Y/n's pov
For the past week, I've been working on my acting skills. Everyone were so willing to help me. I got a break from it tho, for ISAC.
It's like an award show here. 3rd and 4th generation groups are here. This year, BTS are back. There was a lot of talking about their return but I didn't believed it until I saw it.
My group is sitting with Stray Kids, talking about Ssireum. We are taking place in that sport.
"Hyung if you don't win, you'll have to buy me food" I told Hyunwoo since he would be up first
"What?! You want me to go bankrupt? Even all of JYPnation together doesn't have enough money to cover your needs on food"
"Yah! I don't eat that much!"
"To be honest Y/n, your stomach is like a black hole" Bang Chan commented
"Hyung! Are you attacking me as well?! Omo...where are my noonas when I need them" I looked around and they laughed
"Hyung I support you" Minjun told me
"That's my maknae!" I hugged him
"He's supporting you because you share your food with him" Jeong laughed
"Shhh! Hyung don't tell him that" Minjun looked at him
"What?! You traitor!" he got up and started running while I ran after him
Some idols were staring at us while we ran around. We passed by Aespa who were laughing. Minjun did a circle around them and stopped at the other side. Now they were between us.
"Yah! Wae are you annoying Aespa sunbaenims? MY will be angry at us for blocking their view"
The girls started laughing again. I looked at them.
"What? I have something on my face?"
"It's weird hearing you call us sunbaenims after all this time" Karina explained
"I'm trying to be polite" I shrugged
I looked up and saw Minjun trying to walk away unnoticed.
"Yah! Come back here maknae!" he started running again and I followed
"Yah! Minatozaki Y/n stop chasing him" Ryujin glared at me as he got behind her
"Noona he is using me for food. You must be on my side. You are my best friend" I looked at her
"I've decided to change my best friend. Now Minjun took your place" she teased
"What?! Then I can change my best friend as well." I smirked
"Chaeryeong noona will you be my new best friend?" I looked at her
"Ani. Keep me out of this" she shook her head
"Yuna be my best friend" I turned to her
"Huh! Sure. I'm oppa's best friend now" she nodded
"What's happening?" Lia and Yeji had just come
"Y/n wants to replace me with Yuna" Ryujin crossed her arms
"You wanted to replace me with Minjun" I looked at her
"Oh we all know that none of you will be replaced" Yeji laughed
"Y/n!" Jeongyeon came up to us
She grabbed my hand and dragged me away. The others laughed at my confused expression.
"Are you kidnapping me?!" I looked at her
"Shut up" she laughed
She pulled me away from the view of her members and gave me a phone. I looked at it and then at her.
"Who's phone did you get this time?"
"Jihyo's" she chuckled
"Again?!" I looked at her surprised
"You would expect her to keep a better eye on it this time. Right?" she laughed
"Ne. It seems that she needs a lesson on keeping her phone safe" I smirked
"Exactly!" she smiled
"Araseo noona. I got it" I smiled
Jeongyeon ran out as Jihyo got closer. I walked away casually while Jihyo was searching Jeongyeon.
"Y/n come here" Kai saw me as I was passing by
"Ah annyeonghaseyo hyung" I smiled
He was sitting with Jimin. I sat down and Jimin smiled.
"You've met before right?" Kai asked
"Ne hyung. After our performance with Seulgi noona and Hyoyeon noona." I told him
"Ah you are right." Kai nodded
"Sunbaenim, I didn't believe that you would be here for real" I said to Jimin
"Well MBC asked us to be here and we had some free time. This is a second chance to ISAC." he explained
"Oh and just call me hyung" he added smiling
"So we are going to hang out this Saturday. Do you want to come?" Kai asked me
"Eh? Me?" I looked at him
"Ne" they both nodded
"I'd love to" I smiled
"Minatozaki Y/n!" Jihyo yelled
I looked up and saw her coming towards us. I gave her phone to Kai.
"Hyung keep this hidden for me please. I'll be back" I got up and ran away
"Y/n give me my phone" Jihyo ran after me
"I don't have it noona" I turned around and ran backwards so I can see her
"Then wae are you running?"
"You scared me. I thought I was in trouble" I shrugged
"Hm... do you know who has it?"
"Ani" I shook my head
She sighed and walked away. I smiled and walked to Kai. He looked at me and gave me the phone.
"Kamsahamnida. I'll see you later"
I walked away. Jeongyeon saw me and came to me. I handed her the phone. Jihyo saw us but Jeongyeon gave it to Nayeon before Jihyo can get it.
"You lied to me?!" she looked at me
"Ani. I didn't have the phone when we talked" I denied
"I saw you" she glared at me
"Ne, but I left it with Kai hyung and after we talked, I took it back. So I didn't have it when we talked" I explained
"Give me my phone back" she started chasing Nayeon
I walked back to my members.
