I never in my life , felt my heartbeat this strong in my chest , it was like a large stone thumping against my chest hard , my breathe gets heavy as I watch the scene unfold in front of me , the ugly man's rough hand was wrapped around the soft neck of my Stella
she was struggling ,
I forced my cold body to react , " DO SOMETHING TAKE HER OUT " I scream from the top of my lungs but no one moved , I quickly ran towards the door myself but two heavy man covered the door , forbidding me to enter
" what you motherfuckers doing with her ," I said in a cold tone , " Alwar relax , this is just a little experiment " Robert said , i grabbed his collar and push him against the wall , forcing a scream out of his mouth
" FUCKING BRING HER OUT BEFORE I THROW YOU INSIDE " I shout , but no one was moving , before I could do anything , Stella's screams fills the room through microphone , my head whipped towards her direction , that man was holding pen against her neck ,I lost my shit and just lunge towards the door , pushing the men with all my might ,
i burst open the door , and without thinking anything pulled Stella towards me and punched the bastard in the face , he groan in pain and fell on the ground , I wrap my hands closely around Stella and hold her tight , she was unconscious in my arms
the man tried to get up and move towards me , but before that guards come in and took him in custody
" you all lost your fucking mind , what you were thinking before pulling this stunt " I said to a guard when i pick Stella in my arms , and took her out of the room , she was looking scared even when she was unconscious , he head was resting against my chest
everyone was looking toward us , with shame in there eyes , " I am sorry Alwar , I didn't know things will turn out like this " Robert said ,as he looked at Stella " you was exactly seeing what is happening , yet you tried to stop me , and you fucking explaining to me " I said in a low scream voice
I just took Stella , out of the room , she needs medical attention as soon as possible
my eyes open, as my heart starts beating faster again , the last thing I remember is seeing someone like Alwar , I look around to a familiar space , it was my hospital 's nursing room , i slowly at up as very faint voice of people's shouting was hitting my ears ,
" I WILL FUCKING SUE WHOLE HOSPITAL "
it is definitely Alwar , I tried to fix my blurry vision as i sat my foot on the ground , a nurse quickly came for my support " Ms. Stella , are you okay " she said and i nodded my head in response " thank god Mr. Alwar , is constantly throwing fits " she said and i mentally face palm myself
i slowly stand up , my legs was feeling like jelly because of the shock i went through , there was n physical harm but my mind still cant get over the fact that was about to die
i moved towards the entrance and lost my shit seeing Alwar smashing things while Novail was trying to stop him , Alwar pick up a near by chair and raised it to smash , but before that i called his name
" Alwar " , and he dead stopped in his track , he slowly put the chair down and started walking towards me , he pulled me towards him , and my cheeks lay flat across his huge chest , his breathing was heavy and his heart was thumping
" are you okay " he asked ," yes I am " I said wrapping my hands around him , I was feeling everyone 's eyes on us , well it will happen if I will hug my patient like this , I clear my throat and pull myself away , with a heavy heart
" They did you dirty " Novail comment , made me crack a little " you piece of shit " Alwar pushed him away " you guys don't need to worry , I will handle everything from here " I said as I wear my id card again
" what they did is illegal , they cant sign me up for experiment without my concern " I said " I wont leave you alone " Alwar said " you have to because , you need to go " I said " why " he said " because , just go " I said pushing him away , " you novail , you also , go with him" I pushed both of them
" Stella , you sure , you don't want me ? " Alwar said " no I don't " I replied continually pushing them

I opened the door of Dr Robert's cabin , whatever they did wasn't right , he was sitting there with a sad smile , as soon as he saw he he quickly stand up " oh Stella , why you came , I was about to visit you " he said " no its okay , lets cut it sort , why you did that to me " I asked , he was not looking directly into my eyes " You were seems perfect for the job" he said " but you should have tell me , I was about to die there , just because I didn't knew , I was the part of some sick experiment " I slowly raised my voice
" what you did is illegal , and I can literally sue you for this " I said , and he got nervous " oh come on Stella , we all know what you doing is also not legal " he said , and i raised my eyebrow at him " what do you mean by that " I asked , " what do you think we don't notice , the side business you doing with Mr. Alwar , you lied to his guardian and keep you patient with personality disorder with you in your house " he said and i was struck by this
" and how these two things are relatable , i didn't put anyone's life in danger , and I took my patient's permission before keeping him with me " i said in my defense
" but my poor stella , our kind of medical practice don't allow us to date our patients , its against our values " he said " we are NOT dating " i said " yes , whole hospital see the little show , you both put out there , and forget the damage you patient did to our hospital " he said , i clinch my fist and grit my teeth , bloody snake " i never knew you were like this " i said
" lets stay on good term and forget what happened , and tell you boyfriend to pay the bills for the damage " he said handing me the long paper bill , i scan the bill and i lost my shit " he will not pay a penny " i replied and threw the bill on his face and storm away ,slamming the door behind

the car ride to home , was silent it was mostly Novail speaking , i was at the back seat and Alwar was constantly peeking towards me from mirror ,he was driving while novail was just being him
after we reached home , Bella was fast enough to serve us dinner , i cant be enough thankful to her
" you look sad " Bella said " no I am not " I replied , we are doing dishes in the kitchen and the boys are in living room , doing god knows what

the twinkling of stars is giving me peace , i was sitting on the roof of my small house , with my thoughts , Novail and Bella left , and now i am here waiting for Alwar to sleep

i raise my head fell on my back at the roof , directing my face towards the sky " i also like being with you , i don't know when the last time i enjoyed being with someone " i said , he also lay on his back watching straight in my face , i turned my head towards him and stare deep in his black eye ,
in his black eye , i see a colorful future , a future in which he will be happy , healed , cured he will be the same Alwar , but he will be more happy , and i want to see this future soon
