The blaring ring of the alarm clock made Taesan's eyes shoot open, as she sat up immediately from her bed. Clutching onto the bedsheets, Taesan's gulped loudly. Her hands were sweaty and a twisting knot formed in the pit of her stomach as she glanced at the clock.
Two months had passed by in a blink of an eye. On December 22nd, today was the day, Taesan was finally becoming a Kim. Today she would finally be walking down the aisle.
All the stress of planning and all the hiccups felt like one big blur to Taesan. The day she had been dreaming of since meeting Tae had finally arrived.
Ashlyn:"Knock knock!!"
Bursting through the hotel doors, Ashlyn squealed excitedly as she made her way over to Taesan while she softly rubbed her small baby bump that was finally forming.
Ashlyn:"Someone's getting married today!!"
Taesan couldn't help but chuckle at Ashlyn's enthusiasm. Stretching her arms in the air Taesan got herself out bed, while her excited maid of honour drew the curtains open.
Ashlyn:"Okay missy we got a big day ahead of us today! We got hair and make up on their way! Vogue is sending over the videographer to film you getting ready! All bridesmaids need to get up and get ready, I want no slack today!"
Taesan:"Yes ma'am."
Taesan giggles, watching Ashlyn's seriousness as she salutes her. As she laughed, Ashlyn momentarily paused and placed her hand on her chest and took a deep breath as she winced.
Taesan:"You okay?"
Ashlyn:"Yeah, this baby just loves giving my heart burn."
Taesan smiles as she softly rubs Ashlyn's shoulder.
Taesan:"Well make sure you take it easy."
Ashlyn:"Take it easy? It's your wedding! Now go have breakfast while I go wake everyone up. Come on move your butt!"
Taesan laughed and threw her head back while Ashlyn placed her hands on her shoulders and pushed her out the room.

With breakfast being eaten, the day was off to a busy start. Countless designers and dress fitters filled the hotel rooms; getting the bridesmaids and groomsmen ready.
Cam:"Um, okay Ash you're gonna have to breath in."
Standing behind Ashlyn, Cam and a dress fitter were trying to zip up her bridesmaids dress. But the added weight from her pregnancy was making things slightly harder.
Ashlyn:"Of all things to happen I swear to god."
Cam:"Hey hey hey don't cry, it's gonna be fine."
Janet:"Yeah don't panic mami."
Fanning her eyes, Ashlyn had already began to panic cry. In the midst of her panic, Jungkook stepped into the hotel room, wearing a well fitted tuxedo with a crisp pressed black shirt and a stunning white carnation pinned to his chest.
Jungkook:"Everyone good? What's the commotion?"
Ashlyn:"Babe my dress won't fit."
Patting underneath her eyes, Ashlyn desperately tried not to cry and ruin her freshly done makeup. Not wanting to see his girlfriend burst into tears, Jungkook made his way over to her, frowning with focus as he managed to zip up the dress.
Ashlyn:"Oh my god! Babe thank you!"
As Ashlyn wrapped her arms around Jungkook softly chuckled when she placed a kiss on his cheek.
Jungkook:"You lot were panicking for no reason, the zip was just stuck."
Cam:"Well that's a relief, you can stop crying now Ash."
Cam shook her head while the dress fitter sighed, while Ashlyn chuckled and let Jungkook wipe her tears.
Jungkook:"Where's T?"
Ashlyn:"She's getting her hair and makeup done. Babe you've got the rings right?"
With wide eyes, Jungkook looked down, while the entire room fell completely silent and stared at him.
Ashlyn:"Jungkook Jeon-Marant."
Jungkook:"I-I thought you had them."
Jungkook gulps as the facial expression on Ashlyn's face turned to nothing but pure and utter rage.
Ashlyn:"WHY WOULD I HAVE THEM!!"
Jungkook flinched and quickly threw his hands up in defence, while Cam and Janet looked at him with the shaking of their heads.
Jungkook:"Uh, I know I left them around here somewhere. D-Don't you stress baby, you look beautiful."
And just like that, Jungkook had immediately rushed out the room in a hurry; leaving his girlfriend to roll her eyes and shake her head.
Ashlyn:"He had one job, just one!"
