Narrator's point of View
We start off right where we left off with The Rider turning into Izuku as he spoke to Nezu
Izuku: Hello Uncle Nezu
Nezu: I see Johnny told you to call me that
Izuku: Nope Izumi did
Nezu: I see anyway you can go
AM: No he can't sir He is a Villain and how the Hell is he Johnny Blazes Kid
????: He is Adopted
As everyone sees Johnny appear out of nowhere as he walks to Izuku and Izumi
Johnny: You will not touch them All Might or do I take back that deal we had
All Might shut up
Aizawa: So The Rider is you son
Johnny: Not just that
Johnny turned into the Ghost Rider as everyone was shocked as he turn back to normal
Johnny: I am the Original Rider, well the One that Killed Mephisto the Devil himself and I am now the King of Hell
Iida: But you mad the Hero Association you made the rules of Heroes have can you be the King of Hell
Johnny: Because I am now shut up, Nezu my Friend take care of them for me
Nezu: I will Johnny
Johnny: Izuku you will also Join UA
Izuku: No way
Johnny: That is a Order, with The LOV appearing AFO must be making a Move so you will protect UA since it seems there target is All Might
Izuku: Fine
Izumi: YAY ONII-CHAN IS STAYING WITH ME IN UA
as Izumi hugs Izuku as he smiles as Johnny and Izuku start to feel the Evil rising as Johnny starts to walk off
Johnny: I must go back to Hell or All the Evil will be release Izuku take care and Izumi we will talk later
As Johnny gets on his Bike and Takes off leaving the Class and Heroes as Nezu looks at Izuku
Nezu: Izuku I hate to do this but I need to tell the media that we have you in custody
Izuku: Sure Whatever it's not like I can't just escape easy
Nezu: I will also need you to explain why you became the Rider
Izuku: Fine let go get on Izumi I will take you UA, Uncle Nezu we will meet you there
As Izuku and Izumi get on the Bike and Izuku takes off leaving the Heroes and Class as Nezu tells Mirko to pick Endeavor up so he can be arrested
*time skip*
We see Izuku leaning on his Bike as Izumi is Jumping up and down saying how cool he was killing all the Villains as Izuku see the Pros and Class and a police detective as Izuku gets up and walks into the building as they all follow as he goes into a meeting room as the Pros and Class 1-A take a set as the Detective looks at Izuku
Detective: My Quirk is a Lie detector quirk if you lie I will know
Izuku: I do not Lie because lying is a Sin, It is not a Sin that will be punished by Death by me but I will know if someone is Lying also
Detective: Ok so you are the Ghost Rider
Izuku: Yup
Detective: Why do you you kill the Villains
Izuku: I don't the Rider does, The Rider is a Curse, The Spirit of Vengeance a Demon known as Zarathos, He was tricked to Hell and driven Insane and is now the Devil's Bounty Hunter collecting on the devil's deals
Tokoyami: Wait you have Zarathos in you
Izuku: I do well only a Part of him, Johnny still has the Full Zarathos, He was the Rider before Quirks he keep the Evil a bay but with Quirks the Evil was growing do to Villains so he needed a New Rider so he can sit in the Throne of Hell to keep the Evil from getting worse
Nezu: Izuku tell them why you became the Rider
Izuku: I was to protect Izumi
Katsumi: What do you mean, also big Fan but let talk later
Izuku: Me and Izumi were born to drug addict parents that used us as Slaves pretty much, but I protected her, I was beated, Went hungry because I gave my food to Izumi and I was Raped when my Parents wanted to Rape her
The Class and Pros were shocked so was the Detective, as Izuku told them he was Raped making sure Izumi wasn't
Izuku: Everytime our parent got high on Crack I hid Izumi and I took it everyday, She wasn't going to live in Hell, I was not letting her suffer so when Johnny came and offered me the Deal to be the Rider I took it without hesitating
Izumi: That is why Onii-chan is my Hero All Might would you have done that
AM: I would
Izuku: That was a Lie
AM: No it wasn't
Detective: I was All Might
All Might looks down and nods saying it was as the class looks back at Izuku
Aizawa: So you Became the Rider to Protect your Sister, You gave up you Humanity and became a Demon to save her, well I now know the reason and I will say this I respect you Izuku
Izuku: Thank you
Detective: Well I can't tell this to any of the press but I will have to tell them the Rider has been caught and is now license to Kill
Nezu: You can thank Johnny for that be pulled some strings since you will be in UA
Iida: But he is a Murderer he should be in Prison, He should be in Tartarus
Izuku: If you put me in there it will be a bigger Massacre than what you saw the USJ and I would break out, I have the Power of a Demon no Human can kill me or Quirk can Kill me
Nezu: Izuku you can move into the Dorms along with Izumi before the Others since Johnny can't leave Hell Much he has given me guardianship of you two
Izuku: Thanks Sir
Aizawa: You will also be in my Class
Nezu: Though you will not need to do any Classes because your IQ is Higher than Mine and Since you have the Rider
Izuku: Alright now if you excuse me, I need to take Izumi for a Ride in My Charger
Izumi: YAY
As Izumi takes Izuku's hand a drags him off as they leave everyone
Iida: Nezu Sir this is Not Right he is a Villain he is a Demon
Nezu: He is someone that gave up his Soul to save his sister, would you have done that