"You are running more now, than when you are racing" Cheng told me
"Am I? I didn't even realise" I chuckled
Time skip this Saturday
I walk with Kai in a coffee shop. Jimin was already there, but he wasn't alone. Ha Sung-woon, HOTSHOT's Timoteo and another guy that I couldn't tell if I knew him, because he was with his back on us.
"Annyeonghaseyo" Kai greeted them
"Annyeonghaseyo" I bowed politely
"Annyeonghaseyo" they all smiled
Kai sat down and I sat beside him.
"Y/n let me introduce you properly." Kai said and introduced everyone to me
Time skip some hours later
It turned out that the person I couldn't see, was Ravi from Vixx. We talked about various things and they made me instantly feel comfortable with them.
"So Y/n any plans of your group that you can share?" Ravi asked me
"Hm... let's see... Ah ne! We are having our first solo concert this August" I shared
"Jinjja?! Congratulations. You must feel excited to see GLOW." Timoteo told me
"I am" I nodded
"Oh guys, Y/n is going to be in a drama" Kai told them
"Oh your schedule must be really tight" Sung-woon noticed
"Just a bit hyung." I said
"Hm...is the drama that Lee Dong-wook and Suzy sunbaenim will star in?" Jimin asked
"Ne" I nodded
"How did you know?" Timoteo looked at him
"I remembered seeing a clip from 'Roommates'." he explained
"What's your role?" Ravi asked me
"Their namdongsaeng" I smiled
"Can you share anything about the scenario?" Sung-woon asked
"Ani hyung. I have to keep the suspense high or you won't watch it" I denied
The rest laughed as Sung-woon sighed.
"You won't get a word out of Y/n if he doesn't want to" Kai informed them
"I'm working on it actually. I have to be extremely careful of spoilers. Especially about the drama" I shared and they nodded since they understood.
Time skip on Monday
I returned to the shared house after a tiring day. I had practice in the morning and later on, I had my first filming for the drama.
"Oh Y/n you are home?" Seung-yeon saw me
"Ne noona" I fell on the couch
"You seem tired" she sat beside me
"Just a bit" I nodded
"How was the first day of filming?" she asked
"I'm lucky that everyone in the cast and the crew are kind. I messed up a lot" I sighed
"Ah don't worry about it. It's normal for your first time" she smiled
"I honestly expected this to be easy" I chuckled
"There's hard work on being an actor. You'll get used to it tho" she patted my head
"Gomawo noona" I yawned
"Go sleep" she chuckled
"You won't believe it but I'm so close on just going to bed with the clothes I was wearing outside." I got up
"You are right. I won't believe it" she laughed
"Goodnight noona" I headed towards my room
"Goodnight Y/n" she told me before I leave the living room
I was getting ready for bed, when I received a notification on my phone. I checked it out and saw that SinB had text me.
SinB: 'Y/n, how was your first shoot for the drama?'
Y/n: 'It was tiring but I had fun wiht the cast and the crew. How about your shoot for the new m/v?'
SinB: 'It was fun. I won't spoil anything but I think that you'll love it'
Y/n: 'I can't wait noona'
SinB: 'Btw, are you free to hang out tomorrow?'
Y/n: 'I have practice in the morning but I'm free after that'
SinB: 'Perfect. Wae don't you come by the dorm after you are done?'
Y/n: 'Araseo. I'll text you when I'll be on my way'
SinB: 'Okay. See you tomorrow. Goodnight'
Y/n: 'Goodnight noona'
Time skip the next day
After the practice, I got ready and headed to Gfriend's dorm. I didn't forget to inform SinB of course.
When I arrived, I noticed her outside. I smiled and walked up to her.
"Annyeonghaseyo noona" I greeted her
"Annyeonghaseyo" she smiled
"What's that?" she looked at the bags I was holding
"Food and some sweets. You like spicy food right?"
"Ne but you didn't have to"
"Ah but I wanted to noona" I smiled
"Araseo" she smiled back and we got inside
The dorm was quiet. I gave SinB the bags to put the food away and waited in the living room.
"Noona, are we alone?"
"Ne. My members had schedules so we'll be alone for a bit. Did you want someone else to be here?" she looked at me
"Ani. I came for you"
"Good" she smiled and sat down
"Are you going to stay standing until you leave?" she asked me
"Ah a-ani" I laughed and sat down
"You like 'Harry Potter' if I remember correctly. Right?" she asked me
"Like? I love 'Harry Potter' noona. I'm trying to find someone to have a 'Harry Potter' marathon with but no one wants to watch it again" I sighed
"Do you have time then? We can do it now"
"Jinjja?! Ne!" I said excitedly
She giggled and put the first movie on. Before it start, she got up and disappeared into her room. She returned soon after with blankets and pillows to get comfortable.
"Okay. Ready?" she asked and I nodded
She started the movie and we were watching quietly. After the first movie ended, SinB went in the kitchen and returned with the sweets I brought.
