Purging of the Teenage Soul

I feel it disappearing
Soaking out of my body
People point at the stains
They never tell me I'm losing it
I feel it, though
I feel myself becoming a broken shell of a human
An empty husk
I shrivel up inside
I shove my heart into my stomach
It's harder to eat
I shove my demons into my feet
It's harder to walk
I'm losing it though
I feel it drip out
I think how it will be easier
To not care; to not feel
I miss it, though
I miss my soul
I feel it drip out.
I feel it leave stains - black stains.
I feel it.
I don't feel it.
Anymore.
