Ever since Chifuyu informed you and Baji about the sudden attack that Kisaki and other Toman members are most likely planning on the two of you, you haven't been able to stop thinking about it. You keep wondering when they might do it, and try your best to look out for yourselves and Baji. Everytime you or Baji step outside, you are to give Baji a call and vice versa.
It has now been 2 days since that night. You get out of your house in the evening and make sure to call Baji. You talk to him for a few minutes and let him know where you're going just in case.
"I'm heading to the local bar for a few drinks. I'll remember to bring some ramen for you on the way.", you tell Baji on the phone.
"You sure it's a good idea, Y/N? You got the gun on you, right?", Baji asks you, sounding anxious.
"Always, don't worry about it. Besides, we did beat up the owner of that bar once, didn't we?"
"Eh? We did? Oh yeah right, we did! Well then...I guess you're good to go. But promise me Y/N, you'll stay careful. Please."
"I promise, Baji. But you have to promise me that too. You won't do anything stupid unless you call me and I'm there, okay?"
"Ugh, fine mom. I promise to call you first before I decide to do something stupid. Bye now, cutie."
Baji ends the call after that, leaving you surprised at the comment he just made. It's not the first time he called you by a nickname but he said it so lovingly that it made you speechless.
"Cutie? That was so...unexpected.", you think to yourself with a flattering smile on your face.
You remember the kiss from that night that you can't get your mind off of. You get butterflies in your stomach just thinking about it. "I wish it had lasted forever.", you say looking up at the dark sky.
You start making your way to the local bar. While you're on your way, you get a text from Chifuyu. You open the text and it says:

I saw Mikey-kun, Draken-kun and a few others leave a while ago, altogether!
You
Wait, are you sure?! Did they tell you anything?
Chifuyu
Yes, they asked me if I know where you and Baji-san are right now. I told them I didn't know

F*** so they made up their mind then?
Chifuyu
Maybe! But where are the two of you even?!
You
I was heading to a bar for some drinks but looks like I wouldn't be doing that after all. Baji's not with me either!
Chifuyu
What do you mean? Where is he then?!
You
I'm sorry Chifuyu, but I'll have to go now!
You put your phone inside your pocket after sending the last text to go and look for Baji. You start to feel it vibrating right away. "Must be Chifuyu calling...what do I tell him?", you think to yourself. You check to see if it's him calling, but it's not.
It is Mikey.
