"so how was your first-day bubba?" ariah asked
ariah is my older sister she goes to the college around the corner and instead of wasting money she stays with us but besides that yeah she called me bubba since I was a newborn and not planning to stop any time soon
"it was aight" I say through my smile thinking about ree
"nigga..it's been one day who got you smiling like that already" ariah hits my arm so I hit her back just not as hard
"nigga ain't yo girlfriend picking you up or sum?" I say ignoring her completely
"and ain't you supposed to be heading to school don't be late" I look at my phone and she ain't lying, I run upstairs spray some CK obsession even tho its perfume it has this sweat masculine smell to it one of my favs I swear I head back down I see my parents are up. mom is at the refrigerator and pops right behind her with his arms around her body
'Ma probably made him get up' I thought to myself
"I'm heading out I love you guys" I hear everyone saying love yous so I walk out hopping into my car heading to school
'I wonder if ree is there already'
man he can't get out of my head for real tho I wonder if I'm stuck in his head like he is in mines getting out my thoughts I pull into school parking my car I get out looking around I see Imani and ree walking in you will think he won't come early because he has free period then I remember them saying that he was picking up Imani today
I was heading their way before some girl stopped in front of me
"so wazzup" I look at the girl that said sum
"yo what yu mean I don't even know you"
"boi stop playing I was the one that sat in front of you in third period" I try to think about yesterday
"OH the annoying bitch friend ain't you supposed to be on the sidelines following every move she does or sum?" she looks at me like I'm crazy then walks away
I head my way to ree and Imani when I finally get there a smile make to my face ree is putting his books in his locker so his back is facing me, I walk up but before Imani says something I put my finger to my lips shushing her she nods and goes back to what she was saying as ree puts his last books in and closing his locker I grab his waist pulling him up and screaming to scare him
"AHHhbaB" when I put him down he turns around with my hands still on his waist he hits my chest but that made me and Imani laugh even harder "that's not funny" he cross his arms trying to look angry but he's trying not to laugh himself
"YO your face wasahsjdn-" Imani couldn't even finish her sentence, ree just looking at us like we lost our minds
"so what IN your right mind thought that was a good idea?" he asks well his arm are still cross
"That shit was so funny man" Imani saying calming down from her laugh
"It wasn't that funny Imani" ree says looking away from me to Imani
"if you saw the face you made you would have thought that shit was funny as hell also I seen yu trying to hide your laugh don't think yo ass is slick" ree did a little laugh because he know it was true
ree was about to say something but the school bell rang I look at Imani to see if she was ready to go she nods ree and her do their regular kiss on cheek goodbye thing
"When do I get cheek kiss privilege" I ask pretending to be sad
"NEVER because you ain't me" I look at ree and he nods
"I guess I will get a different type of kissing privilege then" I look him up and down when we lock eyes I wink at him, he starts blushing getting all shy but he doesn't leave my eyes
"boi lets go before yu make my best friend all wet and shiii" I shake my head before turning around walking to our class
*time skip to lunch yeah ikik I don't want to hear it*
"soooo ree there is a party tomorrow" Imani says
"no, you already know the answer" ree said not even looking away from his phone
"BUT ree you never come PLEASE" Imani begs
"what party?" I ask wondering
"in my cheer, this girl haves random-ass party but they be big as hell and every time I try to bring ree BUT AS ALWAYS he says no" Imani explains I just nod
"Imani I won't even have anything to wear even if I do go" he finally looks up from his phone looking at Imani
"We can go to the mall after this I don't got practice do you?" I look at Imani "Nah and congratulation on making it even tho I already knew yu was finna make it"
"I got class after this"
"ree your grades are hella good you can skip this one time"
"BUt ImAni" he whines out
he looks at me and I just shrug my shoulders he groans "ok but I'm going to class I will just leave early" Imani looks so shocked that he agreed it made me laugh she looks at me to say
"nigga I think Jesus sent you" ree shakes his head "so when I'm done with class me and Imani will go drop by my house to change because if I'm going to the mall I'm not looking like this then we will head to Imani's house where you going to pick us up at"
"oh what happed to 'im not bossy'" I say chuckling
"I'm not bossy luv" he says smiling ugh his smile is beautiful the bell ring we get up heading out the lunchroom he says bye before walking to his class
"wanna hang out in my car" I ask Imani and she says yes
a couple of minutes pass of us just chilling in my car and her non-stopping showing me TikTok's but at some point, she turns her phone off looking at me
"you like my best friend huh" she squints her eyes at me, I just shrug my shoulders because I don't know he is sexy as hell and his personality is amazing the way he will rant about one topic over and over then catch himself also how he tries to hide that he's looking at me in class but he ain't the best at trying to be sneaky also when he's mad his mouth will form a pout in second period Imani was making fun of his drawing and all he could do is pout I wanted to take his lips into mines not going to lie to you
"so that's a yes if yu hurt him I will deadass cut yo dick off" she goes back on her phone laughing at the TikTok that popped up on her for you page