Cam and Janet laughed at Ashlyn's outburst while the bridesmaids continued to get ready.

Sat in a chair, facing the large vanity mirror, Taesan peacefully sat; letting the makeup artists rush around her as they got her ready.
Her hair was pined up to hold her curls in place, while she wore a fluffy white robe, and kept her eyes shut as the makeup artist applied soft blush to her cheeks. As the videographer moved around the room, filming Taesan get ready, a soft knock was heard on the hotel door.
Taesan:"Come in."
The door was pushed open, and with a wide smile, Taesan's mother, Shirley stepped into the room.
Shirley:"Look at you."
Taesan shyly smiled as her mother stepped into the room and smiled proudly at her.
Shirley:"I'm so proud of you, look at you getting married!"
Taesan giggled as she glanced at herself in the mirror.
Taesan:"I know it's crazy."
Shirley:"You nervous?"
As the makeup artist worked on her, Taesan softly nodded.
Taesan:"Super nervous. I feel like I've been waiting for this day for so long and now it's finally here, it's crazy. But I'm just ready to walk down the aisle and marry him."
Shirley smiled, softly placing her hands on her daughters shoulders in reassurance.
Shirley:"Today's your big day sweetie, it's gonna be perfect and all that matters is you and Tae. I can't tell you how proud I am of you."
Taesan:"Mum don't cry, you'll make me cry."
"Non non non! No crying, you will ruin zee masterpiece!"
Both Taesan and Shirley giggled as the makeup artist snapped, displaying his heavy french accent as he continued to work on Taesan.

Still looking around for the wedding rings, Jungkook entered Tae's hotel room, where he stood, adjusting his cufflinks before turning around to a frantic Jungkook.
Taehyung:"Looking for this?"
From his pockets, Tae chuckled and pulled out the velvet box, containing the rings; making Jungkook throw his head back and sigh loudly.
Jungkook:"Yo Ash would have killed me i swear."
Taehyung:"You left them on the reception counter."
Jungkook:"This stays between us, don't let Ash know, she's on one today and I'll be her first victim."
Tae laughs as he hands Jungkook the box and takes a seat on the sofa. Jungkook seemed to notice something had been bothering Tae.
Jungkook:"You good bro?"
Patting his shoulder, Jungkook took a seat next to Tae and watched him let out a sigh.
Taehyung:"Yeah...I'm just..."
Jungkook:"You're not getting cold feet right?"
Taehyung:"No nothing like that. Believe me I want to do this more than anything. It's just, I thought I could push aside my parents not being here. But it's getting to me. This is my big day and I'd give anything to see them gets. I just hate that...they don't want to be here."
Jungkook looks down, hating the fact that this was weighing so heavy on his friends heart. But nevertheless, he wrapped his arm around his shoulder.
Jungkook:"I know it must hurt a lot. They're your parents, anyone would want their parents there to see them get married. I know there's not much I can say, but my best advice is, today isn't about them, and I know it's hard not to think about them. But focus your energy on the fact that in a few hours, the love of your life will be walking down the aisle. Walking down that aisle because she loves you and she's down to be by your side no matter what. That's what's important bro."
Taking in Jungkook's words, Tae softly nods as he stares down at the ground. Although it hurt the thought of not having his parents here today, but Jungkook was right, today he couldn't sit and mope around, not when today was the day he dreamed of.
Taehyung:"Yeah today's about—"
Both Jungkook and Tae paused as they looked up towards the door after someone had knocked.
Taehyung:"Yeah come in!"
As the door slowly opened, Tae's eyes suddenly widened at the sight of his mother stepping into the room.
Taehyung:"Maman..."
Eleanore looked down and smiled softly meanwhile Jungkook looked at them both; deciding to give them some privacy.
Jungkook:"I'll leave you guys to it."
Jungkook stood up; making sure to take the rings with him as he left the room, leaving the two to talk.
The moment Jungkook left, Tae wasted no time, rushing towards his mother and hugging her tightly as tears filled both their eyes.
Taehyung:"I'm sorry for what I said to you. You're not a witch and I'm sorry that I—"
Eleanore:"It's okay shh. I understand that you were angry and I pushed you to that point. I'm very sorry."
