You pulled the small man close to you, you needed to get a close up of the wonderful face. Deimos shuddered in your grasp. "Babe, I love you but this is a bit sudden" He said nervously. You laughed "I'm sorry honey, but my cravings are sudden too, and what's better to quench them than my favourite person in the whole of Nevada?" You sang. Deimos flushed a bright red "Am I really your favourite person?" He asked. You chuckled "Of course you are, my dear." You whispered. "Now, come here for the kiss!" Deimos obediently leaned into your chest, leaving his neck exposed. You bit down, making sure not to hurt your lover too much. He gave a small yelp as you drained his blood. It tasted so good. Sweet and fiery, just like him. You could feel him passing out in your arms, a common occurrence when you drank his blood. You sucked out the last remains and scooped him up bridal style. You carried him upstairs and laid him out on the bed, covering him with the blanket. You climbed in beside him and snuggled close, burying your face in his hair. This was like heaven. You would never change anything about this relationship, it was perfect. You drifted off to sleep, happy and content with your life
A few hours later, you were woken by Deimos complaining. "Seriously?! Did you have to take that much? I feel like paper!" He whined. You sighed "I'm sorry sweetie, but I was just thirsty, and you know what they say, the red means I love you." You whispered to him. Deimos sighed "Sorry for whining, it's just that sometimes you go overboard dear, sorry." He said. You tilted his head towards you. "It's okay hunny bunny, I understand." You sang. You began to kiss him softly, gently pressing his mouth against yours. His lips tasted almost as good as his blood. Soft and delicate, just like him. He kissed you back, full of passion and love. You seriously had the best life.
You loved him dearly, like you said, the red means I love you. And so did tasting his blood
