Aasha's Pov
"I Love You, Aashu. Be my girl and Let me be your man, Aashu " he said looking into my eyes. I looked at him shocked.
Already I felt overwhelmed hearing his all words. Now he is on his knees proposing me. I felt i lost my voice. Because i am trying to say something. But no words are coming out from my mouth. But i am sure i need him as much as he needs me. I love him as much as he loves me.
Today i don't want to think about the future. I only want to think about myself. My happiness, his happiness, our happiness. Today i am only going to listen to my heart. I nodded my head as 'yes' with a smile.
"In words, my sweetheart" he said with a smile taking my hand in his. I took a deep breath and looked at him in his eyes.
"Yes" i said softly. He smiled at me and slowly slide the diamond ring on my ring finger, placing a soft kiss on it. The ring is so beautiful and simple.

"Now.. please.. get up" i said while sniffling. He stood up from the grassy floor and pulled me towards him by my waist. He kissed my forehead lovingly and wiped my tears. I hugged him tightly like my life depends on him.
"So we are now officially boyfriend and girlfriend, haa?" he asked me making me blush hard. He chuckled at me.
"But you still didn't said that three words to me which i am longing to hear from you" he said pulling me by my waist more closely towards him. I looked down feeling shy.
"You can blush after saying the three words to me" he said raising my chin with his finger. Suddenly its started to drizzle. We both were soaked by a light drizzling rain. He carried me in his arms making me sequel in surprise.
"We have to leave now" he said carrying me to his car. During the whole ride i felt his intense gaze but i dare not look at him. Soon the car came to a halt. He opened the door for me, and helped me to come outside the car. He again carried me to his penthouse.
"I can walk put me down" i said blushing.
"No, your feet must be hurting" he said with a smile.
"No its not hurting. So now put me down" i said with a chuckle. He halted his steps and looked at me.
"Do i need a reason to carry my girlfriend?" he asked me with a smirk. I shook my head in 'No' with my red cheeks. He chuckled at me then entered inside his penthouse after pressing his finger print. He made me sit on the couch in the living room and crouched down in front of me taking my feet in his hand.
"What are you…doing?" i asked him trying to take my feet back.
"Your bandage is soaked in the rain. We have to change it. Wait here. I will bring the first-aid kit" saying this he left towards the kitchen. I sighed at him with smile. I don't know i can't stop blushing and smiling. Soon he came with the first aid kit. He placed my feet on his knees and removed the bandage. Then he applied the antiseptic ointment and bandaged it carefully. He looked at me and smiled.
"Its finished" he said. I smiled at him. He sat beside me.
"I am ready" he said. I looked at him confused.
"Huh?" i asked him.
"Three words" he said with a smirk. I blushed looking down at my lap. Why can't he just leave that topic? Then he sat closer to me drawing me closer to him by snaking his arm around my wait. He made me rest my head on his chest and hugged me tightly.
"Are you still not ready for this relationship?" he asked me softly taking my hand in his in which i am wearing the beautiful ring. He kissed my knuckles gently. I pulled away from him and looked into his eyes.
"Its not like that. I am just not sure about myself. Everyone thinks that i am a mature, strong, confident and independent girl. I am not but i act like one. I had to be mature, strong and confident girl because i don't have anyone to take care of me. And yes i am an independent women because i don't have anyone depend on. I don't think i am perfect match for you. But still my heart wants you. I need you. I want to follow my heart" i said taking a deep sigh. He cupped my face.
"Now you have me in your life. I will take care of my Aashu from now onwards. In front of me, you don't have to be pretend like a strong, confident, mature and independent girl. Just be yourself. Now i am with you. You can depend on me, you can act childishly, you can cry your heart content. Because i won't judge you like others do. Trust me Aashu, no one can be perfect for me except you. My heart…Its only for one person and that is you… only you. I am your man and only yours. Only you have rights on me. Just follow your heart's lead. If you take one step towards me, then i will take ten steps towards you. Don't let your mind manipulate your heart" he said with a smile. I smiled at him.
"I love you" i said shyly looking down. He didn't said anything. Then i looked at him hesitantly. He is looking at me with a smile.
"Say again with my name" he said joining our foreheads.
"I love you, Dev" i said again but now looking into his eyes. His eyes filled with unshed tears and he hugged me tightly. I too hugged him, wounding my arms around his waist, resting my head on his chest. I heard his rhythmic heart beat and closed my eyes in content. We stayed like this for god knows how long.
"You should sleep" he said. I just hummed in response. He then gently carried me in his arms and took me to his room. He placed me gently on the bed while tucking me inside the comforter. Then he also joined me on the bed taking me in his arms. We both sighed in content. I placed my hand on his chest feeling his heart beat. He took my hand in his and kissed my palm continuously. I giggled feeling his rough beard. He chuckled looking at me and kissed my forehead lovingly. I closed my eyes in his arms.
