Like hand and glove,

But what if it doesn't fit together,
Still not fitting as I pick up another?
What if my puzzle pieces are wrong,
Too small? Too big? Maybe too long?
Maybe I should cut them so they fit,
So they finally fit, piece by piece.
I try to piece it together,
Not realizing I lost yet another.
My puzzle doesn't fit.
