Don't expect much, I'm not good at writing at all especially not on something like this

When we woke up we did our morning routine and went out. What I didn't know is that when I went to sleep Ciel stayed awake to prepare.
-Ciel pov
Last night
After I confirmed master entered sleep mode I went to our imaginary space and looked for an outfit to wear. I soon realized I don't have many options
Ciel: Sigh *I really need to get some new clothes* I looked through what I had and picked the true dragon outfit with the white shirt
-Rimuru pov
When we were getting ready for our date I saw that Ciel picked the True Dragon outfit
Rimuru: *She looks so cute* was the first thought when I saw her
So I also wore that one but with the black shirt so we matched
We first went to a cafe to eat breakfast and drink some tea. It was at this moment I realized this is the first date I've ever been on, so I gotta make it good
Rimuru: "What do you wanna get?" I asked here while we were looking at the menu
Ciel: "I'm not sure, what do you want to get Master?"
Rimuru: "I'll get whatever you get" she seemed surprised
Ciel: "Let's get this one" she said pointing to a blueberry cake
(I know I said they were getting breakfast)
We ordered and sat down waiting for the cake and our drinks
Rimuru: *What are you supposed to do on a date, I've never been on one before* he thought nervously *I should have thought this through first* "So what do you wanna do today?" I asked hoping she'd know what to do
Ciel: "I don't really know what there's to do here. And I've never, well you know" She said shyly while slightly blushing
Rimuru: *Kawaii* "Well then let's have a look around while having a walk" *I guess I'm gonna have to do what I do best, improvise*
Ciel: "Sure" she said with a gorgeous smile, that smile is going to kill me one of these days
Soon our cakes and drinks arrived, it was delicious, not as good as Shuna's or Ciel's cooking but it was still great. While eating and talking I thought about something
Rimuru: *I wonder if I should tell Ciel now or later what I decided*
As if reading my mind Ciel asked me
Ciel: "Have you thought about what I asked you master?" she asked, she seemed to be kind of nervous about what my answer is
Rimuru: "Yeah, I think we're gonna change a bunch of things and deal with what happens later"
Ciel: "If that is your wish master I'll stay by your side and support you no matter what" she said pridefully "but what about the other thing?"
Rimuru: "Well however want to join I'll welcome them, while I'm not gonna go to far out of my way I'll still try to get some" she looked like she expected something like that but still was a bit sad, so I continued "But of course you'll always be my first and main wife, no matter what timeline or world" She blushed a little and seemed happy hearing that
Ciel: "Of course, I'll always be masters main wife" she seemed really smug
Rimuru: "Of course, do you wanna go on a walk and look around the city?"
Ciel: "Yes, let's!" she said excidedly which made me smile
I paid for our meal, if you can call cake a meal, since neither of us have to eat to survive we just eat for fun. We then took a walk looking around for somewhere we can have fun at while holding hands the entire time
Ciel: *This is so embarrassing, but I like it* she thought while looking at their hands and blushing
We saw a little shop and decided to buy some souvenirs, walking in someone greeted us
Shop owner: "Welcome to my shop, how may I hel-" she was saying while turning around but suddenly stopped when seeing us *Their so beautiful* was all she could think
Rimuru: "Uhhh, are you okay?" I asked her confused
Owner: "Y-yes, yes I'm fine. How may I help you?" she came back to her senses, but was surprised at the somewhat manly voice coming from a beautiful girl like that
Ciel: "We're just looking around"
Owner: "Alright, ask me if you need any help" she walked away
We looked around and found necklaces that looked like slimes. I bought two and changed them a little. Now they had lines as eyes, one had a little red glow and the other a gold one (Borrowed the idea from "The New Story - That Time I Got Reincarnated as a slime" by "kirika-chan")
Rimuru: "Which one do you want?" I asked her
Ciel: "T-that one" she pointed shyly at the one with the gold glow which made me smirk
Rimuru: "Then I'll have the red one, I like it more since it reminds me of you" she was now completely red and looked away "Want me to put it on for you?"
Ciel: "Yes" still blushing *What's this feeling? I've never felt like this before*
I put the neckless around her neck
Rimuru: "Can you put mine on me please?"
Ciel: "Y-yes master"
She put it on me and we left the shop continuing to look around the city
(I'm gonna be real with you I don't know how to write something like this so I'm just gonna speed things along)
It became night quickly so we went back to our inn. When we got into our room I asked her
Rimuru: "Did you have fun on our date?"
Ciel: "Yea I really liked it" she said happily while smiling
Rimuru: "Then we should do it again some time" I said laying on the bed
Ciel: "Y-yes" she said from the bathroom *Alright i have to do this, but it's so embarrassing* she steeled her resolve and walked out "M-m-master"
I looked at her and got wide eyed
Rimuru: "C-ciel why are you wearing that, or I should ask why are you almost not wearing anything" I asked her while being surprised cause she's only in her underwear *I never thought she would be so bold. I'm only now noticing that her body is a lot more female than when she first materialized now she has curves and everything, did she change her appearance. why- ohhhh*
Ciel: "M-m-ma-master* she was really blushing a lot and seeing her struggle because of embarrassment I decide I should too take action "I-i w-want to-"
Without letting her finish I kiss her on the lips. She seemed surprised at first but then she started kissing me back. After a couple seconds we separated and looked at each others eyes
Rimuru: *Alright, let's do this*
