((Twas requested, Wow! Two stories in a day? Dang, also I really like that song so I wanted to share it with y'all)

Dream stared at the ceiling whilst he held back what was on his mind. He had been streaming with Sapnap earlier, and something was stuck in his mind.
Actually list of things stuck.
• Sapnap backing down from arguments instead of fueling them with louder yelling
• his seemingly more family friendly attitude in the stream, which catered mostly to Badboyhalo
• occasional slurring of his words, and just random sentences with no meaning or anything to do with current conversations
All of this stuck out to dream, as just un Sapnap like.
What was even wrong? Was something wrong? Why isn't Sapnap telling him?

"Would you like a cup of tea karl?" Sapnap asked a stuffed rabbit which was slouched to the side due to the stuffing in the neck having moved. It's head was too heavy. He moved its head and arm to match its talking.
"Yes I would kinG pandAS," the voice used for the rabbit was rather high causing Sapnap's voice to crack.
Sapnap proceeded to pick up a plastic tea pot and pour the imaginary tea into a small plastic tea cup.
"Enjoy Karl!" He smiled happily. To him, it was kinoko kingdom and he was with his 'fiancé' Karl enjoying life as kings.
Sapnap began to shift uncomfortably, moving a bit and furrowing his brows. He got up to get himself changed, he was on his own with this Anyways. But he stumbled a little and fell, the diaper cushioned the fall slightly but not enough. He kinda just sat there staring at the foot of his bed. Not like he could cry, Dream would rush in and his secret would be exposed.

Hearing a thump from the next room over, Dream got up. He thought Sapnap dropped something in his room or just slipped, either way he would check to be safe.
"Yo?" Dream knocked on the door, leaning on the wall next to it.
Sapnap panicked, he wasn't wearing pants- well even if he was it wouldn't hide too much- so he had to think quick, grabbing his blanket to cover his waist.
"Yeah?" He opened the door, holding the blanket ends.
"I heard a loud noise-" he pushed back Sapnap to see if anything fell or broke but..instead he saw the tea party set up- causing a light laughter to brew.
"Awww~ is little sappy nappy having a tea party~" he teased, taken aback by Sapnap's reaction of tearing up.
"Hey- woah- you okay man?"
Sapnap just lowered his head, pointing to the door and mustering a "get out"
Dream tried to get closer but Sapnap just stomped his foot "out out out get you'we self out!" He pointed at the door more aggressively.
"Hey, are you okay? Pandas talk to me,"
Sapnap just broke down he moved his hands to wipe his tears, causing the blanket to fall. It revealed everything- kinda.
Dream had a very VERY vague idea of what age regression was, but he never expected his best friend to do it.
"Hey, sweetie, look at me," Dream held Sapnap's face and hugged him, talking to sap like his mom would to him when he cried.
"Hey hey, I'm sorry, okay? You're okay, I was just being a meanie little man"
Sapnap looked a little surprised but just smiled, hitting Dream's chest softly "yous a dummy"
"Yes, yes I am a dummy"
Sapnap hugged him very tightly, his mood changing a bit more "deam hav tea wif me?"
"Sure kiddo,"

After a few minutes of playing, and Dream accommodating to little Sapnap. Dream felt a bit comfortable to ask,
"sappas?"
"Mhm deam?"
"Why did you fall little guy?" Sap's face became red but he decided to answer
"I's wen potty, an need changie,,but I fells an didn hav time too"
Dream nodded patting his head
"How about we get that done now? It'll hurt a lot if we don't get you changed soon,"
"Deam,,change,,sappas?" He asked curiously, tilting his head a little,
"Yes, deam wil,"

Once sappas was changed, he was put down for a nap and Dream did some extra research on age regression, making sure he was a little more informed of course
