JENNIE
I woke up when I felt soft, ticklish kisses on my shoulder. I didn't pay any attention to it because I'm still sleepy. I don't feel like going to school today. I just want to stay in bed the whole day.
The kisses went to my neck making me giggle. I heard a soft chuckle behind me and the kisses continued.
"Wake up, sleepyhead" she whispered.
I opened my eyes and turn around to face her. She immediately placed a kiss on my lips making me gasp but return the favor after.
"Good morning"
"Morning, Lili. What time is it?"
"It's 8"
My eyes widen. She grinned before proceeding on kissing on my neck.
"Lili! We're late. Why didn't you wake me up?"
"I have been doing that for almost an hour already" she murmured as she nibbled on my neck.
"Oh no. We have to get up now"
"Hmm later"
"But we're already late. Aren't you worried?" I asked as I lifted my right hand to caress her hair.
"No"
"How long were you awake?"
"7"
"Wow and you didn't even bother to wake me up huh?"
"I've been doing that for an hour, Nini but you sleep like a bear hibernating"
I gasped and I heard her chuckle and I felt her licking my neck.
I tilted my head to give her access and I close my eyes as I caress her hair.
I felt her hover on top of me. She went up to kiss my chin and to my lips. I encircled my arms around her nape as I kiss her back.
We suddenly heard a knock outside making us flinched. We stared at each other and the knocks didn't stop.
"Is your sister coming?" She asked.
"I don't know"
"Okay. I'll go check. Don't go out the room if you're not wearing any pants on, Jennie. Your sister might choke me"
I giggled and she pecked me on the lips before getting off of me. She walked towards the door and opened it before leaving.
I sighed and rolled on my stomach before closing my eyes. I didn't heard anything outside so they're probably talking outside the door.
I was about to fall asleep again when I heard Lisa's footsteps. I didn't bother opening my eyes because I'm still sleepy.
"Jennie! Nini, wake up. You have to get up"
"Hmm why? Is it Jisoo unnie?"
"No! We have a bigger problem. Get up please"
I rolled on my back and rubbed my eyes before yawning.
"Who was it?"
"Jennie, it's my mom"
My eyes widen with what she said. I immediately got up and stood in front of her.
"What are we going to do?!"
"Shit uhm wait get inside" she pulled me towards the closet.
"What?"
"You have to hide in here. She can't know you're here"
"Can't I just hide in the bathroom?"
"No please. She might use it. Just get in, please?"
I sighed before getting inside the closet. She closed the closet door and I can see her from here thanks to the small spaces on the door.
I saw her fixing her hair and immediately went outside the room. I waited for minutes until I saw her walk inside again and my breath hitched when I saw her mom.
Mother Chittip is still beautiful but her aura right now is scary.
"Mom, we can just have a lovely breakfast outside. Why do you have to check my room?" Lisa said and stole a glance at me.
Mother Chittip walked around the room. It looks like she's examining every corner.
"You do know your fiancee isn't found yet, right?"
"Yes, mom. I'm aware of that"
"You're aware of it but you're here sleeping without doing anything to find her" she raised her voice a little.
She is upset alright.
"Mom, I'm doing the best I can on helping them. I'm worried about Jennie too of course"
"You better be. She's your soon to be wife, Lalisa. We can't afford losing her"
I saw Lisa clenched her jaw.
"You're being fake right now, mother"
"What did you just say?!"
"You don't really care about Jennie. Let's be honest here. You're just concerned because you're afraid the Kims might back out and cancel the wedding. You don't care about her whereabouts, you care about your money"
I almost gasped when I saw her slapped Lisa. I covered my mouth so I wouldn't make any noise.
"Watch your words, Lisa. I'm your mother"
"Right, of course"
"I do care about Jennie. She's an heiress. What if someone take advantage of her huh? Aren't you afraid of that?"
"I'm sure Jennie is safe. Nothing bad is going to happen to her"
Mother Chittip continued walking around the room. My eyes widen when I saw my bra lying beside Lisa's pillow. She might have noticed it too so she immediately walked towards it and grab it before hiding it behind her back.
"Your room smells different"
"Of course it does. I always improvise my room"
"That or you're bringing some girls here"
I couldn't help but feel enraged with what she said. Lisa wouldn't do that.
"You know I could never do that to Jennie"
"Of course. You do love the heiress"
"Mom. Just stop it"
"What? I'm just saying. You don't have to hide everything from me, my daughter. The heiress is missing, I know teenagers like you have some physical cravings that needs to be fulfilled. There's nothing wrong if you decided to use someone else's body"
"Mom! Stop it. You know I could never do that to Jennie"
"Stop raising your voice and go shower. We're having breakfast with the Kims and discuss something" she said before walking towards the room.
Before she go out, she turn around to face Lisa.
"Listen, Lisa. I don't care if you're doing something behind my back. You can have fun with other girls if you like. Just make sure the Kims won't find out or Jennie. You can do whatever you want but make sure you secure your future by marrying the heiress." She said before giving the room one last look and closed the door.
I saw Lisa sitting on the bed. I was contemplating whether to go out or not but I heard her called me.
"It's fine now, Nini. You can go out"
I slowly opened the closet and stepped out. She look up to me and forced a smile before patting her thigh.
I walked towards her and stood in front of her. She spread her legs and pulled me close before burying her head on my stomach while hugging my waist. I lifted my hand and placed it on top of her head.
"Sorry"
"Why?"
"Because of what you just heard"
"It's okay. I already know that anyway"
I felt her hand tightening around my shirt. I suddenly heard her sniffing so I pushed her lightly and kneeled in front of her.
