I looked at my reflection in the mirror perfect! Today was la a d nk marriage and I was too happy for my brother
These days were hectic as I was busy shifting AR head office to new York ! Upon that the fashion show was a great success but every success has a lot of hard work behind it, but the fact that the fashion show provided me a opportunity to work with khushi and spend some time with her was the bestest thing
This week me and khushi had spend almost all day together , khushi was extremely good at work I realized why she was such a important employ to mehrotra .... Apparently I also saw her different shades which made me fall for her harder
I feel in love with the innocent, lovely chirpy , naive khushi but I fell harder for this beautiful, confident, attitude one more.. I was falling more and more in the ocean called khushi and i had no regrets
The happiest part is khushi has warmed up to me a little bit and i couldn't be more than happy
I know I crave for her, her touches, her love but I know one more thing it will take time... It's easy to ask for forgiveness but it's difficult to give
I had always made mistakes band apologized just because i wanted her but I never realised or really felt guilty for my wrongdoings... The talk with sania had really helped , I never changed or repented for my mistakes I never understood my mistakes or tried to change my behavior
A relationship only survives when both the person put equal efforts... People say both are equal in a relationship but in order to have a healthy relationship sometimes you need to bend and sometimes the other so that the disputes and arguments get solved easily! It's not loosing your dignity or self respect because love means respect when your partner can't respect you then thier is no love
I just learned it in a harsh way possible! But I learned it I don't want to force her to forgive me by crying in front of her or begging her I just want her to forgive me because she wants... I don't want her guilt or sympathy to dominate her decision I want our love to dominate her decision
I want to embrace her when she fully loves and trusts me not because she was forced ! .... I don't want to emotionally blackmail her i would never do that again! She would come back to me when she loves me and trust me
I know it's hard for her and she needs more time... A relationship is easy to made but when you mend it will take time a lot! .... It's not easy to heal something and relationship is not definitely the one... We both need to work out on it ! And I am happy that khushi is also doing it's not easy for her to forget all I did but I will try my best
The only thing it requires is time and i am ready to wait for the whole lifetime!
Fixing up my tie I started making my way towards khushi room
" Khushi " I called out while knocking but there was no reaction maybe she is busy or she is downstairs I was about to walk back when I heard her voice
" Umm arnav is that you? " She asked in a hesitant voice I walked closer to the room
" Yeah , are you fine? " I asked which was met by a long silence she didn't reply for minutes and I stood there waiting for a reply but suddenly the door was opened and there stood my angel looking etheral in her red lehnga its after a long I am seeing her in lehnga and I couldn't help but drown into her beauty my thoughts were broken by her voice
" Umm can you please help me? " She asked making me confused I was more then ready to help her she didn't need to ask just order " What " I questioned with frown but she just pulled me inside by holding my hand and I didn't protest she closed the door and turned her back towards me, my eyes widened seeing her bare back and being a gentleman i was I immediately turned my gaze
She wore and irritated expression as she spoke " This zip it got struck I think I grew fat in these days ... I need to diet " I froze I couldn't believe what she was saying I mean she wanted me to help her with the zip me? "Sorry" I questioned again in daze which she replied by smacking my chest ooch it hurts " Can you help" She said again but now a little annoyed
" Are you sure? " What happened to me why am I asking so many questions she looked at me for a minute and I am sure she noticed bmy flustered face and next moment she broke into chuckle
" Offcourse dude you are my husband if not you then who should I ask for... Wait were you waiting for an cliche drama like I am shy and all" She chuckled again making me embarrassed but something inside me stirred at her addressing me as husband she raised her eyebrows and turned back again
"Opps it's not happening now if you can help" I was nervous what the hell is happening to me I wasn't this shy I felt shiver down my spine as in touched her bare skin and I could tell that she was feeling the same which made me proud that i still had a effect on her " Thank you " She muttered and watched herself in the mirror
" Okay" I said and countinued admiring the beauty in front of me ooh God she looked like a goddess I am so lucky to have her I could feel a part of my body coming into action "shit" I cursed wishing khushi would have not seen that! Things she does to me even without a intention! I definitely need a cold shower!
" Beautiful " I complemented her and she smiled I needed to say a lot to show her how much beautiful she looked but then again it's not the right time she stared at me probably checking out making me self conscious did I wear something good? I wore a blue tuxedo which was specially designed
" Thank you you look handsome you look good in blue " Ooh God I am blushing I shook my head so that she couldn't see the hue that appeared on my cheeks " Thanks" I said and she smirked
" Ooh is the might asr blushing because I complimented ooh my god I am dieng" She said dramatically making me embarrassed again
" Should we go down maam" I said and she chuckled and started wearing her bangles which matched her lehnga " Sure sir just a minute "
" Where is arush and aryan" I asked I haven't seen them from evening after khushi took them for getting ready she stopped putting her mascara "They went down probably with sania" I nooded after 5 minutes when she was done
"Let's go Mr raizada" She walked while I followed her

