Amity POV:
(Y/n) is shaking, crying and she keeps muttering to herself
(Y/n) never cries, whatever she's going through must be serious
I want to help but she is refusing to tell me anything
"(Y/n) you need to tell be what's happening or I can't help" I blurt out
She looks up at me with fear in her eyes
Her eyes suddenly widen with realization, she hugs me tight and hurriedly burry's her face in my chest
"(Y/n)?" I put my hand on her head in an attempt to comfort her
She lets a stuttery yet deep breath out and I feel the nice warm heat fall onto my chest
(Y/n) POV:
"Amity, how was your day?" I ask trying to distract myself
"Ummm good, how was yours?" Amity says very confused
I fail to get that paragraph out of my head and I start to feel the pain in my neck again
"No, no c'mon" I whisper to myself
"What happened in abominations today" I quickly ask
"Weren't you listening too?"
"JUST ANSWER!" I explode
My fangs grow rapidly and I feel them rip open my lips
"I guess that didn't fucking help" I laugh
My small laughter soon turns to hurt as the stinging pain hits
Amity somehow knows what to do and carefully pets my hair tufts in front of my ears
She starts humming the song that played as we defeated Grom
The precious memories full my mind with good thoughts and I start to feel fine again
Well except for my bleeding lips
In which I just realized we're getting all over Amity's clothes
I pull my face away to reveal the bright red stains on Amity's cowel
"Oh no I'm so sorry" I say
"Oh don't worry about it WAIT YOUR BLEEDING?!" she looks at my face in shock
"No I'm fine, I'm fine" I brush it off as I remember the spell to clean her clothes
"No your not" Amity grabs my face and looks at my split open lips
"Fuck, I think your the only one here that knows good healing, we need to stop the bleeding"
"Amity stop it, I'm fine" I say dazedly
"There's too much if it for you to be fine" Amity panics "Rascal get over here, we need to take (y/n) home now"
The bird nods and turns into a staff
Amity cradles me in her arms as she flies out of the library with a trail of blood following behind her
"Your really pretty, you know that?" I admit between falling in and out of consciousness
Amity blushes
"Your very pretty too (y/n)" Amity taps my nose and I giggle
"we're almost there, you can make it (y/n)" Amity says noticing me nodding off
"I can make it" I give her a thumbs up
Amity holds me tighter as everything fades to black
*2 hour time skip*
I wake up on the couch with Amity and Luz hovering over me having a conversation
"But I do I head canon Azura as bi so it could work" Luz states
"Exactly!" Amity agrees
"What?" my words are muffled and my mouth is very dry
"(Y/n) you're awake!" Luz says excitedly
"Huh?" I ask through my gauze stuffed mouth
"(Y/n) you passed out from blood loss" Amity tells me
I spit out the gauze and try to feel my wounds
"infection, infection" Amity scolds as the grabs my hands
I go to get up but as soon as I swing my legs down I hear a big thump
"Who dare awake me from my slumber" King shakes his cute little fists
"Sorry Buddy, I didn't know you were there" I rub his head
"Im going to accept your apology but only because you're hurt" He crosses his arms
"Ok, Eda is out getting some healing stuff and should be home soon. So, what ya wanna do while we wait?" Luz asks us
"I dunno" I reply lazily
I lay back down and lift King back up onto the couch
"So (y/n) about your fangs" Amity starts
"I don't see many witches with them so I don't know how they work but I would be interested in learning more of you would like talk about it"
"Yea I also have some questions, like are they always that sharp? And do they very in size? Do they shoot venom?" Luz asks
"Well they're usually sharp but they don't really bother me that much"
Amity and Luz sit down and listen attentively
"And yea I guess they do very in size, I mean I've seen some witches with some pretty weird looking fangs"
"Venom?" Luz asks again
"I mean I can bite you if you're that committed to finding out" I smirk
Luz pulls her arms back a little
The door flies open as my mom walks in with a box
"Heyyy kiddo's" she says tossing the box to the side
"Hey mom" I smile
"How's your lips? I brought some stuff to help heal all that up" she grabs a little container out of her pocket and tosses it to me
"Thanks" I catch it
Without further instructions I unscrew the lid and jab my finger in the clear substance
I smear it on my bottom lip
It feels soothing and cool
My lip feels prickly as it starts healing itself
I push up off the couch and look at myself in a mirror, touching my once wounded face
I still look a little pale but I don't even care anymore
I'm ok and I'm curse free, well for the moment at least
I walk back in to my friends, mom and brother
I still feel a little drowsy so I cuddle into Amity, resting my head on her legs
"Thank you" look up into her beautiful golden eyes
"For what?" She giggles
Too tired to speak I just smile and curl myself up in preparation for a nice nap
"I guess we aren't practicing today" Luz and Amity laugh together