"Yeah I'm feeling him but we literally just met yesterday"
"well yeah but yall have this connection nobody can explain yu feel" I nod because I know what she means why do you think I asked him to show me to the office, I look up seeing ree walking out the door he stopped in front of the school doors looking around probably trying to find us when he finally does I wave he smile walking this way but before he gets fully here some random nigga stops him he turns to him and they start talking nigga making me hella mad tho
I see ree blush and the dude grin that irritated me more I stepped out of my car heading their way I go behind ree putting my hand on his hip pulling him close to my chest he jump a little looking up I look down at him smiling at him he shakes his head and looks back at the dude who was talking to him
"I have to go nice talk I guess" ree says
"ok then see ya later?" ree looks at me then at him again "probably not but sure" ree gets out my grip then walks off nigga look me up and down and walks off
'he thought he ate?'
I follow ree behind and his ass lookin hella good in those gray sweatpants...did he always have a sway in his walk? anyways I watch as he knocked on the window where Imani was telling her to come she gets out of the car but before they walk away they turn my way
"give me your number" "give ree your number"
they say at the same time but both don't react I guess this is normal for them I laugh a little before pulling out my phone handing it to ree after he puts in their phone number he hands it back to me after they sent a 'hi' to my phone they say goodbye before walking to his car I shake my head going into my car heading home to get change

when I sit in my car and watch sean drive off I freak out
"OHMYFUCKINGOSHBITCH" I scream at Imani
"BITCHHHH IM DEADDD THAT WAS SO UGHH"
I was trying to act cool but I was screaming inside also well I was walking to his car I looked behind me seeing he was staring at my ass so I had a little swing in my walking

I only change into black sweatpants a tight black short sleeves that define my abs and arm muscles with white air forces 1 go-to of course I was walking to my car but I notice a car pulling up I see ariah jump out the car "where you heading?" she asked when she notices me getting into the car
"to the mall with friends" she looks at me like I said something suspicious "what?" I asked?
"noting have fun bubba love you" I say love you back putting Imani address in my phone heading to her house
as I pull up I park in front of the driveway I get my phone out texting ree that I'm here as I see him read the text the door opens "BYE MA LOVE YU" Imani loud ass, she's wearing low waist jeans and a crop top on BUT REE he has these tight ass jeans on you can see how fat his ass is I want to rub my han- anyways he also has a matching shirt that stops a little above his jeans so you see a little skin but that shirt shows how small his waist really is he looks so sexy
"AY instead looking at my bestie like you finna eat him up can yu unlock the doors" Imani's voice gets me out my thoughts I unlock the door, ree sits in front well Imani sets in the back
"yu look good" I say looking at ree
"awww thanks, I tried" Imani say I turn my head to her before saying "nobody talking to you mane" I mean she does but I didn't need to hype her up she has a best friend for a reason