I walked down with arnav the guest were already there, the decorations were beautiful , arnav had called his business associates as well , anjali friends were also there I could identify some relatives of nani and mami as I met them in my wedding
I searched for my kids I was worried about them even if it's thier family but still they are new to them and probably like strangers
I spotted arush and Aryan sitting at the corner with jiju and jiji, seeing me they ran towards my direction
" Mom you look pretty " Arush said hugging me ooh my kids I love them so much
" Yeah just like princess " Aryan joined him and i just gave them a smile
" Thanks bacha" I said and moved towards jiji she smiled and complimented me I talked to her for a while arnav is busy with his clients
" Jiju where is la" I asked where is the bride for godsake it's her day
" She is with sania and di in her room" Jiji replied I nooded and walked towards her room
" Okay I will be there" I said and walked towards the stairs I saw arnav asking me where am I going I actioned towards la room and be nodded, I glanced at my kids who were clicking pictures I sighed and actioned arnav to come here he immediately excused himself and walked towards me
"Arnav take care of the kids please" I said and he glanced at them " Sure " He said before walking towards them

" OMG la you look gorgeous nk will faint after seeing you" I said as I admired the new bride she looked amazing in the red lehnga as if it was made for her only her , la blushed making all of us chuckle
" Should we call ambulance in advance khushi " Sania said joining me la was becoming a tomato "Guuyyyss "she whinned and we stopped laughing
" Okay sorry but you looks beautiful darling " Sania said adjusting la duppata " Yes la you look amazing " I said and she smiled
" Thanks sania and khush" I was surprised the way she called me it was always chamkili seeing me frown she said " Umm vo saniya calls you this and i kindaa liked it so... " I smiled understanding her and patted her cheeks the teasing session countinued
" Okay now come we need to go downstairs nk must be waiting to see his pretty bride" I said checking the time la blushed a little and then smirked

She walked royally like a queen going to her king, the glow of happiness on her face made her more beautiful
we entered the hall and people started hooting seeing the bride, nk froze seeing the love of his life all dolled up for him only for him

The var mala was presented to the groom and bride i stood beside la , arnav and akash lifted nk preventing lavanya to put the Garland
After many attempts lavanya failed seeing her loosing nk jumped out of his brothers hold and bent his neck signing to put the garland la smiled and put the garland followed by nk

After the ceremony pictures were clicked me and arnav to clicked the pictures with kids

