Chapter 15
''Anyway! What about we introduce you to the others too? I completely forgot about them when I saw you, my little angel!'',
he looked at her smiling, she had an amuzed face once more.
I looked at my side, not wanting to see his interaction with Damian.
Sheila seemed that she really wanted Damian knowing Allen was his son, which maddened me, as I didn't understand the reason.
She and had met when I was away the last few years and she told me some things but still, I wasn't clear what was going on.
''Well then, you already met Eric and Steven. This is Tom Matthews"
''Hi, little guy.'',
''Hello.''
Allen replied all business-like.
''And this is Damian, the one you saw at the video call back then.''
she informed.
They both nodded their head as a greet.
They were so alike already, and with that motion, I was devastated.
Their eyes lighten up, moving their heads in sync, Sheila couldn't help it and looked my way.
I was still looking away, and I felt her gaze on my back, I turned to see her brows furrowed.
I shook my head in disapproval and stood up.
''Well, this has been fun. But this little guy really has to go to sleep.''
I exclaimed and took his hand to leave.
''Do you love your mommy?''
Damian talked for the first time this evening.
''I do, I love her unconditionally. I won't let anyone hurt her.''
Allens' eyes burned through Damian's.
Their element, fire.
An explosion would happen if someone didn't stop them, but I couldn't stop him from talking to his father.
I gave Sheila a desperate look, she stared back in awe, just like everyone at our table.
''What would you do if you knew your father was back?'',
''Kill him.''.
Both sentences, are bitter, straightforward, and deadly.
Sheila hold my concerned gaze and shook her head.
Everyone else looked at each other scared.
Damian gave a glare at Allen, which he threw back.
''I don't care if he was at fault. He had a chance, he lost it. I don't think my mommy ever trusted him anyway. I know he isn't the family type, thus, I could not care less if he is alive or dead.''
Allen replied to Damian's stare. Damian was astonished by this little kid.
I think he must have realized it was his son
''I hate to break it to you kid, but I have any rights in your life, just as your mum does. She had no right getting you away from me.'',
''Yes, that is right. But, you should consider your actions before that. Do you deserve my mommy's company? If you did then she wouldn't have left. I live with her every day. I know she was scared of you finding her. And that must mean something. I never asked her who my father is because I knew from the beginning. I don't need you in my life, and most certainly, my mommy doesn't either.''
everyone's eyes darkened when they realized that he really was Damian's son.
My blood ran colder than usual in my veins.
I was so scared I tightened my hold on Allen's hand without noticing.
My eyes shut closed when Damian started his sentence.
''Beth Kappa, you really are something. You managed to keep him from me for so many years. I kept looking for you, you shouldn't be this capable of getting away from me. Except if not only Sheila, but another source supported you. Who the hell is it? Tell me now Beth.'',
''I- I don't know what you are talking about Mister Yang.''
I said and looked at him reluctantly.
''Mommy, let's go home. Uncle Rafael will come with us too. Rayan, go get the idiot here, we are leaving.''
Allen exclaimed, I composed myself once more, not wanting to look weak.
''Okay, baby. Let's go. Goodnight everyone.''
Rafael, the second he saw the scene he immediately understood.
''Let's go back sweetie.''
he said concerned.
''Stop it.''
Allen firmly said.
Rafael gave him a pleading look, and Allen reluctantly let him pat my back.
''Well, it seems I am the baby here.''
I said and they both started laughing,
''Guess so!''
Rafael said.
''Bye Beth!''
Sheila waved us.
''Beth.'',
Damian said still sitting on the couch, sipping his whiskey, while my back faced his direction.
''What is it, Mister Yang?''
I asked while stopping to his voice.
''It isn't the time for the adults to leave.''
I was clear about that, it was just 10:30, if I left people would start talking. I went to Allen's level,
''Hey baby, you go back with uncle Rafael, mommy will come back later okay?'',
Allens' eyes burned with fury as he looked at Damian, which looked at him back.
They seemed to be communicating with their eyes, which was weird, but Allen was smart like that.
''Okay, mommy, be careful.''
he kissed me and left slowly.
After they left, a sigh of relief left my lips.
Sheila stood up,
''Hey girl, let's go get us some drinks. The real party starts now!''
she said while winking at me.
