RECAP- RAAVI VISITS PANDYAS
After that day, both the families engage in the preparations for engagement and wedding. This time, Karan and Naina already chose their attires from some pictures. So they didn't need Shiva and Raavi for shopping.
So Shiva and Raavi haven't met in one week and Shiva is a little relieved about it because he is very confused since the shopping day and hence he thinks that these thoughts would leave his mind if he doesn't meet her.
The day Raavi came to his room, he liked having tea with her. But once she left, his eyes went to Siya's photo and a strange feeling of guilt filled his heart.
He used to talk to so many women on a daily basis even when she was alive and after her death also, then why is he feeling as if he is wronging Siya after his interactions with Raavi.
He loves Siya, right? So why is he feeling guilty about how he feels for Raavi... She is just like any other acquaintance he talks to...Or isn't she??
He was engrossed in these thoughts till night. All questions and no answers...Therefore now he is relieved that they haven't met one whole week.
Other side, Raavi is planning a wedding surprise for Naina and Karan. But she needs a help, from someone who knows Karan closely, other than Naina.
First name that comes in her mind is of Shiva. But how to contact him? She has met him so many times, and still doesn't have his number. What a stupid, she called herself.
She messaged Karan to send her Shiva's number. Karan, not paying much attention did so.
She dialled his number but he rejected the call.
R-*to herself* Ho sakta hai unknown number dekh ke nahi uthaya ho, phir se dial karti hoon.
She dialled the number once again. Other side, Shiva got pissed off at the caller because he was in an important meeting and this person was just disturbing him continuously.
He picked up the call and said loudly.
S- Whoever it is, agar mai ek baar nahi utha raha that means I am busy, can't you wait?
Raavi gets shocked. She should have been more considerate, she thought. But nonetheless she decided to speak.
S- Now would you please like to tell aap hain kaun..
R- Shi...Shiva..
He recognises her voice in a second and regrets immediately for shouting like that.
S- Oh No, Raavi I am Sorry..I am really sorry...Main aise..
R- It's Okay Shiva, infact I think aap busy hain..I guess I should call letter.
She cut the call even without listening to his response. Shiva felt guilty for shouting at her like that. He wrapped up the meeting quickly and called her.
On the call-
S- Hii Raavi..
R- Hello Shiva...
S- I am Sorry aise chillane ke liye, vo actually meri meeting chal rahi thi...I was already pissed off at those clients aur fir tumne...
R- Bass Bass Shiva, teen baar aap already apologize kar chuke hain.. It's Okay... Leave it..
S- Aur batao, how are you??
R-I am good, aap bataiye, preparations kaisi chal rahi hain...
S- Great, tumhare ghar?
R- Bohot acchi, actually ussi baare mein mujhe aapse kuch baat karni thi, kya aap mujhse mil sakte hain...
S- Yeah sure, but sab thik to hai na..
R- Yeah yeah everything is fine..To shaam ko 7 baje, ussi restaurant mein jahan hum pehli baar mile the...
S- Done...
They cut the call. Shiva wondered why she wanted to meet him. Not thinking about it much, he continued with his work.
Evening, at 7 pm--
Raavi was waiting for him at the table. Shiva came there.
R- Hii..
S- Hello, kaisi ho tum?
R-Sab thik thak..aap bataiye..
S- Fine, to batao kya kaam tha tumhe??
R-Batati hun, pehle let's order something.
He calls the waiter.
"Noodles" both say together, just like the first time they met. Raavi gives him a warm smile at this and he can't stop himself from appreciating her smile inwardly. It is infectious, he thought to himself.
As they start eating, Raavi starts to narrate him her plan.
R- So Shiva, main Naina aur Karan ko wedding gift ke liye unka honeymoon package gift karne ka soch rahi hoon.
S- Woww... That's amazing
R- To Naina ki to saari choices mujhe pata hi hain..But unn donon ko jana hai to Karan ke hisaab se bhi plan karna padega na...To aap mujhe ye bataiye usse kaisi jagah pasand hai...
S- Karan ko.. you know...hot places bilkul bhi pasand nahi hain... He hates them...
R- To phir...
S- Usse pasand hain snows, mountains, cosy environment, etc. etc..
