"Hi its nice to see you again mr Cicero! Aka my soon to be father in law! Or well. My deceased father in law!" You said with a giggle
Jerome had the brightest smile on his face when you saw you say that
Jerome put the man in the seat

You looked around on the counter and saw duct tape
You handed him the duct tape and he taped him to the chair and put tape around his mouth.
You looked back on the table and saw letters to jim. 'So thats why, paul here has been talking about us' you said shaking your head
Jerome sat in a chair across from him holding a knife.
"So how you doin?' Ah silent treatment ay? Here ill tell you a story." Jerome said looking over thinking
You sat on a counter watching
"Oh, you remember Kansas city dad? Circus went through town, every spring" jerome went on
You knew what this story was about. You hated that time.
"-right around my birthday. And there was this guy, him and my mom used to drink and fornicated then beat the crap out of me, theyd make a whole night out of it" jerome said
Your eyes was becoming teary because you was there after that happened, and you couldnt do nothing about it.
"And i remember one time," jerome said standing up
You wiped your tears that was slowly coming out your eyes

"You see, someone does care for me. And thats (y/n). She was always there to help me after mother beat me up. Even if she was in a worse condition from her father. Oh and theres this guy dad, he believes in me as well. He thinks im gonna be a star! Although my biggest supporter will always be you (y/n)" jerome said smiling at you
You smiled
"And then tonight, all of gotham will see that too. Excpet for you." Said jerome
"Wait baby whats happening tonight? You didnt tell me" you asked with a serious face

Jerome took the tape off his mouth.
"Jerome," paul spoke
"Is this the part where you say how sorry you are? Hmm? Newsflash! Dad its too late." Jerome said
"You dont have to do this" his dad said
"No, pretty sure i do." Said jerome
"I was a bad father but i did love you. To kill me for that" and with that said jerome burst out with laughter
"Who said why im gonna kill you? " jerome said walking to the table with papers
"Plans starting from the asylum, and look at these"
Jerome said holding letters
You laughed at his comment
"Oh, letters between you and your troubled son and messages in Braille discussing my, our escape!" Jerome throwing his arms in the air
Jerome threw the papers
"Finally, the knockout gas, you see dad. This guy i was telling you about, hes the one who broke me and her out, he doesnt want anyone to know about that. Obviously, so. The police is gonna find these letters and think, the blind old fool really loved his son. What a wonderful father, there wont be a dry eye in the house." Jerome said
"They will never believe it" he said
"Oh im sure they will, cops are dumb" you interrupted
"Now j can we wrap this up?" You asked
"Sorry youre gonna miss my big night dad" jerome said
"So, youre physic, do i kill?" Jerome asked
"You, you and your girlfriend, will be a curse to gotham, children will wake to screaming at the thought of you two, your legacy, will be death. And madness" paul said
Jerome got closer with a slow laugh
"Well, say hi to mom for me!" Jerome said
"And my daddy! If you see him. Bye bye pops!" You said
Jerome was getting ready to stab him till you heard knocking. Jerome covered his mouth
"Gcpd!" Jim said on the other side of the door
They knocked again
You watched as jerome quickly stabbed his father in the eye
Paul screamed
You and jerome quickly exited out the window and hopped in another window
You heard jim bust down the door
"You have the gas right?" Jerome asked
"Yeah ill throw it down the hall then meet you at the car" you said
You looked to see if they both entered the room then threw the gas. You went out the fire escape and got inside the car.
About 10 minutes pass and you see jerome come out, he got in the car
"So, whats exactly happening tonight love?" You asked
Jerome started the car and began to drive
"Well, theres this charity thing. And theo wants me to kill the mayor. Then he'll come out looking like a hero. Act like he stops me blah blah" jerome spoke
You felt weird about this plan
"You sure you wanna go through this? I just dont wanna loose you gingy." You said placing a kiss on his cheek
"Of course, dont you believe in me?" He asked
"I do." You said