Taehyung:"That's okay. I'm just glad you're here."
Letting tears fall from his eyes, Tae hugged his mother tightly as she softly rubbed his back. Missing her son dearly after months of not talking to one another. But deep down they both knew that their bond was too strong to ever be broken.
Taehyung:"I know you don't like Taesan, but I really love her maman, and I just want to marry her today and be happy. She makes me happy."
Eleanore:"I know Taehyung, I know. I can see that now. I do not have to love her, but she makes you happy and that's enough for me."
Tae smiled as his mother raised her hand to his cheek and softly wiped his tears.
Taehyung:"Thank you."
Eleanore:"I just want you to be happy my love. My protectiveness is not worth loosing you. So, make me proud today okay?"
As his mother straightened out his tux, Tae smiled as he nodded.
Taehyung:"I will. Is dad coming too?"
Eleanore:"I'm sorry Taehyung, you're father was very busy and he had to fly abroad for a business trip. But he sends his love."
Being used to his fathers busy schedule, Tae didn't let the news affect him too much.
Taehyung:"C'est pas grave."
Eleanore smiles softly as she gently rubbed her sons cheek.

As the dress fitters surrounded Taesan, helping her get into her wedding dress, Taesan stared at her self in the large full length mirror; taking in the fact that today she would no longer be Taesan Angel, but finally Taesan Kim.
Eleanore:"I must say you look stunning."
Startled by her voice, Taesan turned around as Eleanore stepped into the room. With the click of her fingers all the designers and fitters left the room, knowing immediately the power Eleanore Kim possessed.
With just her and Taesan left in the room, Eleanore slowly approached Taesan, who glanced at her nervously; not having seen the woman in months. Not since there awful lunch date.
Eleanore:"I know that I have not been the kindest to you. I know that I was very harsh and critical of you. For that I apologise Taesan."
Taesan's eyes widen, not expecting to ever hear an apology come from Eleanore.
Eleanore:"I wasn't fond of you. And I won't lie to you and say that you are suddenly my favourite person, you are not. But I now acknowledge the joy you bring to my son, and that is something that I am grateful for. I wanted to prepare you for being a Kim. It isn't easy, it's as glamorous as we make it, it's tough and it comes with dealing with a lot. If you are truly ready to take that on and marry my son. Then I am willing to be by your side. As long as you promise me one thing..."
Nervously Taesan nods as Eleanore looks at over at the engagement ring on Taesan's hand that she recognised all too well.
Eleanore:"Promise me that you'll never hurt him. He's everything to me. The only child I was able to carry and that's why I hold him so dear to my heart. He's the one pure thing I have in my life, a true reflection of my mothers kindness. So please, do not ever hurt him."
Looking into Eleanore teary eyes, Taesan's eyes teared up, seeing Eleanore, behind all the walls she put up, she was just a mother. A mother afraid of loosing her son and seeing him heartbroken.
Taesan:"I promise. I'll never hurt him."
Falling silent, Eleanore tried to blink sway her tears, but they kept rushing to her eyes. With that, she turned around, walking towards the door as Taesan called out to her.
Taesan:"Thank you. Thank you for coming today."
Eleanore didn't turn back to Taesan, but smiled softly as she silently exited the room and left Taesan stood alone. And as she faced the mirror once again, Taesan took a deep breath and raised her chin.
Taesan:"I'm ready to be a Kim."
- - ┈┈∘┈˃̶༒˂̶┈∘┈┈ - -
The hall was filled with hundreds of people. Fashion Designers, photographers, celebrities and family members, were completely mesmerised by the decor. Expensive circular chandeliers hung from the ceiling filling the entire space to look like twinkling stars above. Laid out were soft white flowers, to reinforce the beauty of a winter themed wedding.
Stood by the alter, Tae clasped his hands together as he took a deep breath and stared at the ground. His mother stared at him; seeing his nerves and as he momentarily looked up, the two made eye contact. Eleanore's soft reassuring smile, made Tae smile back and take another deep breath.
