Mirabel dissapointly sighed at you "Come on, you can admire your Amor in another time!" She sarcastically said while mimicking your expression. Which makes you frown and blush from embarrassment
Once you and Mirabel were back inside her room, she quickly threw all the green shards on the top of her drawer and mindlessly flung her bag at the back. Which ends up landing on your face causing you to grumble in annoyance before pulling it off your face
After that, you immediately lend a helping hand to Mirabel. Both of you quickly started piecing and putting all the glass together, you and Mirabel slightly step back once it was done.
You could see Mirabel and a broken Casita on the back. As you also a small figure leaning on the wall. It was a bit smudge. So you couldn't tell who was the person
"Okay...for some unknown reason you're here. And there this also one person leaning. Which could be me. But why the hell are you in one of Bruno's visions, or to be more specific why are we in one of his Visions!" You mumbled quickly, making it sound like you are rapping.
"I—I don't know..." Mirabel's reply is unsure. And carefully examines the glowing tablet, As you were about to speak up again, Agustin suddenly burst inside Mirabel's room not giving you guys time to hide the glowing green tablet.
We are totally doomed now. You thought as you mentally chuckle to yourself while trying to hide the tablet but failed, cause the adult already saw it. There is no point hiding it
Agustin stared at the both of you with his mouth hung open and eyes stretched open. Completely shook at what he saw
"I kinda broke into Bruno's room, then (Name) saw me so she followed me and accompanied me. We found his last vision. Our family and (Name) family is in trouble, The magic is dying, Both Casita is breaking. Luisa's and (Name) gift is slowly fading and I think it's all because of us..." Mirabel spilled all the tea out in just one breath. awkwardly smiling at the end of her statement, while you groaned flatly beside her
"But I think it's partially my fault, not (Name) I kinda dragged her into the mess...haha" Mirabel added and chuckle nervously at the end.
You frown at her words, you were about to say it isn't just her fault but Agustin suddenly pushed you two aside gently. and began picking all the shards and throwing them inside the bag
Which made you and Mirabel be surprised at his action
"We say nothing! Abuela wants tonight to be perfect" he finally spoke, while gathering the shards and putting them inside of his daughter's bag in a rush manner
"Until the Guzman's leave, you both did not break into Bruno's tower. The magic is not dying, the houses are not breaking, your and Luisa's gift aren't disappearing!" He said looking at you, shoving the last piece of shard inside the bag
He then grabbed your and Mirabel's shoulder and pushed the both of you near the door "No one will know, just act normal. No one has to know" both you and Mirabel just nodded in response
The door slightly creaked open, revealing Dolores on the other side. Yep, it was getting worse for the both of you
"I know..." She said as she let out a squeak like she always does, before strolling away. Of course, she has to hear everything.
Honestly, privacy won't exist when Dolores is there to know everything
You groaned to yourself before sighing dejectedly "Haha. Sometimes I hate Dolores gift in this kind of situation"
You sat between Mirabel and Isabela, acting casually as if nothing happened just a moment ago. So no one can be suspicious of you
Silently glancing at Mirabel in the corner of your eyes, you saw her and Dolores having an intense staring contest.
The atmosphere was suffocating, the only one who could notice the heavy Atmosphere was you and Agustin plus Dolores and Mirabel who was still hardly staring at each other's eyes
As soon you look away at the two, you met Camilo's eyes staring at you bewitched with a cute smile, Causing you to hold back a laugh behind your hand
'I love you' he mouth before giving you a wink, you smiled back at him and mouthed I love you too at him.
After a few minutes, you finally averted your eyes away from your boyfriend to look at Dolores, but your vision got blocked by an arm.
Once Mariano restracted her arm you spotted Dolores whispering at Camilo's ears and this had the boy choke on the air and shape shifted, into Mirabel, you, and lastly Bruno before returning to normal
Well not normal, Camilo's face is not in place. It was kinda shambles
"Camilo fix your face" Felix muttered to his son and nudge his shoulder. Camilo shook his head, his face returned to normal, he then stares at the both of you in a skeptical and shocking way
This made you wriggle uncomfortably on your chair. Meanwhile, Mirabel jaw dropped
Glancing at Camilo again, an arm blocked you again. Your patient is almost close to snapping, once the arm was gone. you saw Camilo whispering to his father's ear while looking and pointing at Mirabel and you.
Hearing the information, made Felix spray the water out of his mouth. Even in a serious situation, you stifled a laugh at Mariano's expression when the water sprayed on him
"Mirabel, the cream please!" Abuela broke the eerie silence, Mirabel snaps back. Nodding her head she grabbed the cream from her father's hand who is currently failing to hide his nervous expression
Mirabel passed the cream to you, as you gladly accepted and gave it to Isabel who kindly smiled at you and said "Thanks" she whispered, you forced a smile and nod before mumbling the word welcome
The situation only got worse, at the exact both you and Mirabel looked away. Felix whispered the information to his wife
Pepa stare at Mirabel and you in a very shocked accompanied with terrified expression. Her mood dropped, because of her mood change. Black clouds began slowly appearing above her head
"Pepa, the cloud" Alma said pointing to the thundering cloud that is slowly getting bigger and bigger with every passing second. Pepa's hands quickly went to her locks as she strokes them while muttering clear skies under her breath. But it wasn't helping one bit
A cracking sound catches your attention, quickly looking away you glance underneath the table.
Your jaw immediately dropped when your eyes met a small crack on the floor.
Making you jolt in surprise, as you accidentally hit your knee on the table, you silently hiss in pain as it also made the plates and utensils to cluttered around, catching everyone's attention
Sweat rolling down your forehead, nervously gulping. All of their eyes boring into your figure
"Are you okay....?" Isabela questioned you worriedly, noticing the twitching lips. Isabela knows what indicates if the corner of your lips were twitching. It means you are anxious and nervous about something
"Me? Pftt— of course, why wouldn't I be! Haha..." Said you while letting out an awkward smile. Your composed self almost crumbling apart
"It's not like we broke into someone's room and found Bru—" before you could even finish the sentence Mirabel quickly covered your lips, yep you completely lost yourself.
Mirabel let out a forced laugh, her hands still attached to your mouth "Haha, (Name) is okay! She's in her red month! Ya know the red thingy. Haha.." Mirabel soon unattached her hand from your mouth hesitantly
You flash a closed-eye smile "haha~ yeah. I get fidgety every time I am on my red month.." You said, your lips even twitching more. Ignoring your twitching lips you started stroking your hair repeatedly to calm your nerves down
Not also noticing that you are subconsciously using your fire magic. The fire in each other candles was burning brightly as the wax was melting rapidly
Camilo notices the candles, he glances at your tensed posture making him more worried about you. He wants to indulge you in a hug right now and whispered into your ears everything would be okay
But sadly he can't right now— especially when Alma was there
Isabela glare at Mirabel. suspicious glinting on her pair of eyes before turning to Mariano with a smile adorning her lips, but her mind was still focusing on you
Curiosity is eating her up, she wondered what made you so nervous to the point you lost all of your calm self. The only thing she knew is— it have something to do with her younger sister named Mirabel, it involves her sister Mirabel