R- Wow...Naina bhi chilly places jana prefer karti hai, to phir how about Switzerland??
S- No yaar,It is really cliche, how's Canada?
R-Yeah that's nice...To phir main tickets book kara deti hun inn donon ke liye, 10 days ki Canada trip...Wow!
S- Aur bhi chizein to plan karni hongi na tumhe, like hotel booking..
R- Haan vo to main kara dungi, unnke liye sare tourist spots ka bhi schedule bana dungi...
S- Really Raavi, tumhe lagta hai vo vahan ghumne jaenge? Tum apni behen ko janti nahi ho kya?
R- Arre I know, beech mein 3 din unhen Hotel mein hi stay karaenge... I hope they like this surprise...
S- They'll love it...Infact it is so thoughtful of you...I guess this is going to be their best wedding gift...
R-Vese Naina ka to I know but agar Karan ne kuch pehle se hi plan kara hoga to...
S- I don't think so...vo shaadi ke baad ke liye hi plan karega I think..
R-Great...Vese Shiva, aap bilkul bhi social media pe active nahi rehte na..
S- Not really..but kyon...
R- Maine aapki profile dekhi thi, aap bilkul post hi nahi karte hain, that's strange...because Karan is quite active.
S- Yeah, vo actually main na bilkul bhi photogenic nahi hun, upar se mujhe captions bhi nahi likhna aata... Pehle Siya used to help me..but ab to
He got a little upset. Raavi thought to herself how she always manages to upset him by doing something that reminds him of Siya...
She keeps her hand on Shiva's hands and he looks upto her.
R- It is Okay Shiva...
Shiva gives her a smile and they finish their food. Meanwhile, something comes in his mind and he starts smiling.Raavi notices this.
R-Kya hua?
S- Nothing, I was just wondering unhen tum itna accha wedding gift de rahi ho, to ek prank to banta hi hai na..
R- Matlab...
S- Main soch raha tha unhen kuch aisa gift de engagement mein ki sharam se laal ho jae donon, vo bhi sabke saamne, jese ek mysterious box dete hain na, phir jab sab unse puchenge ki kya hai to bechare bolne layak nahi bachenge...
R- Aur vo gift kya hoga... Don't tell me Shiva aap vohi dene ki soch rahe hain jo mere dimag mein aaya hai...
Shiva smirks... Raavi laughs..
R- No Shiva, ye bohot bohot embarassing ho jaega, I can already imagine their faces...
S- Exactly, you can imagine...kitna maza aaega..Mai to karne wala hun, Tell me are you in??
R- Fine...Vese kitna..
S- Do boxes...uske andar 10 packs...And which flavour??
R- Chocolate...OMG I can't believe ham actually unke saath ye karne wale hain..Vese maza to aaega...
S- Yeah..
They do a little more chit chatting before finishing the food. They split the bill and move towards the cars. As Shiva sits in his car, Raavi tells him..
R- Mera number save kar lijiyega...
S- Already done..
Raavi also goes to her car and both move to opposite sides towards their homes.
On the way back, Raavi keeps smiling the whole time. How did they get so comfortable with each other to be talking about this, like literally..
Since the roka day, she has been thinking too much about Shiva. Their dynamics changed to another level only today.
At night, she writes about the day in her diary--
Dear Diary,
Shiva ne mujhe suggest kiya Canada to now it's final, main Naina aur Karan ke liye Canada trip plan karungi.
Ek aur baat bataun tumhen, roke wale din se hi mujhe Shiva ke sath kuch alag sa lagne laga hai..I mean aaj bhi, hum itna comfortably baat kar rahe the aisi chizon ke bare mein jo main kisi aur se na karun..
I don't know unse baat kar ke mujhe bohot peace feel hoti hai, kitne ladkon se baat karti hoon main, date bhi kar chuki hun, friends ke saath hang out karti hun, but aise..I don't know what is this feeling..
Raavi, get these thoughts out of your head. Shaadi ki taiyari mein dhyaan laga....
Good Night
With this, she opens her Instagram and is surprised to find that Shiva has followed her back. She smiles but refrains from messaging him looking at the time.
She smiles and goes to bed and sleeps.
