East read the paper and threw it across the room, he took his shoes off and walked into the room to see Ariana laying on the bed eating her wings. He shook his head and took his clothes on laying next to her, he kissed her shoulder and she moved over
"I'm sorry mamas"he wrapped his arms around her as she rolled her eyes
"Talk to me mamas" he said as she wiped her hands
"East I swear I'm tired I'm so tired of arguing and fighting with you" she sighed closing the box sitting it on the dresser while he laid there looking at her
"I dont wanna fight with you anymore, I know my attitude and my stubbornness can get in the way and I'm sorry. " she sat in front of him on her knees and he sat up kissing her lips, he leaned against her head bored pulling her onto his lap
"We not gon leave this room till we talk this out, ion want you to hate me or to stress so talk to me ariana please " he looked in her eyes and she nodded
"You can't keep lying to me, if we're gonna do this then you have to be honest with me. I always keep it 100 with you so I expect the same. I'm mad that you didn't call me about you being in jail, and I get it I'm not your girlfriend or your wife or anything so I don't mind that I wasn't your first call but it's the fact that you weren't gonna tell me at all after I waited for you all night" she sighed and he nodded his head rubbing her thigh keeping her calm
"And I know ima sound like a brat but I really did want you to lay with me but you was too busy with them niggas to even act like I was there" she looked at him and he smiled
"I try to keep my life away from you as much as I can, I never want you to be involved in what I
got going on so that's why I didn't call you and also why I didn't come upstairs to lay with you I'm sorry Ariana on kai I am" he said and she sighed
"Dave we just way to complicated and I want to get us together, I wanna our relationship to go somewhere and if you don't feel the same then we can end this now. Your business and your lifestyle is your entire life plus kai and if I don't fit I need to know. I can give you time to think and process but I have a hosting tonight that I need to get ready for" she said getting up.
Ari pov.
9:32pm.
I walked out after finishing getting ready, I walked into the living room seeing Dave on the phone. He insisted on coming to my hosting and I didn't argue, he said tomorrow we have an entire day planned together to finally talk about us.
I will say I am a little sad about not being pregnant, I'm not surprised tho because when I was with herb I was told there was a possibility that I couldn't have kids due to the miscarriage I had , I don't wanna tell Dave about it cause I don't need to Give him another reason to want to kill herb.
Dave looked up at me and his eye grew wide, he hung up his conversation and looked at me. I grew uncomfortable wit the stare, He licked his lips and looked me up and down
"Stoppppp" I said covering my face and he walked over and pulled my hands away
"You look good as fuck" he said kissing my lips and I wiped the lipgloss off his lips, I was wearing a pink jumpsuit with my deep wave hair, I did a bomb ass makeup look.
"Come on so you can make your money" he smacked my ass and opened the door for me, we walked down to his car and drove to the club, he was my personal body guard for the night and I loved it. I told him I was only gonna stay for two hours and he smiled and nodded, I was taking pictures with everyone and giving out shots when all dat by Megan thee stallion came and i started rapping with the crowd. Dave was by me as he threw money at the strippers

"Bitch I bet not catch you looking at my nigga and I mean it!" I yelled and started twerking while pointing at Dave and he laughed, we spent the whole night dancing and rapping. I didn't drink much had like 2 shots, we stayed for about 3 hours and I was ready to go. People were definitely taking pictures and videos of me and Dave together which I didn't mind and he didn't seem to care, I started twerking on him as they recorded me and he smacked my ass and I laughed.
I grabbed a stack throwing money right along with Dave, he was staring at me like he wanted to eat me which made me blush. He's always looking at me and it makes me tingle inside, despite the moments we've been having I love being with him. He makes me feel so good and I don't wanna stop.
He grabbed my hand guiding me out the club and I smiled as he opened the door placing me in the car and going around to his side getting in. He placed his hand on my thigh and started the car backing out.
"thank you for coming with me" I smiled like a kid in the candy store which made him laugh
"Don't thank me mamas I'm supposed to do this shit" he grabbed my hand kissing the back of it
"I need to get a backwood from the store" he said and I nodded turning the music on dancing in my seat while he shook his head, we pulled up to the gas station and he got out and got backwoods and drinks, he came out and brought it to the car.
In a swift moment gun shots started going off and my heart dropped as he pulled his gun out and began shooting back ,everything happened so fast a need all of a sudden he was shot in his shoulder. Three shots to be exact, I panicked and got out the car running to his side as the shooter drove away.