Iida: No I wouldn't
Nezu: That is right Izuku and Izumi lived in Hell for us Human before we die Izuku made the Deal to get them out, also you should Know Zarathos was also once a Angle of Justice so that means he has Divine Power Also but he hasn't unlocked the Angle yet
As Nezu walks out with Midnight, Mirko and Aizawa along with the Girls that support the Rider as the Others think about what to do
*Time Skip*
It has been a week since Izuku joined UA and the Heroes were told to not attack the Rider anymore since he is Licensed by the Government which made the People that supported the Rider happy
It was also known that UA has the Rider with them but only his Identity was revealed to the Students and if they reveal it the the Media the Rider will beat them
As we see It's almost night and Izuku is in front of the UA Dorms as the whole Class was outside with him as he gets ready to Leave for his Hunt
Izumi: Onii-chan can you please take the Night off
Izuku: I can't you know if I do Innocent die or go through Hell
Izumi: Ok but can you use the Charger Tonight
Izuku: Sure
As A Charger appears making everyone amazed as Izuku looks at the Sun Going Down as he looks at Izumi
Izuku: I will be back
As Izuku's Skull starts to go on Fire as he gets in the Hell Charger as the Wheels lit on Fire as he speeds off
*Time Skip*
As we See the Rider driving in the normal Charger look as he sees Goons trying to Kidnap girls from a Clue as he Revs his engine as the Kidnappers stop and see the Charger in its normal form as it starts to go on Fire as the Kidnappers start to freak out and let the girls go as they start running as the Kidnappers get in a Van and drive off as The Rider chases them
As the Goons are driver and looking back as the almost hit a Old lady but Mirko saves her as she sees the Goons smash in a Lap pose as they get out freaking out as Mirko gets ready to fight but she sees them look pass her as she turns to see a Black Charger pull up
As one of the Goons makes his Arm a Rocket Launcher and Fires it at the Chargers as they hit it and it Starts Flying in the Air as the Wheels start one Fire
As Mirko realized that The Rider is in the Charger as in Lands
As Fire goes around the Goons as the Rider gets out and starts killing them as Mirko watches
Mirko 'Is it weird that I am getting turned on by watching Izuku as the Rider kill these guys'
As The Rider rips a Guys leg off and takes the Bone out and stabs the guy with it and then does the same to another as all the Goons are dead as Izuku walks to his Car as Mirko walks up to him
Mirko: Rider
As the Rider looks at her
Mirko: What was their sins
Rider: Kidnappers, and Sex Trafficers and one was raping his Daughter So I ripped off his Dick and shoved it up his ass
Mirko: Wow you see everything
Rider: I see all Sins like how you lied when your were 16 but look 21 and drank alcohol at a Bar
Mirko: Wow you do see all Sins, wait me Drinking is not a Sin
Rider: It is not, but lying was but that is not punished by death
Mirko: Ok well I would like to talk to you tomorrow with Midnight and Izumi
Rider: So Be it but I must go, There are more sinners out there that need to burn
As The Rider gets in his Hell Charger and drives of running over the Bodies of the Goons and turns them into ash as Mirko just watches him drive off
Mirko: That was Hot, literally
As the Night goes by as the Rider burns Sinners and finds out info of the LOV from Villains that tried to make a deal to live but the Rider does make deals for Sinners to live
As the Sun is almost up as he sees a Man rob a store as the Rider drive after him as the Guys see him he freaks out and stops and gives up as The Rider gets out and walks up to him
Man: I see so the Rider has come to kill me
As the Rider looks at him
Man: I sorry ok, It is my Sister she is very sick and the Hospital bill keep piling up I needed the Money, but Stealing is a Sin right so that's why you must kill
As the Rider looks at him and the turns and goes to the Man and takes the Bag of money and takes it to the Charger and puts it in and walks back to the man
Rider: You did Sin but for the right reason so do you repent
Man: I do, I just wanted my Sister to be alright
Rider: Then here
As the Rider touches the Man as he feels pain but then a warm feeling as the Man looks at the Rider
Man: What did you do
Rider: I took a bit of your Soul and next time you see your Sister touch her with your right hand and she will be Healed from her Sickness
As The Rider walks away as the Man gets up and watches the Rider drive off as he disappears and returns the Money
With the Man
We see the Man go to the Hospital and goes in his Sister's room to see she is very weak and sleeping with a oxygen mask as the Man looks at his right hand and goes to his Sister as he grabs her hand and starts to cry
As a few seconds go by the man's sister squeezes his hand and walks up like she wasn't even sick as she looks at the Man
Sister: Onii-chan I feel all better, like that Sickness was all a Bad dream
As the Man starts to cry and hugs his sister as she hugs back as Doctors come in and see his Sister completely healed from her sickness as the man looks out the Window to see the Rider on the Roof as the Man nods in Thank you as does the Rider as he walks away
