Sonakshi's POV:
It has been two weeks since Mr.Verma is acting all strange.He smiles more oftenly and keeps staring at me whenever I see him.He himself prepare breakfast for me everyday,drops me at my work as well.And not to forget he kisses me every now and then,on cheeks ofcourse.His caring side is more dangerous than rude one.I was confused about his sudden change but I am liking it a lot.I know we both were the one who decided to keep this marriage fake but know..... I think it's impossible to do so.I had already confessed my feelings to myself that I am in love with him.Yeah... I am in love with my husband.
I don't know whether he has the same feeling for me as he didn't said anything but the hints that he is giving in the present scenario says the truth.Is he also falling in love with me? Is he?
My chain of thoughts were broke by Meena."Hey girl.... What are you thinking so deep?... Let me guess are you missing your husband haa"she started teasing me.
"Why will I think of him?Ofcourse not I have really more important work then thinking about him... " I lied to her.
"Oh really.... I thought you were thinking about the kiss which you shared outside the office" She said and I frozed.
"How... do you know about the kiss?"I asked her while stuttering.
" I saw you both.... You are really a PDA couple "she said making me red in embarrassment.
"Oh... Your face has turned red,no need to be shy...i can understand" she said dramatically.
"Meena please do your work" I told her irritatingly.She started laughing and continued doing her work.

I was done with all my work.I packed my stuffs in my bag and bid goodbye to all.I exited the bank entrance.I was waiting for the Rikshaw when I heard the conversation of some female workers of my office who were standing besides me.
"Did you see him?"
"He is so handsome"
"Oh... he is Pranit Verma the famous hotelier.... he is so hot"
What Mr.Verma?what is he doing here?
I looked in the direction in which all the ladies were seeing and I saw him.He was wearing his office suit and leaning on his car while scrolling through his phone.He was looking so handsome as always.I was just staring at him.I was jealous because of the comments of this ladies,he is my husband.
One of the lady said"Come on yaar, he is not going to spare a glance at us.... he might be dating some beautiful model for sure... we are nowhere near"
"Yeah right.... whoever the girl is might be lucky for sure..... Come on let's go now or we will miss the bus"
There comments made me stunned and a wave of inferior complexity ran through my mind.Ofcourse he will like some girl who is beautiful and of his class.Not someone like me.He might just be behaving good with me because of some guilt because I fainted.I was so stupid to even think about it.When he will know my reality, he will also start hating me ,won't he?
While thinking all this my eyes became watery and I was on the verge of crying.I hurridely turned around and got into a Rikshaw.I sat in it and was thinking deeply about today's incident.Once I reached near my destination,I gave the auto driver his money and made my way towards the apartment.I went in my room and closed it carefully. Tears immediately started flowing from my eyes.I cried for a while and then decided to take a shower.I changed my clothes and stood near my window looking outside for a while.I was just thinking what to do further.I think I should avoid him.... Yeah that's it...I will avoid him from now to suppress my feelings.
I didn't felt like eating something so I went and slept.
Next morning:
I woke up early than usual and got ready to go to my office.I have to make my mission "Ignore Mr.Verma" successful.I went out of my room carefully not to make any noise.I let out a sigh when I didn't saw anyone.I hurridely made my way towards the front door.I tried to open it but it was locked.Hah... What is it now.I was trying very hard to open it up when voice of someone made me halt.
"Where you think you are going sweetheart?"Mr.Verma's cold voice made my body shiver.I dared not to look back at him and decided to concentrate on the door.
Pranit's POV:
Nowadays I have became a different person.I am happy always because of none other than Sonakshi.I smile daily and always get weird looks from my employees because of my changed behavior.
Hah... Sonakshi... She is so cute and beautiful.Whenever she is near me I feel different emotions which I am experiencing for first time.Whenever I kiss her soft cheeks,I like the blush on her face.She turns into a red tomato.
I was crazily smiling while thinking about her when a voice brought me out of my la la land.
"Pranit bro.... Are you smiling?" I looked at the source and it is none other than Sid.
"What?no.... definitely not I am not smiling and why did you came in without knocking" I ask while changing the topic.
"Bro from last 5 minutes I am knocking the door but you are lost in your dreamland" He said while smiling sheepishly.
"O.. Ok,tell me why did you came here?"I asked him.
"Yeah about that tomorrow is Dad's birthday so I have arranged a party you and my lovely sister in law are invited"he said while smiling.
