Jealousy.
It is a feeling of unhappiness caused by wanting what someone else has.
I'm a lot of things. Boisterous. Naive. Happy-go-lucky. Unorthodox.
I could go on and on, really.
However, I never pegged myself to be jealous.
Until I saw her with you. Especially after getting to know you. The real you that no one else sees. Not even she gets to see it.
It's crazy because I hated you, and you hated me.
You are the exact opposite of me. Brooding. Smart. Harsh. Put-together.
Somehow, all of that drew me in. You were always in the back of my mind, like a pesky headache that never seemed to go away no matter how much medicine I took.
It just...made no sense. How did it end up this way? I still haven't figured that out yet.
Everything that annoyed me about you is now something I enjoy, maybe even...love. And it seems you feel the same way, too.
There's just one thing.
We can never show it. No one can ever know. It all has to be one, big secret, or else, everything will blow up in our faces.
During the day, you still see her, but at night, you're all over me.
It's not fair. To either of us.
You have to decide on one.