But his heart suddenly began to beat tremendously fast the moment the music began to play. Sat by the corner was a live orchestra band who were given the signal to start playing. A beautiful singer stood by the band, bringing her mic to her lips as she began to sing, while everyone looked back to see the bridal party finally walking down the aisle.
PLAY THE SONG ABOVE
First to walk down, is Janet, wearing her beautiful off the shoulder champagne dress, while her arm linked with one of the groomsmen who happened to be Tae's college friends from Paris. Following behind her is Cam also linking arms with one of Tae's friends, as does Taesan's older sister Talisa. Following behind are Ashlyn and Jungkook arms linked together as they walked down.
Tae smiled softly as they split apart, standing by the side of the alter as once again everyone's attention was turned back towards the entrance.
Standing there, mesmerising the crowed, Taesan stood linking her arm with her dad. Her dress was stunning to say the least. A tight fitted mermaid dress, designed with a beautiful lace fabric and a long trail. The front of the dress was a gorgeous corset type fit; off the shoulder with beautiful laced sleeves, and the back of the dress being backless.
The guests couldn't help but stare at how beautiful Taesan looked. Her hair fall beautifully down her shoulders with a deep side part and a waved style, and a long vail.
With each step she took towards the alter, her heart raced, her teary eyes slowly travelling up to the love of her life while he stared back at her in pure admiration. Everything in their lives seemed to come down to this heart stopping moment.
From their first interaction, by the mansion pool; Tae enjoying his toast with Taesan introducing herself. To their first kiss, on the sofa swing, expressing to one another their feelings for each other. Not to mention the first I love you's they shared; opening up to one another of just how deeply they had fallen for each other. Despite every obstacle, this moment was everything the two could have asked for.
Staring into Tae's eyes, Taesan couldn't hold back her tears. She found her one and never wanted to let him go. With tears in his own eyes, Tae softly smiled watching his stunning bride make his way towards him, drawing their hearts closer and closer to one another.
Finally Taesan reached the alter, letting her dad place her hand into Tae's as the two stared at each with love.
Taehyung:"You look beautiful."
Tae whispered softly to her as she smiled and whispered back.
Taesan:"Thank you."
Priest:"Today we are gathered to witness the Holy matrimony of Taehyung Kim and Taesan Angel. If for any reason, someone should have any objections as to why these two should not be married here today, speak now or forever hold your peace."
Jungkook poked his tongue into his cheek and threateningly looked at everyone, causing chuckles from everyone at his overprotectiveness. But with the silence from the guests, the priest took that as a sign to continue while Tae looked back at his mother and smiled gratefully as she did too.
Priest:"Marriage is the beginning, a life-long commitment. It also provides an opportunity to grow in selflessness. Marriage is more than a physical union; it is also a spiritual and emotional union. This union mirrors the one between God and His Church. When a man and woman get married, the two become one. Marriage is a bond like no other. It gives us a life partner, a teammate, as we move through the challenges of life together."
Both Tae and Taesan turned to one another, smiling fondly at the words of the priest while they stood hand in hand.
Priest:"Marriage is designed to mirror our Creator's unconditional love for us. It's a love that will always be there and will never leave us or forsake us. When a man and woman love one another unconditionally, contentment and joy follow. And with that, we move on to the vows. Could we have the rings?"
Jungkook stepped forward and handed the rings over to the priest, who took them and passes the first ring to Tae.
Priest:"Taehyung, if you could place the ring half way onto Taesan's finger and repeat after me."
Tae followed his instructions and looked up to stare lovingly into Taesan's eyes as she smiled.
Priest:"I, Taehyung Kim..."
Taehyung:"I, Taehyung Kim..."
Priest:"Take you, Taesan Angel, to be my lawfully wedded wife..."
Taehyung:"Take you, Taesan Angel, to be my lawfully wedded wife.."
Priest:"To have and to hold..."
Taehyung:"To have and to hold..."
Priest:"From this day forward, for better or for worst, for richer or for poorer, in sickness and in health..."
Taehyung:"From this day forward, for better or for worst, for richer or for poorer, in sickness and in health..."
Priest:"Till death do us part."
Taehyung:"Till death do is part."
Tae smiled as Taesan teared up; not once looking away from his gaze, as she too repeated her vows.
