Seeing as I have a 10 lbs cat on my stomach sleeping casually not wanting to disturb it, I thought: "Oh, I didn't know my bladder could hold still for two hours!"
Another day of the weekend.
Ah, the peace and quiet life of 1-A resumed while at Y/n's room petting the cats that added up to seventeen little devils.
Most of the time, they go there to relax their minds and recharge by the power of cuteness. But one cat in particular was the hardest to approach.
This cat with pure black silky fur was a beauty. It's blue eyes watched the other cats blankly as he sat on top of the highest cat tree, sitting there while his tail made a slow swaying motion.
The cat's name was king. Named by Y/n respectively as he seemed to make any and all cats submit to him in defeat whenever there was an argument between cats. Usually, they were territorial creatures, so staying in one room can cause chaos. However, King, the ruler of this room is the god of peace and equity in this small castle.
He never liked acting cute in front of humans, except his beautiful human mother: Y/n. She is the real queen of this kingdom and when she is here, King is nothing but a tamed spoiled little prince.
King had been here as the twelfth cat to be sheltered. He is an intelligent cat who can control his fellow cats to behave as he did not want to make his mom feel troubled.
The proud cat, living up to his name had maintained the glory of being the ruler. Blinking twice, he saw some human eyes looking at him and realized the curious gazes of his mother's lowly human acquaintances called 'classmates'.
"How come this black cat always stay here like this?" Kirishima asked while carrying the mixed coloured orange, black and white kitten in hand.
King huffed and looked away.
"Woah, the attitude!" Mina added surprised.
Kaminari saw this and laughed. "Don't bother. That cat only likes his mom. He scratches people who touches him." He replied.
"Mom?" The curious redhead raised an eyebrow.
"Who else, Y/n, of course!"
"Where's Y/n?" Realizing the room owner gone, Midoriya suddenly asked.
"She said she's going to purchase some more litter box and cat tree." Momo recalled the young Ackerman mentioning it.
"Mom..." Asui suddenly hummed. "If so, then the one who can tame that black cat is the dad, right?"
Upon this shocking questions, the boys' heads perked up all at the same time. Their eyes suddenly brimming with enthusiasm into trying to appease King.
King's blue eyes stared back with a blank look. 'Meow~' his voice trailed before looking out the window as if he just called them 'idiots, leave me alone'.
Seeing this challenge, they began to compete for King's attention and win the title to be called his cat dad. Which means being technically a parent whose partnered up with Y/n.
All they need was King's approval!
And preparing his holy eye drops, Aizawa was in for a pack of second hand embarrassment that will come from his students.
"Blackie~ let's play!"
"Blackie, blackie, I have some treats!"
"Blackie--"
Blackie my ass!
If the cat could talk, he might've cursed this try hard humans! How dare they call him blackie? Is he a dog? His name is King! Don't even think about being a dad if you don't even know your son's name!
The cat nagged in his mind. The smart and intelligent King is not an ordinary cat who they can fool.
No matter how much they called him, he ignored their calls. They don't deserve his little mercy!
Still looking out the window, he was suddenly picked up. The black cat's eyes sharpened as he smelt the stranger's scent and fought.
"Meow!!!" He shrieked and struggled, scratching whoever that evildoer is. Don't casually touch my majestic fur! Mom brushed it for eighty five meownites! Learn you place human!
He kept meowing until he jumped off the one who touched him and angrily went back to his throne to lick off the smell.
"He's really mean." Kaminari complained.
"That's why you shouldn't provoke it, dunce face." Bakugo insulted as he glared at the black cat intently.
King felt it and glared back hissing at the human that emits a pomeranian aura. You're a dog! Stay away!
Is what he mentally hissed towards him.
Bakugo, of course did not understand. Frowning at the creature.
"Cold soba." Shoto suddenly offered him his favourite food.
King and him stared at one another. His blue eyes stared towards the blank look the bicolored haired male. What is this? Junk?