" Nk... " She warned him a d he pouted like a child she paused for a bit and spoke " You look handsome too" He grinned " Thanks"
The pheras started first panditji chanted mantras
Nk stood up and helped la as the lehnga was heavy
The first phera nk walked ahead of lavanya
"Om esha ekapadi bhava iti prathaman," the groom says.
"Dhanam dhanyam pade vadet," the bride complies.
In the first vow, the groom says I will provide welfare and happiness for you and the children that we bear and you shall offer me food and help whenever it is required. In response to this, the bride promises to be responsible for the complete household management.
The vow beckons the willingness of both the partners to bring prosperity in their lives; each is agreeing to fulfil their respective role.
I looked at arnav and found him looking at me we go back down to the memory lane remembering our marriage our vows
The second phera starts while we all throw flowers at them
"Om oorje jara dastayaha," the groom says.
"Kutumbum rakshayishyammi sa aravindharam," the bride replies.
In the second vow, the groom says that together, we will protect our children and home, and the bride in return promises to stand with her husband as his strength and courage. She pledges to rejoice in his happiness and in return, demands him to be loyal to her.
The second vow is where the couple seeks union on emotional, mental, and spiritual levels. Since they will be partners, they seek strength for protecting each other through all phases of life
Om rayas santu joradastayaha," the groom says.
"Rava bhakti as vadedvachacha," the bride assures.
In the third vow, the groom hopes for a wealthy and prosperous future for both of them and their children. The bride responses by giving an assurance of staying loyal to her husband and putting every other man in her life as second
Om mayo bhavyas jaradastaya ha," the groom says.
"Lalayami cha pade vadet," the bride responses.
In the fourth vow, the groom declares to the bride that she has made her life complete and promises to respect her. He hopes for their children to be obedient and noble. He also hopes for a long life of their children and expresses interest in striving for their education. The bride promises her husband to shower with joy and happiness and do everything possible to please him.
Now as the per the rituals lavanya moves ahead of nk
The groom walks ahead in first four phera after fourth phera the bride takes the lead
Nk paves the way for lavanya to move ahead and they start thier fifth phera
Om prajabhyaha santu jaradastayaha," the groom declares.
"Arte arba sapade vadet," the bride replies.
In the fifth vow, the groom calls the bride his best friend and a well-wisher. He thanks her, and asks God to bless her. To this, the bride promises to love and cherish him all her life. She says that his happiness and sorrows are now her happiness and sorrows. The bride promises to the groom to honour him and strive to fulfill his wishes.
Rutubhyah shat padi bhava," the groom says.
"Yajna hom shashthe vacho vadet," the bride promises.
In the sixth vow, the groom says to the bride "Now that you have taken six steps with me and I am delighted. Would you promise to fill my heart with the same happiness for the lifetime?" To this, the bride promises to be by her husband all her life. Together they pray to seek the blessings of God to bestow them with a long and healthy life that is replete with peace and prosperity.
Om sakhi jaradastayahga," the groom says.
"Attramshe sakshino vadet pade," the bride replies.
In the seventh and last vow, the groom declares "we are now husband and wife, and now we will stay together for eternity." In its reply, the bride says that with God being the witness, she is now his wife and says that both of them will cherish and honour each other forever.
We all smile as they complete the phera
" Now put the sindoor on the bride " The priest says and nk takes the coin to put sindoor on lavanya she closes her eyes feeling the feel it's special the most special moment
I close my eyes Remenscing my special moment a lone tears escapes my eyes which I immediately wipe
" Now you are husband and wife" The priest declared making the couple tear in happiness
Nk places a kiss on la forehead
" Thank you for coming in my life la I don't know what I would have done without you" He speaks kissing her knuckles oh god it looks amazing i am in awwe
" I am so lucky to have you in my life and I will make sure my luck stays forever because not even in my wildest dreams I wanna loose you" He promises to her which is beautiful la gets teary eyes feeling the happiness
" You are the one and only for me and will always be" He spoke as tears escaped his eyes
" Oooooohhhhh" The audience hooted
" Not only you nk I am too lucky to have you in my life " La said
It feels like a fairytale is completed today
There story seems perfect

"Arush eat this.... " I said feeding him this child hasn't eaten since evening
" No mom it's spicy " He shaked his head I glared at him " Everything is spicy for you " I said angrily he huffed
" Hey devi maiyya what should I do with him" I complained and he pouted
" Nothing mom because I am your baby " He said cutely and I sighed
" Come here and eat" I called him and he ran far away from me " You haven't eaten anything since morning " I shouted and he made a face
" Mom " He whinned " Aru" I called sternly and he came towards me defeated " Okay" I smiled and feed him looking for aryan and found him with arnav