"Lili..." I cupped her cheeks and saw her crying.
"I'm sorry"
"It's okay. It's not your fault"
"It's just....I couldn't help it. They want me to marry you so they could have some shares with your family's wealth. I couldn't help but feel bad about it because my family is taking advantage"
I wiped her tears but they just kept on flowing.
"I don't mind. I told you I don't mind"
"But I do. I already told you before, they just want your family's money, Jennie. They don't care about you"
"But you do, right?"
She look at me. She pulled me and place me on her thighs so I straddled her lap.
"Nini, I love you. Please believe me when I say what I feel for you is true. I'm going to marry you because I want you to be wife, not because of your reputation or your money"
"I know that. I want to marry you too. They can have the money and everything I have. As long as I ended up being tied with you, I won't mind. I don't mind" I cupped her cheeks and stare at her lovingly.
"I love you, Jennie"
"I love you too. You're going to marry me okay?"
She finally smiled and rested her cheeks on my palm.
My Lili is being cute right now that I want to squeal but the situation is different.
"I think I need a kiss, Nini"
I giggled before peppering her face with kisses. We placed our foreheads together and closed our eyes.
"It's going to be you and me until the end.."
"Yes, just you and me.."

"I'll be going now. I won't take long. Are you gonna be okay here?" She asked while fixing her tie.
I gave her a thumbs up while stroking Leo's fur.
We already ate breakfast so she doesn't have to eat at my parents home.
That way, she'll come back early.
We decided to just skip school today. I'm a little exhausted too anyway so I'll just stay here and cuddle with our baby.
She walked in front of me and kneeled. She took my hand and placed a kiss on the back of my palms.
"Wait for me, okay?"
"Lili, I'm not going anywhere"
She smiled and stood up. I watched her leave and I lay on the sofa.
"What should we do today, Leo?" I asked him and lifted his body.
He didn't answer so I placed him on my stomach.
I suddenly remembered Lisa didn't bring her card.
I grinned before standing up and ran towards our room. I searched in Lisa's pocket and saw her wallet.
I took the card out and lifted in on air.
"I'm sure she wouldn't mind if I buy something"
I wore her jacket and a cap and a mask. I just wore my bunny slippers before leaving the apartment.
I'm just going to buy some foods at the convenient store. I saw one nearby.
I went inside the store and buy the things that I need and paid them using Lisa's card.
I turned around to leave and was about to pull the door open when someone pushed it and went inside. I look up and to my surprise, I saw V.
"Jennie?"
"H-huh? No, I'm not Jennie" I tried to walk pass him but he stopped me.
"I know it's you"
"Psh how did you know?"
He chuckled and lifted his hand before touching some strands of my hair.
"Brunette"
"Ohhh. Uhmm, nice bumping into you. Bye bye"
"Wait. What are you doing here?"
I showed him the plastic bags I was carrying and he nodded.
"Why are you so covered? Are you sick? Is it cold?"
"Yes, so I have to go back home now"
"I'll walk you home"
"No! I-I mean it's okay. I'll be fine"
I walked pass him and ran outside. I didn't noticed that he was following me and he hold my wrist.
"Wait, jen. Why are you such in a hurry?"
"I left my cat alone, I should get to back to him"
"I'm sure your cat will be fine. Can you please join me first? I didn't have breakfast yet"
I was contemplating whether to follow him or not but I felt him dragging me back to the store.
V and I are currently walking. He told me he also skipped school today because he doesn't feel like going too. I told him the reason why I also skipped school while we eat ramen outside the store.
I didn't noticed the time because I was having fun with him. When I realized it was already 10 am, I decided to leave but V insisted on walking me back home.
He was persistent so I just let him.
"So uhm this is my stop, see you tomorrow" I told him.
"So this is were you live huh? I'll probably stop by some other times" he said and winked.
"Yeah sure haha. Bye bye"
"I had fun. Wish I'd bump into you again"
"Sure. You should go"
"I'll just wait until you're inside"
"Uhmm okay"
He lifted his hand and placed some strands of my hair behind my air.
"You're covered but your eyes still mesmerized me"
Sheesh that's corny. I bet Lili could do better.
"Yeah sure. Bye bye V"
"Bye"
I turned around and went inside. The guard look at me confusedly but I just ignored him. Once I was near the elevator, I walked back and checked outside if V is gone.
When I saw him a little far away, I bowed at the guard and apologized and I immediately ran outside the building.
I opened the door of our apartment and saw Lisa sitting on the sofa with arms crossed.
She was glaring at the TV although it's not on.
"Lili?" I called her and closed the door behind me.
She looked at me coldly and I couldn't help but feel nervous.
"H-hi. I bought you something" I said and lifted the bag.
She stood up and walked towards me. I walked back until my back hit the door. She placed her hands beside my head and cornered me.
"Where the hell have you been?"
"Outside"
"Didn't I tell you not to leave? What if someone saw you?"
"I'm covered. Sorry"
She sighed and ordered me to remove my cap and mask.
She leaned forward to kiss me but stopped midway.
"Did you eat something outside?"
"Unm ramen"
"Are you still hungry? Why didn't you tell me? I could've cook something before I left"
"N-no it's fine. I just got curious about the flavor"
She nodded and lifted my chin before pecking on my lips.
"Don't do that again okay? I don't like it when you go out alone"
"It's fine. I'm okay"
"You were alone right?"
I nodded nervously.
"Yup"
"Next time, I'll go with you. I can't let you go out alone" she pulled me by the waist and hugged me.
"The meeting stressed me. I need my stress reliever"
I smiled and hugged her back.
I decided to not tell her about V.
I don't want her to be upset again.
