys
The pack then ran off
May: uhh what just happened?
Jacob then walked up to Professor birch
Jacob: you okay Professor?
Professor birch: amazing! You can talk to pokemon, you must be the half pokemon human
Jacob: yes that's me
May: the what?
Professor birch: i must say, it's an honor to meet you
Jacob: pleasure is all mine sir, and I see you met my friend jaraja
Professor birch then looked at jaraja
Professor birch: of course, your his companion
Jaraja: I guess you can say that, pleasure to meet you
Just then bluey and Jacob's pokemon arrived
Heracross: jacob are you okay
Jacob: im fine
Bluey then tackled jacob to the ground
Jacob: hehe don't worry bluey i'm okay
Professor birch then looks at bluey
Professor birch: magnificent, this little guy is yours
Jacob: yep, his name is bluey
Professor birch: wow, I've never seen a pokemon like him
Jacob: yeah he's one of a kind
Professor birch: may, you didn't tell me you knew him
May: I didn't, I actually just met him
She then jumped down as well
May: so you're actually a pokemon?
Jacob: well half actually, I can speak, talk, and fight just like one, but other than that, Im human
May: right
Brock: jacob
Jacob turned and saw his friends, sabrina instantly latched on to him
Sabrina: my love your okay, I thought I never see you again
Jacob: don't worry sabrina, I'm not going anywhere
May: uhh are they friends of yours
Jacob: yep, I met them on my previous journeys and they along with me
May: I see, well nice to meet you guys, my names may
They all said hi
Jacob: well since we are now all caught up, I believe may here is about to get her first pokemon
May: uh, oh right yeah
Professor birch: well may allow me to show you your choices
Professor birch grabbed one of the pokeballs
Professor birch: first up
Professor birch summoned a treecko
Professor birch: treecko
Teccko looked at May , this caused her to flinch as stepped back
May: uhh it's creepy
Jacob: no it's not, it's cool
Professor birch: then summoned mudkip
Jacob: mudkip, met you kinda alright have a bit of a relationship with him
May:(sigh) yeah, that mudkip wouldn't do a single thing I asked it to do
Jacob: beside spraying you in the face with water hehe
Professor birch: and last but not least
Professor birch summoned Torchic
Professor birch: torchic
May: Torchic huh
Torchic then walked up to may and nuzzled her leg
May: huh, well this one's not so bad, I kinda like it
May then picked up torchic
May: that's that, I choose Torchic
Professor birch: wonderful, say jacob, would you like to pick a starter
Jacob: no thank you, I already have mine
Jacob summoned his starters
May: you have all three
Jacob: yep, I got them before I came here
Brock: say Professor, mind if I pick one
Professor birch: sure
Brock looked at them for a bit
Jacob: so brock, which one will you choose
Brock: hmm, I go with mudkip
Brock the picked up mudkip
Jacob: good choice brock
Professor birch: wonderful
Professor birch then handed may a Pokédex and some Pokeballs
Professor birch: here you go may, now you are ready to begin your journey
May: thanks, well it was nice to meet you all but I better get going
May was about to leave but jacob stopped her
Jacob: woah there may, where do you think your going
May: uhh my journey of course
Jacob: look my with all due respect, you clearly can't do this alone
May: what do you mean?
Jacob: may you obviously have no idea about pokemon or their moves, you won't make it out their alone
May: okay, well what do you suppose I do
Jaraja: come with us
May: what?
Jacob: yeah, I know pokemon better than anyone, I can help you with pokemon and teach you everything you need to know
May:(muffled) (sigh) I give up pokemon any day just so I can travel
Jacob: What was that?
May: huh I mean, sure I'll join
Jacob: alright it's settled, welcome to the team may, now let's press on
They all began to leave except for jaraja
Jaraja: did she say what I think she said, I better tell jacob about this
Jaraja then flew towards them