" Here take this... Are you sure you could eat this I means it's quite spicy for your liking " He asked Worriedly
" I just wanna taste it " Aryan answered
" Okay "
Aryan tried eating dal batti ( Rajasthani dish) but failed as he didn't knew how to eat
" Not like this dude " Arnav said seeing him struggling
" Arrgh bullshit" Aryan said annoyed as the dal spilled on his dress
"Let me feed you or you will spoil all your dress" Arnav said taking the spoon and feeding him
Aryan hesitated but agreed

" Yeah he slept probably tired " Arnav said glancing at aryan
" Should I take him to my room ? " She asked and arnav immediately shook his head he wanted to be near his son
" No it's fine here" He said panic hidden in his voice khushi smiled and nodded " Okay " She layed a sleeping arush next to arnav who immediately embraced him khushi patted both thier head and looked at arnav
" Actually arnav I need to prepare for lavanya vidaai can you please check on arush " She said after sometime and arnav nodded " Sure "
" Thanks " She muttered and walked out

" La stop crying baby I don't like seeing you cry and it's not like you are having a real vidaai" Nk said comforting la who was crying

" Yeah they were tired due to the functions" He said and countinued patting aryan head

" Thank you so much khushi " He whispered and immediately layed next to her khushi closed her eyes and fell into deep slumber
" I wish one day we would be a happy family " He whispered admiring his little family, his choti si duniya
" One day" He said and fell into the most peaceful sleep he had in years

Arnav was sitting in his room working when he heard a knock he looked up to see khushi and a smile appeared on his face seeing her
"Arnav i need to talk " She said and he nodded " Yes khushi" He replied standing up from his seat
" Please come in, you don't need to knock " He said softly

Khushi walked inside and sat on the bed she gestured arnav to sit beside him
" I think we should tell arush about the you being his father " She spoke making arnav eyes widened his heart skipped many beats
" But--" He said in hoarse voice khushi glanced at him and ran her hand on his back in a soothing manner
" See arnav I know you are afraid of his reaction but I think it's the right time he has bonded well with you he loves you arnav, he admires you " She said softly trying to comfort him arnav looked at khushi he could feel the assurance in her eyes
She paused for a bit and then spoke
" Have you seen how he roams around you calling you everytime" Arnav nodded with tears
" Arnav he needs to know so that he can see you as a father " She spoke and arnav couldn't deny she was right
" Aryan knows the truth and according to me arush should be told it soon as possible " She said and looked at his frozen form she sighed and hugged him
" Arnav it's your right to decide, Its up to you I won't force you this" She whispered in his ears he hugged her back trying to capture her warmth
"I think you are right khushi" He spoke fighting his inner self he is afraid of arush reaction already his one son hates him he can't afford to loose the other one and arush is the only one who loves him at this point he can't see hate in his eyes what if he drifts away from him
" But I can't just tell them I am afraid of thier reaction, I am afraid of thier reaction " He said his voice croaked he felt suffocated
" Arnav " She called out softly understanding his turmoil she hugged him tight
" It's okay arnav everything will be fine just be positive " She whispered

" Aru I need to talk to you " Khushi said looking at arush who was playing he looked up to see his mom seeing the seriousness he sat up
" Yes mom " He said , khushi sat near arush
" What's this mom" He asked feeling seriousness in his mom posture khushi took out a coin from her pocket and showed it to him
" What's this baby" She asked and arush looked confused but nevertheless he answered " Coin "
She smiled and rotated the coin she started speaking
" See it has two different sides one is head and other is tale " arush looked most confused
" Mom I know it " He said in annoyed tone
" Baby like this only in life we have two sides of a story " She spoke
" Mom what are you trying to say"
" I want to say like this coin we have two stories not everyone is perfect we have faults " She said patting his head

Sorry for the readers but due to my brother wedding I just can't bring myself to write I was so excited and plus busy I am sorry sorry sorry to everyone

Many people questioned me that how could khushi forgive arnav where is her self-respect.....I respect thier opinion but I feel they both were at fault maybe arnav was more at fault and moreover he suffered for 8 years and more I know this isn't a excuse but you can't act cold towards a person and hope that they fight for you and don't give up on you khushi needs to act little warmly
The following chapters are how arnav and khushi develop a understanding, respect, trust and mend thier relationship because I think it's not easy to mend a relationship
