Kathir got up. The dream made him very uneasy. It was already morning. His heads hurt because of the dream.
Kathir : ufff.. Idhu ena idhoda 5th time indha week la idhey kanavu varudhu. It's driving me crazy. Na amma kita idha pathi pesiye aaganum.
Kathir goes to his mother, Lakshmi amma who is waiting for him at the breakfast table
Kathir : Good morning, maa.
Lak amma : Good morning pa. Nala thoogniya?
Lak amma asked while caressing his head softly.
Kathir : Naa unga kita pesanum.I saw Appa in my dream again. Idhu indha week la eh 5th time ma. It is troubling me a lot. Avaru vandhu enkita kanavula manippu kekraru. Enaku onum purila. Na oru nala doctor ah paakanumnu thonudhu ma.

Ne romba potu kolapikadha pa seriya.
Kathir nodded his head and felt comfortable at her words. He had break fast thinking about her words.
Kathiravan Pandian's father, Mr. Pandian died of heart attack when he was only 5 years old. With his death, Kathir and his mother had to go through many hardships. Kathir and his mother were financially dependent on his father who remained abroad most of the time on business. After his death, their company is at the verge of bankcrupt and few of the fellow partners cheated money due to Pandian's death. When things were looking bleak, Kathir's uncle Mr.Arunachalam came to their aid. He overtook the company and also took care of Kathir and Lakshmi amma. He was very keen on Kathir's education and ensured that he completed it along with the Master's degree in London. Arunachalam didn't even got nmarried for Kathir's sake.
On completing his education, Kathir started to took over his business and eventually became one of the most respected billionaires in India. He and his mother lived in his huge mansion in Chennai. Even though he achieved a lot, the traumatic past always makes him week. He won't discuss this much with anybody.
This had made him very afraid of keeping anyone too close to him, as he felt that they would leave him. Even though he hardly saw his father, he really loved him. Whenever, Pandian was in town, he would take his entire family out to the cinemas and for dinners. He was also afraid of losing mom, his only family. All these events in life had made him really insecure.
However, since Kathir had achieved so much in such less amount of time he had also become very proud and egoistic. He wouldn't like to be disrespected in any manner.Lakshmi amma, was aware of this about Him. She prayed to God daily, asking for Kathir to become a better person.

Lak amma : Nenga enjoy panunga pa, Youngsters party la indha vayasanavaluku ena velai.
Kathir : Seri ma, Na party ah Saturday vechirken, because day off and Sunday also leave apothan Monday employees lam fresh ah vandhu work panuvanga.Work vishyathula na romba strict , seriya velai nadakalana tholachi katiduven.

Kathir just smiled at his mom and left for the office.
On the other hand, one of Kathir's employee, Mr. Murugan was confused. He knew the party was a big deal and wanted to look his best. He was the Financial head of KP corporate and industries. As one of the top employees of the company he had to look his best.

Then suddenly Mullai came running in the room. She is working as an Assistant HR at PS corporate. She is a beautiful girl full of life and enthusiasm

She picked out the black suit he was holding in his right hand.
Mullai: Idha potukonga pa. Nenga smart ah handsome ah irupeenga.
And she pinched his cheeks. Murugan laughed at his daughters antics.
Murugan : Thank you da thangama.
That time Parvathy came in listening to father, daughter banters.
Parvathy : Oh ho... Appa vu ponnum paasamazhai pozhinjitu irukeenga pola.
Mullai : Appa paarunga pa.. unga pondati epdi kindel pandraanga nu.

Mullai: Ahh.. kottuva kottuva.. na un thalaila kotren paru

Mullai : Appa paarunga pa..
Murugan: Shabaa.. ungla paatha amma ponnu mariya iruku.. epo paaru chinna pasanga madhiri sanda potukitu.
Mullai : Appa nanga amma ponnu vida.. we are always best friends.. Ila da Paaru kutty.
She went and hugged her mom.
Murugan : Seriyana kozhandhainga rendu perum.
Their banters continued with leg pullings and laughter. A happy family vibe.
Later it was Saturday at around 7pm, it was time for Murugan to leave for the party. Suddenly,
Murugan : Aiyo, En driving licence expiry aiduchey, na gavanikama viteney.. ini renewal panathana na car drive pana mudiyum. Na company bus la ponadhunala gavanikama vituten cha..
Parvathy: Ada.. edhuku ipo tension aagreenga.. nama Mullai than super ah drive panuvaley ava kita driving license um iruku avala unga kuda party ku kutitu ponga. Mulla ma.. Mulla..
Mullai : Solu Paaru kutty.
Parvathy: Ne appa kuda party ku poitu va d. Appa oda license expire aiduchu.
Mullai : But paaru kutty, Idhu appa voda office party, Na polama??
Murugan: Thangama adhu onum problem ila da.. neraya employees avanga kuda guests kutitu varuvanga.. neeyum vaa.. Now go and get ready.
Mullai: Seri paa.
Mullai is excited for the sudden change in the plans. She hurriedly went to her room and picked out her best dress to wear. She selected a beautiful blue anarkali churidar she had bought just recently. She got ready in half hour and was ready to go.
Murugan : Okay Parvathy, Nanga poitu varom
Parvathy: Seringa.. mullai ah paathukonga. Paathu bathrama poitu vaanga.
Mullai and Murugan left their house. Mullai started the car and they left. After getting stuck in traffic and so for about 45 mins to 1 hr, they reached. Mullai parked the car and they headed towards the party hall.
Mullai : Party endha floor pa?
Murugan : 3rd floor thangama.
Mullai : Polam pa.