Taesan:"I, Taesan Angel, Take you, Taehyung Kim, to be my lawfully wedded Husband. To have and to hold....from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer....in sickness and in health....until death do us part."
Choking up at her own words, tears rolled down Taesan's cheeks, even some of the guest bringing tissues to their eyes as they watched on.
Priest:"Taehyung, do you promise to honour the vows you have made here today in the presence of the Son, The Father and The Holy Spirit?"
Taehyung:"I do."
Priest:"And Taesan, do you promise to honour the vows you have made here today in the presence of The Son, The Father and The Holy Spirit?"
Taesan:"I do."
Priest:"You have declared your consent before the Church. May the Lord in his goodness strengthen your consent and fill you both with his blessings. What God has joined, men must not divide. Amen. And with that, I know pronounce you, husband and wife. You may kiss the bride."
Everyone bursts into loud cheers as Tae wrapped his arms around Taesan's waist, pulling her closer to him, while his lips joined hers. Taesan placed her hand softly on her husband's cheek as she shut her eyes and let herself fall deeply into the warm loving feeling of Tae's lips against hers.
Tears of course ran down Ashlyn's cheeks as she clapped and watched the freshly married couple. And even despite his efforts, tears managed to fill Jungkook's eyes as he smiled fondly, with a proud feeling.
Finally pulling away from each other, Taesan and Tae couldn't help but grin to each other; completely bliss with happiness as they hold hands and smile to the guest, before the two begin to walk down the aisle together. Eleanore watched the two and smiles softly as she clapped her hands.

At the after party, once again everyone was mesmerised by the stunning decorum. Rows of tables were laid out, which displayed stunning bouquets of flowers and rich champagne glasses.
More loosened up, everyone excitedly cheered as the newly wedded couple stepped into the building; their hands interlocked together as they smiled. Taesan had changed from her wedding dress to a more sleek shoulderless dress, with a slit on the side.
Jungkook:"Mr and Mrs Kim jeez!!"
Both Taesan and Tae smiled brightly as the guests cheered; walking up the couple and congratulating them on their union. It was evident just how truly happy the two were.
Making her way over to the couple, Eleanore displayed a small smile while they turned to the couple.
Eleanore:"Welcome to the family Taesan. You're now officially a Kim."
Taesan couldn't help but smile as she stepped towards her mother in law, taking her by surprise as she hugged her tightly.
Taesan:"Thank you."
Eleanore gently hugged Taesan, patting her shoulder before pulling away. She then turned to her son, and kissed him softly on the cheek.
Eleanore:"I'm proud of you."
Taehyung:"Merci Maman."
Eleanore smiled softly as she softly rubbed his cheek. After congratulatory words, Tae took Taesan's hand and let her to the centre of the room, the hundreds of guest stood surrounding them; smiling fondly as the two prepared for the slow dance. With the love band once again filling the room with a warm ambiance, Tae wrapped his arm tightly around his wife's waist as she placed her hand in his and her other arm around his shoulder.
The two moved in unison, matching each other's steps as they moved to the beat and stared into each other's eyes. In this moment, everything else around them didn't matter. The outside world, whatever, none of it mattered. It was just the two of them wrapped fondly in each other's love, like a warm blanket of security. They were each other's everything, and within each other's eyes the two could see their beautiful future together mapped out.
Taehyung:"Je t'aime, Mrs Kim."
Taesan giggled with teary eyes.
Taesan:"Je t'aime, Mr Kim."
With a smile on his face, Tae pulled Taesan closer and softly pressed his lips against hers as the two shut their eyes.
Everyone watched fondly, warm smiles on their faces as the music played. Janet wrapped her arms around Issac; kissing his cheek as he sat on her lap. Sat beside her, Cam smiled over at Taesan and Tae while she held Nevaeh in her arms. Stood up by the dance floor, Ashlyn fondly watched Taesan and Tae dance, with tears in her eyes, while Jungkook wrapped his arms around her waist; back hugging her while his hands softly rubbed her baby bump.
A night so perfect, reflecting the beautiful journey of a beautiful couple. Taesan smiled as she shut her eyes and rested her head on Tae's shoulder while he looked down at her and smiled.
