SHIORI'S POV
Ino guides me to the affairs office of the middle school building, where the principal and our homeroom teacher are apparantly waiting
"I can't believe there's no one in the Principal's office" I say
"Well, Principal Tsunade likes doing her own thing sometimes" Ino laughs
Students are screaming as we pass by
"SHIIIIOOOORIIIII!!!!!"
"Please look at me"
"Can I have your autograph?!"
"What's Ino doing with her?"
"Ino, please let introduce us!"
"My apologies everyone, I really must get going, maybe some other time" I smile
"Don't worry Shiori, I've got this" Ino smiles confidently at me
"Listen up, as a student council president, I command you all to go back to your classrooms! Right now!" Ino yells
Everyone scaredly started running towards their classrooms
"We're sorry!"
"Yes Ino!"
Everyone yells
'Oh yes, Ino mentioned that she's the student council president in middle school'
"You were marvelous Ino!" I say as my eyes glimmer in amazement
"Heh, well I have to be amazing at things to be deserving of the title of your best friend. Besides, I'm good at bossing people around" Ino says as we continue walking through the halls
"We're a pair of amazing best friends" I smile
"That's right we are!" Ino says proudly
We laugh together
'Ino....' I look warmly at my best friend
I am aware of the true reason why she decided to run for student council president. When I informed Ino of my transfer, she was excited when I also informed her that I'm going to attend the same academy as her. After that she became obsessed with becoming a student council president. She decided to run for student council president, and she won. She thinks I'm not aware, however Hinata stated her conversation with Ino. The true reason she desired to become the student council president is so I would have a simpler time in school. She would be in authority to command fans to behave. I couldn't ask for a better best friend
"Here we are" Ino says as we stop in front of the office
Ino knocks and enters the room with me
There are three people in the room
"Ah, so you're finally here. World famous idol, Shiori Hyuga" the black haired woman holding a piglet says
"I'm Principal Tsunade" the beautiful blonde woman says
"And I'm going to be your homeroom teacher, Iruka Umino" the man says
"It's nice to make your acquaintance dear Senseis" I smile and bow
"My my, a polite one aren't you?" Principal Tsunade smiles
"Well the Hyuga family are well known for their members' discipline and uses of really complicated words" Ino says
I giggle
The school bell rings
"Oh it's time already. Come on girls, let's go to the middle school campus and head to class" Iruka Sensei says
"Yes Sensei" Ino and I say as we follow him out of the office
"Have fun on your first day of school" Principal Tsunade says
I nod
"Yes Sensei" I smile
SASUKE'S POV
Shikamaru, Kiba, and I are already seated together just talking, when our three friends bursts into the room. Once they saw us, they run towards us
"You guys will never believe what happened!" Naruto says
"World famous idol, Konoha's Princess Shiori will be attending our school starting today?" Shikamaru says boredly
"Whoa, how'd you know?!" Choji asks
"News travels fast, morons" I say
"The other students have been going wild since earlier" Kiba says
"They have a point there" Shino says
"But I bet you guys would never guess that we met her face to face" Naruto grins
"And she even asked to be friends with us!" Choji says happily
"She talks kinda strange though" Naruto says
"No. She just uses complex words. It's proof of how smart she is" Shino says
The students near us looks in our direction
"What?" I glare at them
"Uh nothing" they say as they turn away
"Quiet down" I tell my friends
"Yeah, we don't want to start another ruckus and gossip" Shino says
"Right, sorry" Naruto and Choji says
"Well back to the topic at hand, I don't believe you guys. There's no way you guys actually met her" Kiba says skeptically at the three
"Well we have proof, believe it!" Naruto grins
"Oh yeah? Show us then" Shikamaru says
Naruto and Choji nods at each other and they both look at Shino
'What are these fools trying?'
Choji holds Shino as Naruto grabs Shino's bag
"Hey!" Shino yells
"Ta-da!" Naruto says as he holds one of Shino's notebooks up over his head
"Stop it Naruto!" Shino says in a panic
Naruto opens the notebook and shows us a signature
"Her autograph, believe it!" Naruto says
"Huh?! No way!" Kiba says as he takes the notebook and look at it in surprise and shock
"Don't tell me you believe them Kiba" I sigh
"Yeah, they could just have forged her signature" Shikamaru says
"No. This is legit. I've been to her fan meets before and I have an entire collection of her albums she personally signed right in front of me. If anyone knows her signature and hand writing best, it's me" Kiba says as he passionately stare at the signature
We look at him in shock
"You're a fan?!" we ask
"Oh uh.... Fine, I am alright?" Kiba says in embarrassment
"But clearly you guys are too" I say at my three friends who bursts in
"Well Choji and I listen to her songs sometimes, we just found out that Shino's a fan too" Naruto says
Shino glares at Naruto
"We've been friends forever, how come we're just finding out you guys are fanboys?" I ask irritatedly
"Well I thought if Naruto found out, he'd tease me to no end. And you guys might start finding me uncool" Kiba explains
"Well the same goes for me and Naruto" Choji says
I look at Shikamaru seriously
"Why are you giving me that look for?" Shikamaru asks
"Are you a fan too?" I ask him
"*Sigh* Of course not. Don't lump me in with them" Shikamaru sighs
"What are you talking about Shikamaru? The only reason I became a fan is because when we were lab partners last year, I heard her songs playing from your room whenever I come over to work on our project" Shino says
Shikamaru looks guilty and embarrassed as we look at him
"Her voice has a calming effect alright?" he says in defense
"But hey, since now we know that we're all a fan of Shiori, there's nothing to be embarrassed about now. and there's no use hiding it from each other" Naruto grins
"Yeah, I guess you're right" Kiba says
"Count me out of your geeky discussions, a lot of idols have fake smiles and fake personalities. Most of them act like they're perfect angels just to get on their fans' good side. Some would even go through plastic surgery, most if not all of them are narcissists. I bet this idol you guys are talking about is one of those types. Her songs must be good with the help of auto tune" I say seriously
"Wow, way to be so judgemental Sasuke" Choji says
"Have you even listened to her songs before, it's everywhere" Kiba says
"Sasuke is closed off from the world. We're basically Sasuke's only friends. This guy doesn't even like watching the news, and when he's out in town, he never pays attention to many things" Shikamaru says
"Hn"
"How are you so sure about idols anyway when you're not interested in them in the first place?" Naruto asks
"Did you guys forget? My dad is the CEO of one of the largest entertainment agencies out there, I've heard and have seen a lot of what's going on in the entertainment industry" I say
"You have point. But you don't know which idols really do rely on autotune and those who don't, especially since you don't even listen to their music. Not every singer use autotune you know. And as a long time Shiori fan, I can confirm that she's just naturally pretty, she hasn't had any plastic surgery" Kiba points out
"Well you guys can believe whatever you wanna believe" I say, ending the conversation
Just then, the bell rings, our classmates starts walking in
"Since we've brought our own lunches, we're should we hang out during lunch today?" Naruto asks
"Let's just hang out in the roof" I suggest
"I'm with Sasuke on this one. The roof is peaceful and there's no one but us who actually go there" Shikamaru says
"Then it's settled" Kiba says
My friends all return to their own seats