Dev Malhotra's Pov
I fluttered my eyes open when the morning rays fell on my face directly. I forgot to close the curtains last night. I hide my face from the brightness with my hand. Then i turned my face away. My breath hitched when i saw the beautiful sight of my angel who is snuggling close to me. My heart filled with warmness seeing her angelic face first in the morning. She is hugging my waist. Her black silky hair is hiding her face from me. I tucked her hair behind her ears to get a sight of my Aashu's beautiful face.
I smiled seeing her sleeping face. She looks so innocent like a child when she is sleeping. She has a faint smile on her face. I looked at the time on my phone. I eyes went wide when i saw the time. Its 8.30 am. I never slept this late. I am a morning person. All thanks to this madame. I smiled looking at Aashu. Suddenly my phone vibrated. I looked at the caller id. Its Neha. Then only i remembered that i have to drop Aashu to her place. I felt disappointed. I should have asked her to marry me instead of asking her to be my girlfriend. I want to take her in my arms every night. I want to see her angelic face everyday in the morning. I am becoming very possessive all thanks to this sleeping beauty. With a smile i kissed her on her forehead.
"Aashu wake up" i called her gently while stroking her hair. She hummed in sleep.
"Aashu my sweetheart wake up" i again called her. She stirred then opened her eyes. She rubbed her eyes to clear the sleep away from her eyes with the back of her hand. Then her eyes met mine. At first she looked confused then her eyes went wide. She got up from the bed with a gasp. I too got up from the bed with a chuckle.
"Good morning my sweet Aashu" i said punching her nose. She scrunched her nose. I chuckled again seeing her sleepy face. She bite her lips looking here and there.
"Go.. Good morning" she stuttered shyly.
"Okay go and wash up. After having breakfast i will drop you at your place" i said placing my hand on her cheeks. She nodded her head with a blush and went towards the washroom. Then i informed Neha that i will drop Aashu soon. I went to the guest room to take a shower. After taking a shower i put on my grey suit and went to prepare breakfast for Aashu. I was preparing Poha thats when Aashu came to the kitchen.
"Just a minute. The breakfast will be ready in a few minutes" i said with a smile. She too smiled at me. A beautiful bright smile taking my breath away. Then her phone started to ring. She looked at her phone and frowned then attended the phone call.
"Hello" she said. But i don't know what the person in the side said her face turned pale. Then she cut the call immediately. I frowned at her pale face.
"What happened?" i asked her.
"Huh? No.. Nothing. A wrong call" she said with a smile. I nodded my head slightly with a frown. Soon we both arranged the dinning table and we both sat beside each other. Aashu placed two plates on the table. I shook my head and put away my plate away. She looked at me confused.
"One plate is enough" i said.
"One plate is enough?" she asked me. I nodded my head.
"You don't need to use your hand to eat food when i am with you" i said while serving the Poha on the plate and started to feed her with spoon. Her cheeks turned crimson red. Then she also took a spoon and scooped a spoon full of poha. I frowned at her. But i smiled when she put the spoon in front of my lips. I ate from her hand with a smile.
"I forgot to ask about the meeting which you planned to attend in London" she asked me.
"Dad took care of that. Don't worry" i said wiping her lips with my thump.
"How you…hmmm did the arrangements in the park?" she asked me looking here and there.
"I asked Ramesh and Daniel to do the arrangements while ordering them through the vedio call when you were taking rest here" i said.
"Oh" she said biting her lips. We finished our breakfast like this. I helped her to do the dishes. We both had that never ending smile on our face. Then we both left my penthouse.
"Is everything okay?" i asked her once i stopped the car in front of her apartment, remembering her pale face when she attended the call.
"Yeah" she said while removing the seat belt. I grabbed her wrist pulling her towards me. She gasped at my sudden move.
"What are you..doing?" she asked while blushing. I placed a soft kiss on her knuckles. Then i took a paper bag from the back seat and handed it to her.
"Wear it for the party" i said kissing her forehead and cheeks. She nodded at me and turned to leave. But again i pulled her towards me.
"What?" she asked me with a chuckle.
"Are you going to leave me like this? No kiss?" i asked. Her eyes went wide then she shook her head in no.
"Aashu, i will have to wait to see you till evening. So you have to give me a kiss. If you don't then i won't leave you" i said with a smirk.
"Please leave me. Neha must be waiting for me" she pleaded me. But i shook my head in no. She sighed at me. She came close to me and gave a slight peck on my cheeks. I froze on my seat feeling her soft warm lips on my cheek. She giggled and ran away from the car. Just her this small peck can make me go insane then what will happen when i will kiss and suck her plum lips. I shuddered at the thought and started my car with a smile.