"THIS IS OUR SONG" not even one beat came and he already knew what song it was but it surprised me when he started to rap it
" DONT ASK NO QUESTIONS JUST RUB MY SHOULDERS WHEN IM UNDER PRESSURE" when he was done with that verse Imani went
"IM DOIN WHAT YOUR LAST NIGGA COULD NEVER" and it went like that until the song was done I just sat there in shock because ree really rap a moneybagg yo song
"yoo ree you a rapper now or sum" I say making them laugh I pull into the mall finding parking we get out walking into the mall thru the forever 21
"forever 21 is kinda coming thruuuuuu I see yu 21!!" ree laughs before saying "let go to footlocker and see what they got"
"you only want to go to see the fine ass workers there" Imani says well rolling her eyes I look at ree to see if he would deny it but he doesn't he just walks out forever 21
"better keep a close eye on yo man" Imani laughs catching up to ree
we walk into the footlocker ree head to the air Jordan 1s Imani is in the jewelry shop across from us I sit down because I don't need any new shoes as ree gets a worker he asks for his size all flirty and shit I was about to get up but the girl from this morning came in front of me pulling me to sit down
"hey handsome I know you were probably moody this moring because everybody is so no need to say sorry" she says in her annoying ass voice I wasn't going to entertain it but if ree was finna play that game then why not
"yeah sorry about that mane so wazzup with you?" I look up at her she was about to say something but she was pushed back so she wasn't so close to me and someone sat on my lap I was ready to push them off but I realize it was ree, he pulls my arm around his waist and smile at her
"HI" he says in the fakest voice I heard " Ok bye now" he says before she can say hi back he waves her goodbye she rolls her eyes and walking out he watches her walk out he was going to get up but I hold him there I go to his ear and whisper in his ear "that wasn't very nice baby boy" He blushes shrugging his shoulders
"I leave for one second and he's sitting on his lap?" Imani sits next to us looking at us confused
"well your best friend was being petty" she laughs saying "sounds like him" the person he asked his size for stop in front of us I pull him closer to me he says thanks before grabbing the box
"Imani my dumbass left my money at home I will pay you back" before Imani could say some I start "I gotcu you could have asked me"
"I will pay you back I swear" he looks at me pouting
"don't worry about it your homeboy gotcu" I say winking at him
"hey God it's me again?" Imani says putting her hands together pretending to pray
Ree gets up from my lap so I can get up we head to the cash register we pay for them and head out we went to a couple of more stores to buy some clothes ree only got two outfits because he feel bad using my money for his stuff but I'm cool with paying for his shit after we were done we walked out of the mall the same way we came
"wait so the same bitch that got played by that one dude? what was his name?"
"ree or some shit"
that caught Imani attention she looks at them funny and of course they seen
"yo who you looking at that like" one of the girls says
"you bitch because I want to know why my bestie name is in yo ugly ass mouth" ree just stand next to Imani saying nuh

"ok wats up then?" ree hands her a headband Imani puts her hair up and ree takes her earrings she took off "that's why yo gay as-" then like that they start fighting I was about to stop it but I see the friend that was in footlocker/this morning was about to jump in but ree hands me the stuff that was in his hand and runs up on her I put everything down and get Imani off the girl shes on, Imani on my left side of my body still talking shit

"NAH BECAUSE I DONT KNOW WHY SHE THOUGHT SHE CAN HAVE REE IN HER MOUTH AND DIDNT THINK SHE WAS FINNA GET HER ASS BEAT" Imani is hanging on the side of my body well I get ree off the other girl he stays quiet just hanging there I grab the all the bags and head to the car
I put them down when we got to the car "in front of the mall yall for real?" I ask and they just laugh shrugging their shoulders "get yall crazy asses in the car" when I unlock the car they hoped in I put the bag in the trunk then got into the driver seat
I look at them and they say
"she shouldn't have ree in her ugly ass mouth"
"she shouldn't have tried to jump in because her friend can't fight"
I shake my head driving them home
