"You" I said with anger in my voice "Awww aren't you happy to see me" he said "No" I said as I spit in his face and he backed up and chuckled as he walked away but quickly turned around and punched me in the face. Once they got closer I saw that they had a push cart filled with tools of torture as one of them pick up the knife from the cart and the other grab a collar and put it around my neck.
Peter POV (Next day)
I quickly sat up "Wanda" I gasped for air as tears streamed down my face but I had a weird feeling that something happened and a few seconds later then Tony entered the room "Kid you okay? Friday said you were in distress" Tony said as he sat down next to my feet "No I'm fine but thanks for checking in" I said as Tony raise his eyebrow at me not believing a single word "Well there' is something clearly wrong Peter because you're crying" he said worried "Your not going to leave this room until I tell you right" I chuckled as I wipe the tears from my cheeks "No so there's no reason to try" he said as I signed in defeat "I-i was just having a dream about Wanda falling to her death and I couldn't do anything but just stare" I said as more tears fell down my face but I quickly wipe it away "Peter your going to be okay it will get better over time" he said "But that's the thing is that I don't know if I'll ever be okay now that she's gone but if there's any chance than how do I make sure this doesn't happen to my loved one's again" I said as the hurt in my voice as well as worry and the room fell silence as I look at Tony who looks conflicted until "You won't. Peter that's what we heroes have to deal with everyday and the only thing we can do is take a Leap of faith" he said as I felt comforted by his words "Thanks Tony I really needed that" I said as I saw a smile spread across his face "No problem kid" he said as he got up from the bed "And Tony can you not tell everyone else about this?" I asked with pleading eyes "I won't tell them Peter until your ready now get ready because you have to go to school but only if you want to I can't force you to do anything you don't want to do" he said "I have already missed a week of school so I should probably get back to school and plus it's a distraction" I said as Tony nodded "Okay we're going once you're finished getting ready breakfast is almost done in the kitchen" he said as he walked out the room closing in the door behind him and I got up out of my bed and started getting ready for school.
After I finish putting on my clothes and shoes. I left the room into the kitchen to see Tony leaning on the counter drinking coffee as Ms Potts is cooking breakfast, Natasha Romanoff sitting at the kitchen island also drinking coffee and the rest of the Avengers in the living room watching TV. I entered the kitchen and I proceeded towards the kitchen island and sat down to Miss Black widow "So you're that spider kid right"someone said as I turn to Miss Black widow "Me?" I thought "In Wanda's file it says that you had a best friend relationship with her can you please elaborate to me what your relationship with her for you of course and do you think that Wanda would betray The Avengers" I asked trying not for my voice to shake by saying her name but I manage to say it in a respectful and professional tone which I am actually surprised that I can pull off considering the circumstances we are talking about. She asked curiously I turned to look at it Miss Black widow and she shrugged as if to tell me that she didn't care, I then turned back to Miss Potts to face her "Well we were just talking about the mission I have been assigned by fury" I said "About that kid you're not going to do the mission anymore" Tony interjected in our conversation and I look at him shock "What! why?" I exclaimed all the Avengers turn around to look at me "Kid can we talk in private?"he asked as I nodded my head and got out of my chair bringing my book bag with me as I followed him into the hallway "So why am I being taken off the mission?" I never told him about your personal relationship with her the only thing I told him was that she was killed in one of your fights that's it" he said calmly as I started to calm down at the fact "Well how did you prove to fury of all people to believe you" he said "Well it was no easy task but I looked on a security camera that day and showed him the video of her falling and dying with a little bit of editing of course but I only showed him when she fell and when the vulture took her. He said she couldn't be alive by the height that she failed from but I suggested we should make her a gravestone and surprisingly he agreed" he said I looked at him with mixed feelings "So she has a gravestone?" I asked tears glistening in my eyes hoping he would say yes because I weirdly feel like they're at least something left of her except for the file and her memory "Yes and we can go there just after you get off of school" he said as I white the tears out of my eyes "Thank you Tony really" I said as I scurry towards him and hugs him 'I know he really doesn't like people touching him but it gave me a sort of comfort' I thought as I release him for the hug "I said probably get to school then I'll see you later Tony" I said as I walk away.
Time skip
I arrived at school late so I Rush inside the school and grab my book from my locker and went to my class, I made it to my class and looked through the door window to see that everyone's in there so I knocked on the door and seemed to catch my teacher attention as she walked towards the door and open it for me "Your late Mr Parker" she said as I walk in "Yeah I know I'm sorry I have to deal with some personal reasons" I said as I look around the room to see MJ and Ned with a mix of worrying and shock on their face "Okay just sit down" she said as I nodded in response as walk towards Ned and sat next to him and Ned just looked at me disbelief "What-" but I interrupted him "We'll talk later at lunch" I whispered as I continue to pay attention to the class
Time skip to lunch because school is boring
I sat right next to Ned and MJ sitting in front of us and Ned look at me impatient as we continue to eat lunch not talking to each other, until groaned annoyed "Okay well are you going to tell us what happened to you because you missed one week of school and that's not like you" Ned said worried as I sighed "So you know how I had something to do after school?" Time skip after school
Me, Ned and MJ walk outside the school and stop at the gate of the school "Well see you two dorks tomorrow and Peter" she said as my head snapped towards her direction "Huh?" Time skip again