If he has brows, he must have been frowning at the human right now.
After browsing through the internet, Iida grabbed a toy mouse and placed it in front of the superior cat's tree.
King looked at it, his paw slowly reached out to the toy while the group anticipated him to play it. However, with his front paw, he pushed the item away and let it fall from his tree. The cat smugly meowed. Is that the best you can do?!
Koda, the animal whisperer in the class, sweatdropped as he listened to this cat's words. He didn't want to say how many times they have been insulted by the King of these feline. He stepped back, not wanting to associate himself to the game of "who's your daddy".
Momo tried offering a soft cat bed but was rejected with a hiss as well.
Asui also forfeited, not exactly knowing how the cat reacts.
Then they tried to call it in every cat call they could think of, such as:

Mimimimimimi
Tsktsktsktsktsk
Tutututuutu
Puspuspus
(Hand signs)
Blackie~
Baby~
Honey~
Darling~
Kitty~
And more.
No luck came across the group of competitors. They offered his wetfoods, dry foods, different flavours of foods only to be given away to the other cats because King did not want it.
The dejected students gave up.
No one can tame King. He is the superior specie of cat! He is the king of this room.
Sitting down on the floor to pet other cats while glancing at King's indifference, the dorm room suddenly opened.
King's eyes rose up upon hearing the door and turned his head to the new comer human.
It was Shinso who was granted permission to enter Y/n's cat haven. All eyes darted to him as he carried the newly brought disassembled cat tree and a few bags of catfood.
Immediately, King approached the indigo haired human and rubbed his body to Shinso's legs.
"Hey, King." He greeted the cat.
The class were shocked and watched the arrogant cat being sweet to him. Purring and rubbing himself.
The teen chuckled. "Wait a moment, I'll fix the cat tree first before I give it to you." He said.
King meowed sweetly.
Why him?! The class simultaneously asked. I gave everything to you, my dignity included cat! Why?!
What do you want from him that we don't have?!
The hearts of 1-A complained while watching King and Shinso bonding like father and cat son.
When Shinso sat on the floor, King immediately sat on his lap. The boy gave him a few scratches but soon unboxed the item and focused on assembling the cat tree. Once he was done, King jumped off his lap and meowed again, pestering Shinso repeatedly.
"Okay, okay." The boy smiled and took the box that previously contained the cat tree, offering it in front of King.
The black cat paused. His eyes darted to the humans of 1-A with a smug look before jumping inside the box with a satisfied cat look. See this humans? This is the real deal. This is a real offering!
Although they didn't hear him, it felt like they understood what King was telling them.
"So I guess, Shinso won?" Mina dejectedly sighed.
Hearing that, the indigo haired male of class 1-C turned to the majority of 1-A who looked defeated. "What?" Although they weren't in the same class, Shinso somehow didn't find any argument with them whenever he was in this room.
Y/n's rule: no fighting.
"You only won today. But not in the future." Mineta chewed with envy.
"Huh?" The confused winner frowned, not understanding what he won.
"You're a cat dad." Aizawa, who has been watching how his students make a fool of themselves in front of King earlier, announced the winner with this title.
Shinso blinked twice still utterly confused.
"You're the cat dad. Y/n is the cat mom." Aizawa clarified, taking a sip on his juice.
Because of this, Shinso's entire being blanked out for a few seconds before his face exploded red. "W-w-what?!" His voice trembled, not knowing whether to enjoy that title or think that Aizawa was joking.
"Congratulations." Aizawa flatly said before going back to sleep with the cats.
Y/n, who was at the door, laughed. She was actually following behind Shinso but stopped at the doorway to see how her classmates were doing. But then heard this announcement from their teacher, making her amused.
"Well, he is really a cat dad. Because of him, I learned to love cats." She admitted.
Shinso turned even more red and hid his face by looking away.
Her classmates looked at her with disbelief.
The betrayal!