"Ofcourse we will surely come..... " I said with a nod.
We sat for a while and discussed about some business.He then decided to leave not before saying "Bro you look more handsome when you smile.... Say thanks to my Sister in law because of her only you are happy".I smiled at him and nodded my head.
Rest of the day I was quite busy with my work.Today I completed my work before the time because I decided to pick up Sonakshi from her work place.I left my office and went directly to parking lot.After settling in my car I made my way towards my destination.I parked my car at a distance from her bank as I wanted to give her surprise.Many of the employees started to leave... I think she will too come eventually.My phone dinged indicating about the message.I opened it and it was some of the important notifications send by my P.A.I leaned on my car and started scrolling my phone.As I was done,I kept my phone in my pocket and looked towards the bank.Why isn't she here?It's almost her time to leave the office.
I waited for her for few more minutes but still she didn't came.Then I saw her friend Meena coming out of the bank.I went near her.
"Hey... Meena hi! ,where is Sonakshi? " I asked her.
"Hello Jiju.... Sonakshi has already left,it has been around 10 minutes or so"she said while looking confused.
I immediately called her but she didn't picked her call.I tried more 2 to 3 times but no reply.
"Oh.... Ok,I thought she was still here" I told her.I think she didn't saw me here as I only come to drop her and not to pick her.
"It's quite late Meena,I will drop you at your place" I told her.She denied firstly but I insisted her so she agreed.After dropping her at her place I decided to go back at my apartment.I again called Sonakshi but still she didn't picked up.Is she ignoring me?
As soon as I reached the apartment, I went directly near sonakshi's room.I opened it and saw her sleeping on her bed.She was holding a cushion close to her making me jealous of that silly cushion.What's with me?
I went and sat beside her and kissed her forehead and decided to let her sleep.I would discuss as why is she ignoring my calls.
I freshen up and ate my dinner all alone and afterwards I slept.
I woke up early this morning as I need to leave the office earlier today because an important work.I was preparing breakfast for Sonakshi when I heard the sound of door opening.I think she is awake.
I went out of my kitchen and walked near her room.But I saw her near the front door trying to open it.She was ready to go to work but it was so early.She doesn't even wake up at this time surely she is ignoring me.She was struggling to open the door but I had locked it last night and it won't open without my fingerprints.I smiled looking at her struggle.
"Where you think you are going sweetheart?"I asked her in a cold voice.She forze but didn't looked back and again started the struggle with the door.
"It won't open,I have locked the door "I said while walking closer to her but she didn't turned around to look at me.
I went and back hugged her,she stiffened at my sudden action.I placed my chin near crook of her neck and her breathing became fast.
"Are you ignoring me?" I wispered in her ear.She was shivering at my sudden action.
"No.... no I am... not ignoring you... actually I have an important work to do.... so I need to go... Please open the door" She said while stuttering.
"Ok... I will open the door but first have your breakfast and then you can leave" I said to her while placing several kisses on her neck.She was shivering because of my touches.
She was hell adamant to even turn around and look at me.Damn stubborn.
"Mr.Verma... I am not... hungry... Please leave me I will get late" she stuttered while talking and tried to push me but I hold her more tightly.
"You are going to have your breakfast and then leave" I ordered her and turned her around to face me.But she was looking everywhere around ignoring me.
I took hold of her wrist and made her sit on the chair of dinning table.I took the breakfast in a plate and made her eat it all.She quietly ate everything without showing any tantrum but she was avoiding my gaze.After she was done she stood up and started walking in the direction of front door.
"Sonakshi stop right there"I demanded.She was making me irritated by ignoring me.She stopped right on her track.
I went near her and turned her around.I hold her chin to let her met my gaze.
"You are ignoring me Sonakshi,tell me what happened?Yesterday I called you and you didn't picked my call too.... Tell me the reason" I asked her softly.
"Mr.Verma... I am really not ignoring you.I.. I was hell tired yesterday so I came back and slept" she said while looking down.I know she is lieing but I decided to ignore that.I will talk to her later.
I kissed her forehead and she relaxed.
"Ok, Fine.... Today is Tushar Uncle's birthday,so Sid has arranged a party.We are invited,so be ready by 7.00 pm" I told her and she nodded her head in approval.
I opened the lock of the door for her.I insisted her that I will drop her but she declined by giving some idiotic reason.I too didn't forced her as I will talk to her on this topic after today's party.
I sighed and picked up my car keys and went to my office.
