We must take risks just like the quote risk can lead to great victories or defeats. But when we are defeat we learn something new. Like the quote if your not willing to take risk you will be still the same. Without the risk without the defeats of your risks you wont learn anything new to expand something more. and it's true Biggest risk is not taking any risk at all. What's the point of perusing what you want if you wont take any risks you will miss the opportunity. Risk may be only once or more than but we must be strong have enough knowledge and take the risk. It wont expand if you did not take any risks.