"Do you want some?" she asked me
"Jinjja? I can eat sweets?" I looked at her
"It'll be our secret" she smiled
"Gomawo noona!" I hugged her
"Oh! You are so excited for the sweets" she laughed
"No one gives me sweets easily." I took a chocolate and started eating
"Just don't eat too much. Araseo?"
"Araseo noona" I nodded and offered her some of my chocolate
Time skip 4 hours later
We had ordered some pizza and were eating while watching the movie, when someone arrived at the dorm.
"I'm home. Sana unnie is with me" Eunha said
They walked in the living room and SinB stopped the movie.
"Annyeonghaseyo noonas" I smiled
"Oh Y/n annyeonghaseyo" they greeted
"What are you doing?" Eunha asked as they sat down
"We are having a 'Harry Potter' marathon." SinB answered
"You ate a lot of sweets" Sana noticed the wrappers
"Ne. Y/n brought them" SinB offered her some pizza
"Gomawo" Sana accepted smiling before turn to me
"How many did you eat?"
"Eh? Pizza slices? I don't remember." I continued eating
"You know that I'm talking about the sweets" she sighed
"I can't talk now noona. I have food on my mouth"
"... didn't you talk now?" Eunha asked
"Ah he didn't have much" SinB spoke
"I hope so...." Sana started eating her pizza while SinB continued the movie
The movie ended and SinB put on the next one. Eunha and Sana looked at us.
"Another one?" Eunha asked
"Unnie we are having a marathon" SinB said
"...I'm hungry" I said
"Oh we have the food you brought." SinB went to the kitchen
"You brought sweets and food? Who are you trying to impress?" Sana looked at me
"What?! Noona you misunderstood" I looked at her
"Sure..." Sana smirked
"Is it SinB?" Eunha asked
"What?! You too noona?" I turned to her
"What's going on?" SinB came
"Oh we were just saying how Y/n is trying to impress you" Sana smiled
"Jinjja?" SinB looked at me and I looked away blushing
"A-ani. Noona is just trying to embarrass me."
"Oh" SinB sighed
"Are you disappointed?" Eunha asked her giggling
"What?! Ani." SinB denied
"You sounded disappointed" Sana spoke
"Noona start the movie and ignore them" I turned to SinB
"Ah ne" SinB nodded and started the movie while we were trying to ignore Sana's and Eunha's teasing
Time skip a month later
I've been working on my acting skills while I was filming my drama and preparing for our concert, so to say that this month has been tiring is an understatement.
Thankfully tho, I'm having a break today. It's Lia's birthday and she decided to have a party.
I got ready in the dorm and headed to the party with my members. The whole JYPnation was here, alongside some other groups.
"Okay. Let's go find Lia first" Hyunwoo said
We soon spotted Lia and walked towards her. She smiled as soon as she saw as.
"Happy birthday noona!!" Minjun and I were the first to wish her and give her our gifts
"Gomawo" she smiled and accepted them
"Happy birthday" the rest of the group wished her and gave her the gifts
"Gomawo. Feel free to enjoy the food or drink something" she smiled
My members walked away and she turned to leave our gifts with the rest that was behind her. I stayed in my place quiet and waited for her.
"Oh! Y/n you didn't go with your members?" she turned around
"Ani..." I took a deep breath
"I wanted to give you your gift" I said
"Huh? But you already did. Alongside Minjun" she looked confused
"That's something simple...I have something else that I wanted to give it to you while we are alone" I explained
"Oh! You want us to go somewhere else?" she asked
I looked around and saw that no one was paying attention to us.
"Ani. Here will do"
I took a small box out of my pocket and gave it to her.
"I hope you like it"
She opened it and then looked at me surprised. Inside was a necklace. She had seen it a month before my debut. We were hanging out in the mall when she noticed it in a store but neither of us had enough money to buy it.
"Is it...?"
"Ne noona. It's the one we saw before my debut" I nodded
"But how?"
"I was saving money for it. I was lucky that they still had it" I explained
She suddenly hugged me. I was surprised before I hug her back blushing.
"Gomawo. I love it" she told me
"I'm glad to hear that noona." I smiled
"But wasn't it too expensive? Please tell me you didn't spent all your money on it" she pulled away
"Noona, you deserve every expensive thing in the world"
"G-gomawo" she blushed
"What's going on here?" Ryujin and Yeji appeared
"Y/n gave me his gift" Lia smiled and showed them the necklace
"Wow beautiful." Yeji commented
" You went all out didn't you?" Ryujin looked at me
"...I'm still wondering wae you are my best friend" I shook my head and started walking away
"I'm wondering the same thing you know" she followed me and we started bickering
Lia's pov
I smiled and shook my head as Y/n and Ryujin walked away bickering.
"Isn't this the same one you bought last year?" Yeji asked me
"Ne but he doesn't need to know that." I looked at the necklace in the box
"...I like this one better anyways" I smiled
