The LED lights shining down on us from their place on my wall. The music radiating from my speaker. this was the life sitting in my bed with my favorite person. His head in my lap, my hands tangled in his curls.
He looks up at me, his beautiful forest green eyes looking right into my muddy brown ones. This was where i wanted to stay for forever just the two of us.
"whatcha thinking about," he says snapping me out of my trance.
"Us."
"Us?" He asks questionably.
"Yeah, not in a bad way. Just how happy i am with you. The pure joy I never thought i would be capable of feeling. After all the shit I've been through this just dosen't seem real."

After i said this he laughed, not the forced laugh you do when your uncle askes you if you have a boyfriend, the laugh where the only person important in that moment in time says the one thing that they know will make you smile, the one thing that no matter what the situation it will earn you a chuckle. For us it is the attempt at the small bits of Italian, the cute nicknames we have for each other translated into one of the languages of love.
His smile, his eyes, his laugh, everything is perfect.
He is like my own personal strain of Heroin, Addictive and one hit just gets me hooked. The only person that has made me feel this way. sure I've thought I felt love in the past but this is not that. This is pure adoration coming from both ends.
