oof. can't believe i've finally completed this chaotic mess of a novel. like, oh em gee. i've sometimes thought i'd never make it.
overall thoughts, anyone?
so, no one cares but. . .
i've officially started writing "freefall" in the summer of 2020* (although the idea of it was born waaaay before), my first chapters being published on this site in October of that same year.
right now, it's October 2021, and —after months of actual hard work, a multiplicity of author's blocks, a long-ass pause that i took in between (due to personal matters and conflicted thoughts about whether or not this book is worth continuing), many mental breakdowns and excessive sleep deprivation— my baby is officially complete!
okay, it probably needs quite an amount of editing, not gonna lie, but let's just ignore this factor for now hehe.
now, if you haven't fallen asleep yet, here comes the more serious part. what i really wanted to say in this note is THANK YOU. from the very very bottom of my dark little heart.
my immense gratitude is directed personally at you, yes you, the beautiful person reading this right now. you just can't imagine how much your being here means to me.
i've never met you, but if you've ever voted, commented, added this story to your reading list, shared or simply just tapped on it in the first place, let me just tell you, YOU ARE MY FAVORITE HUMAN BEING ON EARTH! i really hope you've enjoyed reading the story of audrey, cameron and the little imaginary world i've created for them.
this book holds a special place in my heart and, as i said, if you've joined me in this little ride — i'm so happy and thankful. cause it means the world to me :)

* as i said, the first chapter of this book was published in autumn 2020, but for some reason on Wattpad it appears as another date, waaay before. my theory is that when i'd just joined Wattpad in 2018, i'd decided to try publishing a story, just to see what happens when it's done and then unpublished it. i guess when i started writing 'freefall', i used that same story i'd already published and unpublished.
if that even makes sense.
yup. so the kinda confused mess i've ended this book up in, pretty much describes me as a person lmao. k bye :)
