Akshara's POV:
Akshu felt like that she wake up from deep slumber after so many days.
But her eyes were closed and she was only hearing the beeping sound of machine and whispering of some people. Slowly slowly the sounds became clear and then she tried to open her eyes.
Due to the brightness of the room , it take time for her to adjust her eyes in the room.
And the first thing she saw , was the abhimanyu and their eyes met.
She drowned in the deep pools of his dark brown eyes and the only word that escaped her mouth was Abhi...
Abhimanyu's POV :
My heart was beating very fast in the anticipation.
It was like I was getting the best present in this world .
That I had conquer this world.
Rays of happiness were erupting from my body.
Then akshu opened her eyes.
And our eyes lock , I immediately drowned in her black pools.
Our intense moment was broken when she said abhi...
I was on cloud nine.
My name was the first word that came from her mouth after gaining one more chance of life. And I will make this worth it.
It's like I had received all the happiness in this world and its my time to give happiness to my akshu as my akshu deserve all the happiness of this world.
Meanwhile, Dr . Anand Birla was preparing himself to broke the news of akshara's death to the goenka's and his own family.
He was afraid of their reactions. It will be very difficult for Goenka's to accept the truth of akshara 's death . He knows that akshara's is goenka's more beloved than all other children but after knowing all the truth he knows that she was more than that .
She was the foundation of their family . Everyone sees her as kartik and naira's last rememberous. She is the light for them .His major problem was goenka 's but he was also afraid of his own family's reaction.
Akshara is his favourite nephew Abhimanyu's jaan. She is the most dearest person for abhi in this whole world.
He can fight for her with the whole world .
He first handedly already seen this from his own eyes. Abhimanyu has already gone against his own family for her once . God knows how will he handle this news ?
Even after fixing abhimanyu's marriage with Aarohi's all his family members liked akshara more except harshwardhan .
Most of them even loved her.
All know that abhi is majari's jaan and akshara is abhi's jaan. Manjari will definitely broke down seeing abhimanyu in this broken condition. Even his own wife mahima also had likeness towards akshara and he think neil already accepted her as his sister in law. It's like that akshara casted a spell on them.
In his whole carrier of 30 years he never had to think twice before informing patients family the news of their demise but today , this is different.
After taking two - three deep breath he ready himself to break down this news .
When he was just going to inform the goenka 's and his own family suddenly, a nurse came towards him running and informed him that akshara gained her conscious and was out of danger.
He was stunned for few minutes , because in his entire career , he rarely had an encounter of such a miracle in the medical field.
He thanked the god, that he saved her. Her early demise was going to unfair for herself and this world.
As he can see that unknowingly in a very short duration of time she became the heartbeat of birla's family as abhimanyu is already birla family's heart.
He rememberd that how lucky she was for birla's. Their major deal which was stuck for many months and was not getting final , even after harshwardhan's every hook and crook , simply passed when akshara step her feet In their house.
With a wide smile , he went in the waiting area and informed that there is no need to panic, as akshara is conscious now and even out of danger.
Everything is good and everyone can meet her after few minutes as now , abhi is with her.
He deliberately hide the news of her getting lifeless for few minutes. He left this decision of telling this news to her family members in the hand of abhimanyu.
He knows that it's abhi 's choice to share this news , as it's very traumatic and he don't want to spoil the mood.
Suhasini thanked her kanha for saving her grand daughter and ask everyone to go into the temple located in hospital to thank the god for keeping akshara safe before meeting akshara. all of them assemble in the temple and manjari and swarna enlighten the diya and for akshu's long life
Meanwhile in hospital room.
After hearing abhi from akshu's mouth abhi came out from his daze and grabbed akshu's hand .
Abhi : how are you ?
Akshu just nodded her head.
Akshu was trying to grab something but abhi stopped her.
Abhi : akshu, what you need ?
Tell me ?
I'm here.
Akshu : ( slowly ) water...
Abhi then help akshu to drink water from straw.
Then , after drinking water she tried to say something but abhi stopped her.
Abhi : I know there is so much to say. Even I want to say a lot to you and it will require a lot of time and also the energy which you don't have at this time.
So, my akshu you had to rest properly so, you can recover fast and we can can continue our conversation. As , we both know that this place and time both is not ideal for our conversation .
Saying this he started to caresses her hair and ask her to rest.
After half an hour , all her family members entered in her room .
All of them get happy seeing abhi and akshu like this.
After seeing them , abhi vaccate his chair for dadi.
Dadi : akshu my child . How are you ?
You know , how much scared we get after seeing you like this ?
You know it's my past karma due to which I'm getting these kind of punishment . First naira , then kartik and sirat and now you .
And , I' m living . Why god don't take my life ?
Saying this , she started crying..
Akshu: I'm sorry Mimi . I will take care .
And you don't dare to talk about dying, then I will stop talking with you.
Dadi : ok , I will not but please don' t stop talking with me.
Swarna : akshu my doll, you scared us. Now I 'm not allowing you alone for a single minute.
Akshu: yes , boss.
Akshu then saw manish , he was crying standing there .

Hearing her voice , he came towards her and hugged her tightly.
Even vansh and akhilesh scold her but kairav was standing their silently ..
Akshu was hesitant to talk with him . As she knew, that he was very protective of his sisters. He's kind of parents for her and aarohi. He was in the spiral of self blame , blaming himself for her condition.
Akshu : kairav bhaiya...
Kairav didn't say anything.
Akshu again called him..
Anshu : bhaiya...
Kairav : badi ma please tell her , that I'm the happiest man on this planet that my beloved sister is safe.
But I need time to process all this.