"PLEASE EAST DONT DIE PLEASE " I screamed as the tears fell down my face, the employee called the police and a lady tried to help me. I held Dave arm trying to help but I could barely see with all the tearss in my eyes
"Dave please baby please " I cried as he was barely breathing
"A-Ari" he tried to talk and I grabbed my phone calling bully
"Wassup ar-" I cut him off and started screaming
"East was shot bully please come to the hospital " I cried and it sounded like the phone dropped. The ambulance pulled up and they put east onto the stretcher and I didn't let go
"Ma'am your gonna have to let go" the man said
"NO" I yelled and Dave coughed out a laugh
"Stay with me please dave please " I looked at him and he looked at me as his eyes slowly closed and I started to lose myself.
We arrived at the hospital and they made let go, I was completely covered in his blood and couldn't move, bully grabbed me and sat me down and was asking me questions while Bree wiped my face that was covered in tears, blood and mascara.
It was like I was frozen, I couldn't move I could barely breathe. Him getting shot played in my head over and over, bully, shooter and breezy we're talking to me but I couldn't hear anything. I saw the face of the guy who shot him but I couldn't form the words to tell them. This felt like a flashback to when my brother was killed, I couldn't move or breathe just like now.
It felt like I was there for hours, Bree held my had the entire time. I felt kitty clean my face and every time a tear fell she wiped it. As the tears kept flowing and they kept talking to me I passed out and every went black. What felt like forever I opened my eyes and shot up realizing I'm laying in a hospital bed.
"Where's Dave?!!??? Did you call his mother omg where's kai???" I shot up looking around while Bree grabbed my arm
"Breathe Ariana breathe" she rubbed my arm while tae handed me water , I started to breathe and drunk my the water.
"Dave is out of surgery, they removed the bullet he is fine, you passed out you have to relax. His mom and Kai are both here" she told me and I sat down on the bed and nodded. I looked at kitty and broke down completely she rubbed my back letting me cry on her lap.
"Shushhhh Ari it's ok. He's alright I swear" she rubbed my back as I sobbed. Losing my brother was one of the hardest days of my entire life, knowing I could've lost Dave the same way was killing me. I had to let the tears out, I don't often cry in front of my friends but when I do it's bad.
"Do you wanna see him" Shirley said walking into the room looking at me as she handed me a bag full of clothes
"I'll see him last. " I said and they nodded as they all took turns seeing him I went into the shower to wash the blood off my body. I stood in the shower under the water for a good minute just replaying this in my head. bully came into my room an hour later looking at me with a worried look
"Are you ok?" He asked me and I shrugged
"He wants to see you " he said and I sighed and nodded, I slipped on my slides and slowly followed bully into Dave's room. He opened the door and I walked in seeing Dave hooked up to the machines with his mother sitting in the seat next to him holding a sleepy kai.
"Ariana hi are you ok ?" His mom asked and I gave her a small smile and nodded, she got up and gave me a hug and thanked me for saving his life. I smiled at her, I didn't have the words to say or form to her so I just stood there.
"Ok I'm gonna go but I'll be back tomorrow, I gotta take her to sleep" his mom said and he nodded, I could feel him burning a hole through me. I kept my head down as his mom walked out and bully pushed me in the room and left out.
"You not gon look at me?" He said with a raspy voice and I looked up at him, he had his arm wrapped up but he looked fine like nothing ever happened.
"Come here ariana" he said and I slowly walked over and sat in the chair and he sighed and tried to sit up but groaned in pain which made me jump up and help him lay back and he smiled.
"Thank you for saving me mamas, they said with you I would b dead" he said which made my eyes water and I nodded my head
"Talk to me" he said and I looked down at my hands
"I'm glad your ok" I said lowly and he grabbed my hands rubbing them
"I'm Ight ma, this is the first and last time I'll ever get shot. Them niggas are gonna get there's " he said and I took my hands back from him
"Dave you just got shot, you almost died and your thinking about retaliating ???" I raised my voice, I couldn't believe this is what's on his mind right now
"Ariana don't act like you don't know, I gotta do this. These niggas tried to kill me!"
"EXACTLY DAVE YOU ALMOST DIED. KAI COULDVE LOST YOU. BULLY COULDVE YOUR FUCKING MOM COULDVE. I could've. " I yelled and he looked at me
"I can't do this" I said looking at him wiping my face
"Ariana you know who I am and what I do, you can't act like that. You either gotta accept that shit to get the fuck on!" He said harshly, you could tell he was pissed but that shit hurt my heart.
"Fine east I'm not gonna sit around caring about you when you don't give a fuck about anybody but yourself. "
I looked at him and walked out and he didn't even try to stop me. I walked out of his room and walked past everyone without saying a word, I could hear them calling my name but I didn't care. I was leaving and I wasn't gonna turn around.
