I nod, "Daenerys."
"Of course," she chuckles. My daughter's eyes open slightly; big, brown things that could either be from her mother or me. Maybe both of us.
Her hair was dark and plenty; you couldn't even see her scalp.
"Leigh, come get him," Perrie whispers while pulling her shirt back into place. She playfully sighs while standing straight, "I swear, she only has him to feed him." She whispers this, but she's not good at that, so Pez heard her.
"Unless you wanna sleep on the floor, hush and come get your son," she says, making Leigh chuckle nervously. "Coming, loves," she walks over to her.
I watch as Perrie carefully hands her their child. I look back down at ours, who's just staring and eating.
"You and Lerrie are gonna get into so much trouble growing up. And I can't wait for it," I say and she smiles.
"I love you so much, Daenerys Nelson-Thirlwall. You cute little shit."
"Call my baby a shit one more time and I'm chopping Little J off with rusty scissors," her mother says in a groggy voice. I look up to see she still had her back to me, but facing Perrie.
My eyes widen and Leigh laughs at my expense. "Shut ya gob," I mumble to the older woman while she held her son. She laughs again and I couldn't help but laugh a little, too.
Honestly, this is one of the happiest moments of my life.
