Dear me

it's been a while

since I've heard from you

I've missed you

I always think of you 

of how bright you were

almost like a star

my little star

You always brightened peoples days

I always wish I could do the same

but alas that's not me 

And It never will be

but It was you

and It always will be you

you're the one they favor over me

and I don't  blame them

even with all your flaws and imperfections

you were still that little girl

I wish I could be

but I'm not

I miss you almost every day

you were so pure and young

innocent and naive

so pretty and delightful

while I?

I was everything the darkness could be

I was their yin

you were their yang

I was their moon

while you were there sun

but you also happened to be my star 

that little spark of light in my life

and the both of us?

we are what make up the girl who was supposed to be

but It was clear they wanted you to be real  more

but what they don't realize...

is your gone

you're gone and It's my fault 

It's always my fault 

first she now you

all that's left is I

and I don't know when but soon

I'll be gone too
