That was it, she couldn't control her tears anymore.
She was trying to pack her things while his memories were all she could think of
Her tears just won't stop. She fell down on the ground and cried. Her vigorous
Crys making her shoulder shake. Her whole body ached but this physical pain was nothing compared to the emotional pain she was feeling. Eventually Her already aching eyes closed and darkness consumed her.
It's been almost an hour since her cries stopped.
He has been fighting the urge to go and check what she's upto. It's been too silent for so long.

He was scared she was gonna do something stupid.

Carefully walking, trying to be as quiet as possible he reached the bedroom.
He went to knock but found the door already open. He slowly stepped in but stopped dead in his track as soon as his gaze fell on his wife.
There she was, on the floor. Her eyes closed, she looked so lifeless
His heart sank
His mind wrapping itself around the worst case scenarios
No this can't be
Seeing his wife in such condition his body reacted on its own
In a matter of seconds he was by her side, he's picked her frame and secured her in his arms
Shaking her vigorously , just to see her open those eyes again
She felt her body shook causing her to let out a groan and slowly open her eyes making him still . She couldn't believe her eyes
Is she dead already?
Was she really in his arms again?
Was it all a nightmare?
She tried to speak but no words came out . She just kept staring at his face trying to register everything
But her little hope came crashing down when he monotonously got up and looked around
"I.. I thought you were hurt or something" He muttered
She was still seated on the floor looking up at him
He sensed that she wasn't gonna say anything anytime soon so he uttered the words that first came to his mouth
Without even realising how hurtful they were
"Are you done? "
He asked gesturing his hands towards her suitcase and her things that were lying all over the bed
But He regretted his words as soon as he saw how his wife's face fell and she looked completely broke
She looked down and nodded
"5 minutes... " She whispered, her voice hoarse and weak from all the shouting and crying
"And about that night..... "
He started looking down
Her face shot into his direction, fresh tears brimming in her eyes and her face utterly flushed , while all the memories rushed back

~Flashback: 2 months ago~
She looked at her reflection for the 1000th time, making sure her dress, make up, hair was perfect. She can't afford even a single strand of hair being out of place. Not today atleast
She had to look beautiful today
It's his birthday
She doesn't know what has caused it but she felt her relationship with her husband slipping right from her hands, her husband has been drifting apart
She felt it whenever she tried to initiative anything
A kiss ? A hug?
He didn't even return a simple "I love you" of hers anymore
She didn't know what happened
She didn't know her sister happened
But today she was determined to save her marriage
It wasn't some random friend she could let go

Her thoughts were disturbed by a knock on their walk in closet's door
"Sia... Are you in there? "
Her heart thumped after hearing his voice. No matter if she's known him for 7 years, he still made her nervous. As hell.
"C-coming" She stammered
She swayed the door open, coming face to face with the most gorgeous man she's ever seen
He looked different today
His eyes a bit red, hair messed up and his pink plump lips slightly open in confusion
He could not take his eyes off his wife
She looked so beautiful
"Why did you call me so urgently? I thought something was wrong"
He rasped out
"Andrew.... Hi" She said smiling softly
He was worried for her. A side of him she hasn't seen recently .
And she wanted to keep it that way for as long as she could
"Hi..?" He whispered back
Reaching out for her hand as she took tender steps out of the closet
But instead he got shocked when she engulfed him in a hug
She was afraid he might back off but he didn't instead he wrapped his arms around her small waist

She whispered in his ears before closing her eyes and resting her head on his shoulder
He closed his eyes as he felt her warmth making him pull her more close to him
Oh how much she missed this
Heck, even he missed this
No matter how intimate he's gone with another woman
His wife's sister to be exact
He missed his wife, his home
They have always been like this.
Both of them preferred cuddles and talking over sex
That was the reason their relationship has been so strong throughout

She was confused would be an understatement
Her lost puppy face made him fall for her all over again
Yes, he did love her.

He just loved her sister more

She felt so complete right now
She knew, he'll come around
She felt so relieved

His guilt started to convert into passion
