I woke up the next morning with a really bad hangover. I grabbed my phone and saw Daniel's message so I saved his number
Dan: Did you see anything?
Me: What?
Dan: Those guys who got beaten up
Me: No, I probably left

I got a notification on my phone and it was from Courtney
Court: What the fuck? Ariana is dating Ricky again??
Me: What are u talking about?
Court: Check Ariana's hashtag on insta
So I did just that and went on Instagram. I searched her hashtag and the first thing that came up were pictures of her and Ricky holding hands

It was also weird how I was always talked about in reference to dating Ariana. We didn't even post a lot about each other. Okay but when we did it was pretty sus
Because I had some time left I decided to check that hater account. I clicked on their username and they had like 100 thousand followers. I checked out their latest post and it was an older picture of Ariana and Ricky. The caption said "damn ariana was so butthurt over my y/n comment she cared enough to block me on instagram and twitter 😂😂"
It made me smile to be honest but another comment caught my eye. It was by another fan account and it said "Check out my latest post. I took a screenrecord of how Ricky liked the Y/n comment. Maybe he's hot but has a shitty personality". So I checked it out and it was true. I screenrecorded it and sent it Courtney
I usually didn't care about stuff like this but I was curious
Court: Yikes. What the hell. I hope she opens her eyes and breaks up with him before they make it official
Me: Meh. I don't really care tbh
Court: I saw the comment they made about you. I hope you're okay
Me: Idc tbh Court. They can say what they want

I left her on read. After I started remembering last night's events after the club Elena started to come into my mind so I decided to text her
Me: Hey, I have like flashbacks from seeing you last night and talking to you and shit. Did it happen fr or?
Baby: No, Y/n you were just drunk outta your mind once again

I shook my head and sighed. I decided to walk downstairs and drink a glass water. Then I opened the shelf and saw a lot of pills. The temptation was big but in the moment where I wanted to grab the wrong pills Ariana tweeted something. It made me grab the painkillers and I took one
I sat down on my couch and watched some TV. I wasn't paying any attention though. I was just thinking. Now that Ariana and I were in a bad place there was no one who cared for me. I had no best friend, no sibling who cared about me and no parents or something like that. I was literally fucked
My phone started going off so I looked at who it was. It was Harry so I picked it up
"Hey Harry. Sup?" I asked
"Wanna come to the studio?" He asked
"Yeah sure" I said
"Okay I'm there"
"I'll be there in ten" I said and hung up
I grabbed my hoodie, put it on and left the house. After ten minutes I pulled up to the studio. I prayed to God that Ariana wasn't there and to my luck she wasn't
"Hey Harry" I walked into the room he was at
"Oh hey Y/n" he walked over to me and hugged me
"You all look pretty exhausted" I said and looked at his writing team
"We are. We got this song but we don't know what to write next" he said and I hummed
"Hmm. Should I help?" I asked
"Yeah please" he said and I nodded my head
I greeted the others and sat down. Harry handed me the papers and looked at me
"This is the first verse" he said and pointed to the top paper
"Can you sing it?" I asked him and he nodded his head

Had another talk about where it's going wrong

"This was the first verse?" I asked and he nodded his head
"I like it. Don't change a thing" I said and he smiled nervously
"Are you sure??" He asked and I nodded my head

The lines so far reminded me of Ariana but also of Elena which made me want to write it even more

I smiled while I thought of Ariana. I really missed her even though it's been like 17 hours
"That's all I got so far" he shrugged
"Hand me the pencil" I said and he threw it at me
I wrote down what I had in mind as fast as I could before it left again and handed it over to Harry. He read through it with a smile on his face, took the pencil changed a word or two and held the paper in front of him
"I love it" he grinned and I smiled
"Read it" Marcus, one of the writers, told Harry and the others agreed

This was about Elena. Then he continued singing the pre-chorus and chorus twice and finished the song
"I love this song man" I said and he nodded his head
"I'll record it now" he said and walked into the singing booth
After 20 minutes or something he finished and walked out. We listened to the end result and at the end we hugged each other
"Thanks Y/n. Without you I'd be dead as fuck right now" he said and I laughed
"I know" I smirked and he rolled his eyes
"Let's go for a coffee downtown" he said and I nodded my head
We got inside my car, well Liam's, and drove downtown for a coffee. Well I didn't drink coffee so I drank something else
"So who inspired the verse you wrote?" He asked me
"No one. It just came into my mind like that" I said
"You're lying. Was it Ariana?" He asked
I would never tell any soul on this planet that my feelings for Ariana were real. Especially not Harry who has said it once but I denied it. My pride was way too big for that
"Nah" I said and took a sip of my drink
"Everyone knows it's true but you'll never admit it. You're stubborn" he said while shaking his head
"Whatever you say" I said with a shrug
"Mhm" he said with a dumb grin on his face
"I wanna punch you right now" I said and he laughed
I got a notification on my phone and checked to see that it was something Ariana posted. I unlocked it and clicked on it
