On the way to our next gym battle. We had a little break and a had a battle, during that Ash swadloon evolved into leavanny. But then we had to deal with a bunch Durant. The next trip took us to helping us save a tirtouga from team rocket, which evolved into a carracosta. But eventually we stopped them from using the time gate, the gate connecting the ancient past and present. Now closer to the gym, they decided to stay at a battle club.
Grim: this will be great
Ash: yep then on to our next gym
But then they hear noise and run to the action.They crowd surrounded a double battle. The trainer shamus and his Pokémon were known as the fire warriors. They combined they fire attacks to unleashed a massive attack getting them a landslide victory.
Ash: that's one tough team
Pikachu: pika
Gligar: gli
Grim: you can say that again.
Later, they walk down one of the halls, thinking how impressive shamus and his fire warriors were. Their double battle was great. But when they turn the corner they saw shamus taking to the trainer he fought, but it really a deal they made that he'd give shamus his Pokémon if he lost. This enrage iris as she runs over and defends the kid. Before things could escalate Don George arrived to complement, he then leaves as does shamus. The trainer tells us he didn't want to battle. Shamus wanted to get Pokémon with potential. That to which annoyed ash and grim. Later all the Pokémon at and they were hungry.
Grim: hey there's more for everybody
Cilan: indeed
But then tepig and Darumaka noticed shamus. They look at him for a bit before remembering something. They smile and run to him.
Shamus: what's your problem.
Ash and grim them notice and walk over.
Ash: that's my tepig sorry
Grim: and my Darumaka.
Shamus: oh it's you
Ash: hey come here tepig
Grim: you darumaka
But both Pokémon were to founded of shamus. Holding onto his leg. But then they remembered they were abandoned by their original trainer, who would've thought it was the same trainer.
Grim: so that's what happens to tepig
Ash: could that be the guy
Iris got enrage and storm towards him, they ask him and he admits it. He tells us why and it annoys them telling him to apologize. But he doesn't and throws them at grim and ash. Before it could escalate Cilan says it's judgement time. Putting on a judge costume, even a wig. As the judgment time court happen. Ash and Grim retells how they got Darumaka tepig, how tepig was tied to a pole and left by his trainer. Shamus says he left him for his own good, saying forcing a weak Pokémon into battle would be cruel. The arguements went back to back but it didn't make shamus confess. But the trail
Cilan: to be guilty or not guilty, that is the question
But out of nowhere don George appear having a light over him
Grim: I forgot this is imaginary.
Gligar nods his head.
Don: well since this is a battle club, why don't we decide this matter with a battle. Make sense to me
Then scene returns to normal.
Shamus: sure if it's a double battle I accept. That is if you think your Unevolved tepig and Darumaka can possibly defeat my awesome fire warriors.
Ash: you bet we can win
Grim: and let's make it a trio battle
Shamus: sure but your living in a dream.
Ash: and when we win you'll have to apologize to tepig and Darumaka
Tepig: te tepig
Darumaka: Darumaka
Ash: don't worry you'll do great.
Snivy then runs up to them. Wanting to battle. Then they remembered she was abandoned by her trainer. She joins the team as shamus says it will be his fire warriors. Tomorrow after a lot of training, they face shamus as don explained the rules.
Don: alright begin
Ash: tepig snivy, I choose you
Grim: Darumaka get ready to rumble
The Pokémon appeared on the field, but both fire types were nervous. Then shamus brought out his. They landed as it was emboar, heatmor, and Volcarona.
Ash: snivy use lead storm on emboar.
Snivy: snivy
Snivy fires lead storm, but emboar just swings it away.
Ash: tepig use flamethrower on heatmor
Grim: Darumaka use flamethrower too but on Volcarona. They prepare to fire but they look at shamus and couldn't do it.
Shamus: now emboar hammer arm. Volcarona use acrobatics.
The attacks hit tepig and Darumaka as they fall back. Cilan realized that there battle spirit is gone. They just couldn't forget about him. But then shamus laughs, he said that he acts sad when he abandons his Pokémon, he completely admitting leaving tepig and Darumaka shocking the two. They fall tot eh ground losing their spirit to move. This enrage ash and grim while the fire types were sad. Snivy had to battle.snivy used attract on emboar it hits as she follows up with vine whip. But then heatmor used fury swipes on emboar, snapping him out.
Shamus: now emboar flamethrower, heatmor fire spin, Volcarona overheat. Go.
They fire the attacks. Snivy dodged the attack but tepig and Darumaka got hit. Sliding back daramged. They didn't stop as they attacked snivy. Heatmor used fury swipes , Volcarona with gust and emboar used heat crash flattening snivy, he gets up walking away, shocking everyone. Snivy slowly gets up bit giving up, amazing the fire types.
Ash: you can do it tepig
Grim: you too Darumaka
Ash: now you guys know just how snivy feels.
They look at snivy as she was. Then they get their spirit back and battled. They attacked with flame charge and gyro ball. They charged as they hit the Three. But it did little as they countered. Emboar charged with flare blush as heatmor and Volcarona boost the attack with fire spin and fire blast. The super charge attack was gonna hot tepig and Darumaka but snivy throws them out of the way as she takes the hit. It was a massive explosion as snivy slides out fainted.
Don: snivy is no longer able to continue
Ash then runs and picks up snivy.
Ash: snivy you we're great, why don't you take a good long rest.
Snivy: snivy
Ash: you want to stay and watch tepig and Darumaka battle
She nods as she looks at the two. Everyone were rooting for the two. The were shocked but then glares battle ready breathing fire. They roar into the sky.
Ash: alright let's do this
Grim: let's do them the true power of battling.
But then
The two had evolved, into pignite and darmanitan. They were amazed and brought out their Pokédex.
Ash: awesome and pignite even learned a new move
Grim: same for darmanitan.
Shamus was shocked but it didn't stop him. As they faced each other pignite shows hit new move, Fire pledge, a barrage of pillars heads to the three and surrounding them until they engulf in a larger one shocking everyone. Damaging them badly. Then as pignite finishing things with flame charge darmanitan uses his new move hammer arm, slingshotting pignite into the three. A mass explosion happen and the three were defeated. They victory was ours as the cheered and hug. Cilan now knows who was right. Shamus return his Pokémon and walk over. He acts nice and apologized to pignite and darmanitan.
Shamus: sorry pignite, you too darmanitan, I was totally wrong when I said you had no talent and I hope you can forgive me. He I know, since you haven't been able to forget me all this time, why don't you come back to the team. It'll be great give up this loser trainers and come with me we'll reach the top with the new fire warriors. What do you say
He extends a hand pignite smiles as darmanitan scratch his chin, then smiling. But it was only a trick to fire a flamethrower at bud face. They walk to their trainers stating their point. Shamus grows and runs off.
Ash: pignite let's stay together for the long haul
Grim: you too darmanitan
Darmanitan: darmanitan
Pignite: pignite
It was the confidents of a dedicated trainer like ash and grim, that allowed tepig and Darumaka to evolve into pignite and darmanitan, strengthening the connection between Pokémon and trainers. Now they continue there journey, to ash and grims next gym battle, as the journey continues.
